Côte Chiswick

Loved the cocktail, food was spot on as usual and the staff a pleasure.

As always at Cote in Chiswick, Viktor looked after us brilliantly. He is a credit to Cote and the main reason we come back regularly.

Good meal and service as usual, slightly noisy. A problem for many restaurants in the future!!

Disappointed. 1. Delay between receiving starter and olives (wrong ones) at least 5 mins. 2. Bigger delay in receiving main course - at least 20 mins. 3. We didn't feel looked after by our waitress who seemed to just disappear. 4. The bill was wrong and had to be corrected. We were over charged for wrong olives and £13 for 1 cocktail which we thought was a promotional offer. The cocktails were just placed in front of us when we sat down and we weren't told about any qualifying purchase. (Delicious but not worth £13+). Despite all of this...the food, as usual was really excellent.

Service not great waitress spilled our bottle of wine when pouring and said she would compliment us a glass of Provence but then she went off shift, the table for 5 was too small so we asked if they could move the table for 2 next to us so we would have more space for all of these food they said yes and they would send someone to do this but nobody came so we moved it ourselves . I ordered a Bloody Mary it came but you had run out of celery so no celery we ordered burgers for our teenage sons and apple juice and you had no burgers or apple Juice . We frequent Cote at least once a month and have a big family lunch and spend around £250 so we were pretty dissatisfied as it’s was a pretty disappointing lunch

As usual we enjoyed our meal and our visit. We often take the choices of the set menu for lunch but today went back to the main menu. I had the crab mayonnaise then hake and spinach. Absolutely delicious. The staff are friendly and attentive although they were very busy during our visit and not many staff on the floor.

A justifiably busy and bustling restaurant with a winning formula and great staff.

Staff were attentive and efficient as usual. Food was totally scrumptious. The only problem was the accoustics are bad so it's hard to hear when crowded.

Chiswick Cote is consistently good overall. The quality of the dishes vary from time to time though, all depends on the day. We had a great meal this time ordering from the set menu and a la carte. I eat at Cote at least once a month but this was my second visit in two weeks, so have sampled various set menus. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed a fab evening; the service, food and wine were excellent and was very good value for money.

For some reason I thought that there had been a corporate move to make the portions, chips, and ice cream smaller and the steak in the steak frites wasn’t up to it’s usual standard. I normally go to the Richmond Cote so perhaps it’s just variations between branches. Still came away replete so no real complaints

I recommend the August Special chicken dish - very good, and very good value for £14.50 I think it was. In fact you can't beat Cote for decent proper food at a good price. With a linen napkin.

Amazing quality of fish. Cooked perfectly. Honestly don’t know how as a chain you do that level of ingredients and standard of cooking at that price! Well done.

Waited 35 mins for our main but food was excellent! Coffee machine also wasn’t working but overall a positive experience as we weren’t in a rush.

Very comfortable restaurant, great atmosphere ,where you are well looked after and served with a genuine smile and good cheer,food is excellent and very well presented at a cost that is very reasonable , I am looking forward to my return very soon , and I would highly recommend this Restaurant to all my friends. Lovely Anniversary drink on arrival. Service not as good as normal but food good as always

As always the food and service was excellent. We arrived on time to find that we had to wait for a table. We were offered a drink ‘on the house’ while we waited for our table to become available which it did after about 10. Minutes. Thereafter everything was excellent.

Food was excellent and good value. Wine and service was also good. Our preference for table was taken into account.

We always like Cote. But standards which have been holding for some years are in danger of falling as corners are being cut. Our fougasse came only shortly before our mains so we has to eat them together. The fougasse lacked garlic butter and salt. The grilled chicken lacked mushrooms and was less creamy than usual. I wondered if they have changed chef. They were also short handed so the service was hasty and the staff obviously overworked. I felt we were being rushed so they could take more covers on our table. To keep our custom they need to keep on top form. Lots of large family tables made it a noisy experience. But it is the school holidays!

Great atmosphere. It was a little noisy tonight but that just shows the popularity of the place! Our waitress was charming. The food was delicious and fantastic value for money. Still one of my top local eateries.

Excellent service as usual. We had the Linguine with Mussels as a main and it was quite the best pasta and seafood dish we have had. Perhaps the portions were a little large for us, but I'm sure other clients would eat it all. Our branch in Chiswick is always very busy and tonight was no exception, however service was first class. So well done once again Cote.

Parents should be asked by staff to stop their children running around or shouting in tantrums.

What a home cooked feel to this restaurant. Service very friendly but not in your face. Beautiful space suitable for intimate and group dinning. Will definitely visit again!
