Côte Chislehurst

We were greeted warmly and given a choice of tables. Starters of Roquefort and endive salad and the charcuterie board were very good. The main of belly pork was deliciously flavoured and cooked perfectly served with imaginative accompanying vegetables.The free wine offer produced an eminently drinkable merlot from the Languedoc region. The service was friendly, efficient and attentive without being fussy or intrusive. All in all, very good food, well presented and offering good value for money.

Tried the mussels in cider and was very impressed. The steak main was excellent as ever with the chef cooking it exactly as requested. Very good bottle of Chablis and all in all a lovely dinner experience

Excellent food and service as usual. I really like the fact that the menu changes regularly, the sea bass was delicious! The complimentary bottle of wine made the experience all the better!

Very good food, excellent service from the staff and very good value for money. You can even request via the internet where you would like to be seated.

We were disappointed with our visit last night. We were not greeted and after waiting some time we had to find a member of staff. We were then shown to a table we did not like, and when we asked if we could have a different one, the waitress said she would have to ask the manager, and came back and said that he had said no. He did not come himself. The table was in a corridor, with people going by all the time and it was very noisy. We ordered bread to go with our drinks but the starter arrived shortly afterwards. We missed the friendly staff that used to be there. The waitress was fine as was the food, but it was not as enjoyable as it used to be.

Great service & good atmosphere. Beautiful English breakfast but poached eggs were exceptionally small (no white left) and they were over cooked (more like mini boiled eggs!)

Warm and cosy environment with very attentive and welcoming staff. Good honest food and a nice selection of wines to choose from. Would recommend this branch.

The table was by the window, which was lovely, the food was delicious, and the service was good too. The staff didn't bother us too much, but were on hand if we needed anything.

I went to Cote Chislehurst for my birthday celebration, the food and service was very good and it had a very good atmosphere, the staff were very efficient and looked after us very well.

Excellent evening !! We took 2 friends who had never been to a Cote Brasserie before & they were very Impressed! We all chose from the £10.95 2-course meal. We all had the Steak & Frites which we all enjoyed very much. This was followed by 4 excellent desserts. The whole meal was accompanied by a very reasonabley priced bottle of red wine.

We were welcomed by the Manage and shown immediately to the table that we had requested. Two friends, my wife and I chose from the special celebratory menu and started with a glass of champagne. The food was well prepared and served. The service was exemplary. We have become great fans of "Cote's". I seems to be of the few chains where each branch gives the impression of being independently owned.

We enjoyed a good meal with pleasant waiting staff. Honestly, we found the Manager (?) rather snooty! This put us off! We prefer the Blackheath and London venues. Food is always reliable and good.

We were able to choose our table and opted to sit near the back of the restaurant where we go. The service was attentive without being intrusive; we were with an old friend and needed plenty of time to swap news and views. As usual the food was excellent. My melon was slightly unripe but I managed to excavate most if it! We particularly enjoyed the house red wine. We lingered after our meal and no one hovered with our bill until we asked for it. Reasonable prices.

Excellent service ...lovely food and pleasant environment . I would recommend it to anyone ...however, there was a presumption we were celebrating ...when in fact we were remembering my dad who we lost a year ago today ....otherwise fab

Wonderful restaurant with indoor and a a few outside seats. You can bring a dog outside! We saw a couple cute pups. The food was delicious, we all enjoyed our meal. Service was excellent also.

Nice staff assuring good service and nice food as usual. Had the early evening menu with a free kir royal from our voucher. Very good deal and good value. Will definitely visit the restaurant again and recommend it too.

Enjoyed my birthday drink with friends. It was a very busy evening with a good atmosphere. Friend ordered the fish. She didn't realise it was on the bone but had a lot of bones and very little fish. So reordered chicken. Which was soo much better. And wasn't charged extra. So thank you cote.

I have tried almost everything on the breakfast menu, nothing to complain. This restaurant provides great food and excellent service. Will come back again and again.

Food and service excellent. Wish someone in restaurant design would recognise the need to reduce echo: hard surfaces (glass/brick/plaster/tile floors) make places noisier than they need to be, I've said the same at other places. Minor changes could reduce the noise substantially in this and other places. It must be really difficult for anyone who has to use hearing aids. But the food and service were excellent.
