Pleasant staff who unfortunately had to be reminded a couple of times when items failed to appear. Two pasta main courses were rather dry and disappointed but to be fair were happily exchanged for very good replacements. Would prefer not to have 12.5% optional gratuity added automatically, have to wonder whether it reaches the staff.

a good halfway point for my friend and I to meet. always good food. always super service and friendly smiles from the staff. Considering the standard of food and drink, especially those lovely coffees, it is very reasonably priced. Comfortable surroundings and easy parking right outside the restaurant make it our go-to place for catch ups.

This was our second visit in a week to Cote Chislehurst. Two of us had the specials menu and two had the A la carte. It was all very good tasty food. Worth the visit will return again soon. Very attentive and patient service with a warm welcome.

After waiting for 45 minutes from 3.30pm we were told that the pepper sauce we ordered wasn't in stock. Really!! Disappointing for you guys to find that out after 45mins not right after the order.

We came as a family to celebrate a 45th wedding anniversary. This restaurant couldn't have done more to accommodate 5 adults and 4 children between the ages of 4 weeks and 7.5 years. The service was excellent and the food well cooked. Thank you for making this a special family occasion.

As usual the food and service was excellent. The MAJOR downside was the noise. Our table of 4 could not hear each other. We normally sit near the front of the restaurant however as it was so busy and we were entertaining two friends we were given a table in the top section. I mentioned it to the waitress. And the manager. They could only say sorry and agreed it was an issue. Cote could and should address the issue as it spoils the evening especially if you are hard of hearing. Please address this issue it can be solved given the. Desire to please your clients. Thanks Danny

I am a regular to Chislehurst and the staff are always friendly, helpful and polite. They are able to cater for groups with ease. Food is excellent. It can be a bit noisy at times.

We had a lovely time celebrating my husbands 70th birthday ,you helped greatly by giving us a Kir royale each before the meal and a chocolate fondant with a candle for the birthday boy after the meal to enable us to sing Happy birthday, so thank you. We had a beautiful waitress who was so cheerful and extremely helpful who's name I believe is Ambra. Unfortunately my husband did not eat all of his steak as he found it tough but he did not let you know and he should have ,I am sure you would have tried to put it right.

Been here a couple of times and had no concerns, However I booked a table on Sunday for breakfast and half way through I found a small black hair attached to one of my slices of bacon which I discarded and carried on. On finding a much longer hair attached to my other slice of bacon I was unable to continue and informed a member of staff who were polite enough and offered me a new breakfast. Problem is I was so put off by this I was unable to continue eating here. I was not charged for the food which is fair enough.

Breakfast was good, took a while to order which is fine as they were busy, but what I found poor was that they forgot the veggie sausage which is part of the veggie breakfast so I had to remind them, and they brought me one out pretty quickly.

Excellent meal and good service with a smile. Visit every six weeks or so and never fails to disappoint. Cannot recommend it highly enough! Noise can sometimes be a wee bit of a problem but inevitable when people are celebrating.

Unfortunately, and whilst I appreciate the restaurant was busy, the service was quite poor. We had to continually leave our table to find staff to ask for drinks on several occasions. It was a special occasion, and it left a little bit of a sour taste unfortunately.

A good meal, attentive service and pleasant venue. Reservations on line are helpful.

This Cote is my "go-to" because it is consistently EXCELLENT! Recently I have used it as much for lunch as for dinner and the lunch special menu is REALLY good AND a good price! AND....the restaurant is quieter than in the evening! Always a plus when you're deaf in one ear! If you haven't tried THIS Cote in Chislehurst...you're missing out! I look forward to my next visit!

As we were on a 2 hour parking slot we only had time for two courses but I can speak for all four of us, that the service was very good and the food was delicious and your staff were very polite and friendly. We will certainly return!

Excellent place to have a meal or just a coffee and chat with friends and family. Sometimes it can be a bit noisy depending when you visit. Very friendly staff and as i am regular customer, i cannot fault the staff, they are friendly and professional.
