Always delicious flavourful food, very friendly and helpful service and excellent value.
Served quickly and efficiently. Our waiter had only started at Cote 2 days prior to our visit. He was knowledgable, friendly and helpful.
Very enjoyable meal, well cooked and tasty We regularly go to this restaurant and are always happy with the food and Service provided
I attended with the hope of enjoying a wonderful afternoon with a much treasured friend, and was so very happy to have received all that I could have hoped for. In particular, we found the service and the food to be of top class standard. Very well done (unlike the l amb chops which arrived medium rare as requested).
Service courteous and friendly. My steak was just a tad overcooked, otherwise good!
very good value. Excellently prepared and cooked and served very promptly.
Very good ambience and service, food very acceptable. We will return
For the first time ever was totally disappointed with our lunch. We ordered from the a la carte menue. Husband Onion Soup followed by mussels. I ordered a cod dish from the a la carte which sounded very appetising. My husbands soup arrived quite speedily, which he enjoyed. Then we had a long wait (half an hour) before our main dishes were served. My dish was put in front of me and I thought it didn't look very fishy, not surprisingly as it was pork. Pointed this out to our waiter who apologised and offered to get me the dish ordered but having waited so long I said I would eat the pork. It was dry and one piece burnt on the underside - unacceptable. The staff were apologetic and we were not charged for the pork - all in all a very unhappy experience.
Staff always pleasant and friendly. Service was good and food always good. The noise level is poor and we struggled to hear each other but other than that our experience was good.
Love the place. Foods great. Friendly staff always. Relaxing atmosphere. Never rushed.
As always, excellent food and service just love the Cote in Chislehurst perfect for Breakfast, Brunch, lunch it dinner. The staff in Chislehurst are superb always remember me , always with a smile on their faces , great team you have there . Thanks Julia
We did have a very nice time. The food was good and the service was great!!
Great food, great service. I have been several times and standards are always high.
Excellent food and service, we were badly seated in the main throu- fare from the kitchen with waiters squeezing past all the time, which was a minus in an otherwise excellent night
It was disappointing that there was no lemonade in the restaurant at all even though Sainsburys is just down the road. The waiter who served us at first had to ask 3 times for our drinks order even though there were only 3 of us at that time. He also forgot the olives we ordered. The lady who took over from him was fine and very helpful.
After a lovely starter of calamari, which arrived promptly, the second starter came 15 mins later, we then had to wait over an hour for 2 "sirloin" steaks. They were of good size and looked juicy. Unfortunately they were extremely dry and didn't taste very much like sirloin. The waitress took the second starter off the bill and curiously forgot to ask if we'd enjoyed our meal. We wont be returning.
Very relaxed atmosphere. Good service. Lovely food. A very good menu for a varied brunch.
Had a glass of champagne and a brunch with a friend. Always predictably good and thought the £10.95 for anything on the breakfast menu, plus large orange juice and a coffee was a good deal as we both had delicious eggs benedict. Well done Cote and thank you. Jenny Russell

The staff were great, very friendly with our 7 yr old daughter Food and wine great Only point, maybe needs more seasoning in main courses. Thanks
Great food, atmosphere, very good service. A very enjoyable experience all round.
Excellent service- we felt valued but also given space to spend time with our friends. Food was warm and delicious.
HAD A WONDERFUL BIRTHDAY LUNCH AT COTES CHISLEHURST, WHICH WAS MADE EXTRA SPECIAL THANKS TO MEGAN AND HER FABULOUS STAFF. THE FOOD, SERVICE AND ATMOSPHERE WAS FANTASTIC AND GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY
It was our anniversary and we both had a bad cold but the manager bought us a hot water and lemon which was kind .
Worked in a different Côte before and now as a customer received the best service ever. So glad that I’ve worked and grew in Cote as that is the best place for food and for hospitality of marvellous staff!! The best and so proud of how well they’re doing
Delicious food, great service , excellent value , perfect for my brothers birthday dinner. Thankyou Juliax
Lovely waitress and lovely foods, nice atmosphere and not very noisy, will recommend this to my friends.
A New Year’s Eve lunch was enjoyed by myself and eight other guest, food was excellent although the service was a little slow but on the whole a great time was had by all
- waited 15 minutes for water to be put on table, 30 minutes for starter followed by one hour wait for main course. In total was in there 3 hours really not acceptable. - we had to track waiter down was not updated on lateness of food. When questioned we were told the chef was trying to find ingredients as it was a new menu starting from today, then was told one of the meals had got burnt so the whole lot had to be cooked again. - empty water bottles were not removed when fresh ones were brought up and dirty glasses left. - we wanted to celebrate New Year’s Day but instead it turned into a stressful situation as our parking was running out and one of the party wanted to leave before it got dark (never thought we would be three hours), felt like a waste of money. On a positive note the food was delicious when we finally got it, and the desserts were taken off the bill. We have eaten at Côte’s many times but this has questioned my return!
Excellent food service and ambience as always. Great restaurant. .
We are regulars and today meal’s was a little hit and miss compared to previous experiences. We were made to wait for our table booked in advance and then told it had been given away. We had to wait a while to get served and the staff seemed overworked and frazzled to their own admission because of NYE festivities. My mussels were really overcooked and I had to leave about half of them because they were so dry. So manager on duty is clearly trying his best but it missed the mark today!
The restaurant was busy being New Years eve but service was very good with plenty of staff on hand serving. Food was excellent. Highly recommended.
Had New Year’s Eve here - Lovely food and service - would have been nice to have had music to welcome in 2020 - other than that, a great night
I thought the food was excellent and also our waiter was first class He deserved all the service charge definitely will be returning soon . Many thanks Wayne Perry 6.30 booking chislehurst for 4 people.
Four of us had a lovely meal on a busy new years eve.The service was excellent and the food delicious. The oonly slight downside was there was only one low alcohol beer on offer and that ran out by 6.15 pm.A pity in this day and age. We will most certainly return though.
A great New Years Eve meal. Good food and service, as usual.
Always a warm welcome. Great menu. Friendly, helpful staff, brilliant food. Even tonight, NYE ,service was quick and efficient. Best place to eat in Chislehurst.
Having in mind this was the New Year s Eve dinner , was nothing special about it. The waiters not paying attention at all, not cleaning tables after each course ,not even helping pouring the champagne , plus ,at the end they added on the bill a different champagne that was double price. We have had dinner last year on New Years eve in Sloane Square Cote ,however ,it can t be compared the service and the atmosphere for this special evening. Disappointed
We were a large and noisy table (few kids!) and our waitress was lovely and gave us excellent service. Food as always was delicious.
Food was lovely but service fell below usual standard mostly due to how busy it was.
Lovely food as always. We took friends who have never been before and they really enjoyed it too. The only criticism was we were not given side plates for our bread and olives.
A lovely breakfast as always, good value and great service.
Lovely food and great service made this a perfect afternoon lunch.
Very nice as usual, however, no English mustard. French was nice for a change, however!
Great for breakfast and service was very good too. Will go again.
Great staff great food doesn’t get any better what more can I say.
Good food and excellent service from very friendly staff who always accommodate kids and buggies.
Lovely Christmas Eve brunch. It’s become a bit of a tradition for us. Great food as always. Service was good even though it was very busy.
Interesting specials that I wanted to try. Enjoyed it a lot. Good value as well.
Really delicious NYE menu. Excellent value and a great way to spend NYE without all the fuss of going into town.
Really wanted the summer special Lobster dish as it was my birthday, but they had run out which was a bit of a shame as it was a not very busy week night. Had steak instead and it was lovely.
