Great all around! We will continue to patronise Cote during the Corona virus outbreak.

Amazing!! Everything was great! The waiter was really good, nice and friendly. The food was also good as always!

The team last night consisted of one front-of-house Manager. She was excellent. She was courteous, friendly and charming. She served with admirable efficiency and professionalism considering she was left alone on the floor, and we had a really good time and enjoyed one of our best experiences at Cote. Thank-you to her, and I wish you well in these difficult times.

Always friendly staff and very accommodating. For some reason we had to wait Avery long time (45minutes) to be served and yet the restaurant was not at full capacity. No explanation, no reduction offered. A shame as it’s usually good.

Another great lunch, thanks! Your staff were as cordial, friendly and welcoming as ever and took good care of my guest and me; I cast my diet aside and had all three courses and enjoyed every one of them. My only suggested improvement: please serve filter coffee instead of 'Americano' - watered-down esperesso just isn't the same thing! Kind regards, Henry Gewanter

My wife and I wanted to convey our thanks to Nastasija who looked after us splendidly last Friday evening. We received a warm welcome and enjoyed delicious well-presented food. The early evening set menu was well thought out with numerous choices. I enjoyed the Tuna Rillettes followed by the chicken with Sarladaise Potatoes - deliciously tasty and beautifully tender…well done to the chef! To summarize - great food, so reasonably priced and first class service from Nastasija. Keep up the fantastic work, jolly well done!!!

The staff at the Chiswick branch of Cote are exceptional, always friendly and attentive and make dining there so enjoyable. The menu has a good range of delicious options, and I particularly like the fish pie. Recommend for any sort of occasion.

Service was excellent as usual but the escalope de veau was terrible. Served tepid it came in a claggy wet breadcrumb coating that tasted like raw flour with the smallest piece of lemon. Not one of my better choices at a restaurant where the food is usually so reliable. Also the fries portion was minute. Where's the harm to your margin in including enough fries to make the price worthwhile? Salade de crevettes was good though.

Very good birthday lunch. Enjoyed the complimentary kir royale. Great food and lively atmosphere.

The tuna nicoise and roast duck breast were excellent but the haddock goujons were over cooked.

As always, the service was friendly, the food was delicious and it was good value.

We went twice and had the fixed price menus, cheaper and dearer. Food was all excellent. Wine by the glass was ok, not great for the price. Staff were absolutely lovely but, it has to be said, slightly dozy. The first night they brought a wrong starter; the second, I was offered parmesan with my pasta, despite chasing it up it didn't arrive.

We did have a very good time at Chiswick. The food was also good as also the service was very good

Very busy tonight and a bit chaotic but as always a good recovery and the food was excellent.

Disappointing. We love the atmosphere and menu at Côte but recent visits have been below expectations. For the second time in three visits our main course arrived well before our starter was finished. Not only was there no apology but the person who served it blamed the waiting staff who had taken the order, making us feel uncomfortable. The food was ok but my chicken was dry. Please get your service/kitchen in order.

Great food, friendly staff you could have a laugh with!

The food was excellent and the service as usual was very efficient and pleasant.

The waitress had a very good sense of humour and was extremely efficient at serving us - which made for a very pleasant evening.

As ever lovely staff and service. My tuna was overcooked for my liking, the problem was solved quickly and with a smile. French food as I remember it from my childhood in France.

We have fairly regularly visited Cote, Chiswick over the years and by and large have had enjoyable experiences. Sadly, last night was not to be one of these. Our waiter struggled to understand us. Firstly I ordered a non alcoholic beer and was served one with alcohol. There was no apology at this time. Having asked for a jug of water, none came and it was only on the table when asked for a second time. Our treat at Cote is the fillet steak, which we once again ordered. He got that order wrong and two flat iron steaks appeared at the table. Apologies were now offered, but as we had arrived at 7.30, it was not until ten minutes to 9 that the main courses arrived and then my partner had to wait a further 5 minutes for the side of spinach. Under such circumstances, as Cote had made such a mess of our evening, an offer of a free drink for the inconvenience or a deduction of service charge would have been the honourable route to to have taken by the head waitress. However, neither was offered and we left feeling that standards at Cote really have dropped. We have noticed this in the past. When Cote gets it wrong, it is always spectacular! Lovely meal and wonderful service. I never have a bad meal at Cote Chiswick.

We absolutely enjoyed our dinner at Cote Chiswick, food and drinks were amazing and stuff was very kind and polite. We will be coming back soon

As usual, food was superb, nicely presented and excellent value.

Always a great experience here. Tonight was a little loud but that was because there was a few big parties in. But didn’t take from the great service & food.

We come to you every week and normally have only good experiences. The steak tartarre seems to have become smaller and the slices of bread that go with it too (there used to be three, now two).

A little less noisy than usual tonight which was great. Good food - we had the valentines menu Lovely staff as usual - the chiswick branch excels at this

Bad - one struggling waitress, table not cleared, customers stressed.

Service was excellent. The food was good as ever but it was clear that you are over trading a little as my steak was almost cold. Try to see yourselves as a unique restaurant as opposed to a chain with profits to maintain

Lively atmosphere with efficient, friendly service. Valentine's 3 course menu with kir royale and wine pairings was delicious great value.

Waited nearly 20 minutes from first seated to get water and waitress had to check whether we were entitled to the complimentary cocktails with the manager. It felt as if the waitress was running around after a quite full restaurant without the management helping out where they could see that the serving staff were rushed off their feet. All other service good.

Obviously very busy but good ish table at the end of a banquette. Maybe a little in the traffic. The wrong starter arrived for me and was corrected quickly. Too quickly, don’t know? We like Cote and thought the deal was generally good value.

As usual, we all enjoyed the Cote experience-especially the children who love it.

Really nice lunch with two girl friends who had never been to a Cote before. We all enjoyed the food and service. I don't normally have a pudding but the chocolate pot was really delicious!
