We had a baby with us and they were very accommodating. Staff were incredibly friendly and chatty to both us and our child.

The restaurant felt warm and cosy with lovely low lighting, which was welcome given the awful weather outside. My friend and I both enjoyed our main course and dessert, and a drink or two! My friend texted me when we had got home to say they forgot our tomato and onion side dish. We were too busy chatting for me to realise. Other than this the service and welcome was lovely and we will be back soon.

Lovely meal, delightful waitress, perfect for my mother’s birthday,. Secluded booth for 6, high hygiene precautions and a real hint of France thank you!

Consistently good, service excellent, and good choice on the menu. Enjoyed this months specialty dishes, it makes a change especially if you are a regular customer - we get regular monthly updates. Good choices of reasonable priced wines Both the Chislehurst & Hampstead branches can recommend, as we expect the others are equally good. Looking forward till our next visit. Staff as always were excellent, and make us return again and again. Food was also very good, however, the sirloin steak was very tough. It was offered to be replaced, and was in fact removed from the final bill without any further complaint, so I must commend the after service, and can't lost a whole mark for that. Hopefully that was a one-off as I've had the steak before and it's been a lot better. Thanks again. See you soon.

This was the first time I had been out to lunch in a restaurant since the beginning of 2020. Having a meal in Cotes was one of the things we had missed most during these trying months. We stayed far longer than we would normally done - we felt so comfortable.

Great mixed fish stew/soup, just OK burger. The bouillabaisse like stew I had was fab. The burger was over cooked for medium, came with a bun and chips that were asked to be left out and nothing was offered to replace the chips. Love Cote - just don't get a burger!

Slightly disappointed that we were unable to have our complimentary cocktails - offered a sparkling wine instead. Bill incorrectly included a red wine and we had to this corrected.

My wife, daughter and I visited this morning, we had a great experience. I’m sad I missed the name of our server, he absolutely made our experience. Fun, friendly and helpful, what a great person to serve us. Please pass on our thanks!

Cote in Chislehurst always delivers excellent food, ambience and service second to none. Since it’s opening I have always been a huge fan as the menu has so many yummy dishes! Today I was lunching with old neighbours who now live in Cornwall and they reiterated the above! Michele Zinopoulos

I always enjoy going to ‘cote’ food and service constantly good. There was, however, there was a man at the table next to us working in his laptop and on the phone which was a bit off putting!

Our waitress was very indifferent and my meal arrived 20 minutes after my companions Hers was very salty and when she mentioned it to our waitress we got no response at all! All in all very disappointing especially as we used to love coming here🤭

Amazing service from friendly staff, delicious food and very enjoyable experience all round. The waiter also asked whether it was a special occasion, which it was (bridal party pre wedding meal for a friend, who’s had to change her plans due to COVID), the complimentary bubbles was very much appreciated and made it feel all the more special! One of my favourite places to go. Food always great and lovely staff.

Lovely meal and staff were polite. The only let down was that service was painfully slow. We waited 30 minutes for our mains to arrive - I was about to chase for them, but I did have to chase for our desserts. When they arrived, we had 15 minutes left to eat our desserts, no time for coffee and then rush back to the car to avoid getting a ticket. Our two course meal took one hour and forty-five minutes - far too long in my opinion.

Annie is the best waitress in Cote and quite possibly in Chislehurst.

I had a full English , by the time we cut the fat off of the bacon there was nothing , I just didn’t like the food

The service in Côte Brasserie was outstanding from all members of staff from start to finish. Our food was excellent, each course not only tasted great but looked great too. Overall we had a good experience and will definitely be returning.
