Good service and ambience. Quality of food always reliable. My favourite go to restaurant in Chislehurst. Perhaps a more regular change of menu would be good.

We had all a very nice and relaxing time at Cote’s Chislehurst, the staff was very helpful as usual and I did enjoy Christmas lunch menu very much.

Really enjoyed our 2 course meal cooked to perfection. The waitress was so sweet & helpful as we went there with my very elderly parents. She escorted my Dad to the loo & he was so chuffed. We’d definitely return to this branch again.

The service was good, however 3 of the party had poached eggs with their starter and were disappointed that the yokes were hard and not runny. Otherwise a very enjoyable lunch.

When first arrived at restaurant we were politely greeted and given a choice of where to sit. Food was fantastic, service was good. Would definitely return.

Excellent evening . The service,food and atmosphere were all absolutely superb. We could not find any fault. We would particularly like to mention the attitude of the staff which was extremely respectful.

Rated 4 had to wait a long time for our bill. Food good, however busy morning hense 4 rated. Always usually gòod service at Chislehurst dissapointed today though.

Very good service and lovely food but is expensive for children if they like steak ! It would be helpful to be told if table is in bottom part of restaurant after requesting the top part as doesn’t have the same atmosphere being by the door with cold breeze coming in wen opened. Please put an option of a small steak on kids menu as they often want it but can’t eat whole one and £11 is a lot to pay .If you offered half portion would be a great addition and some vegetables rather than just chips or having to pay £3.50 for carrots or beans would be a healthy addition to include some vegetables in the price or meal easily becomes £15 a child before you start and similar size to chicken offered on kids menu which includes veg and more reasonably priced . Will return and hope this is helpful

Took my wife and daughter and enjoyed an excellent meal. Good food as always and exemplary service despite the restaurant being full

We were kept waiting for our main course .it took 45 minutes to arrive. This is the longest we have ever waited. Nothing wrong with the food , and very pleasant. But as it was a celebration meal rather disappointing.

My first visit to Cote Chislehurst , it was a lovely evening with friends. Food was excellent staff were very pleasant. Will be visiting again after christmas.

Always reliably good. Nice food, good service and pleasant staff. and management. Good choice of tables and reasonably priced. Fillet steak cooked exactly as ordered and served with a smile.

Excellent organising at Christmas staff training good food great all round super experience. Pre ordering at a busy time such a sensible idea worked well

Superb meal; the Christmas chicken dish from the December Specials Menu was one of the tastiest I've ever eaten. The rest was pretty good as well. Good service as always.

Really nice food, great service would highly recommend. We’ve been to a few Cote restaurants before but this one had the best service and the nicest food. We were a party of 9 with 3 kids but the service was prompt, attentive and friendly.

As always great food,service and atmosphere. Still go for the set menu as this is very good value for money,one day we will have the full menu.

A good experience as usual although the lady who received us was po faced waiting staff were excellent. The food and drink were well up to standard.

started with the grilled prawns off the december menu and followed with a 10oz ribeye, cooked to perfection. Also enjoyed a couple of glasses of a recommended St Emilion which was very nice. A great evening was had.

pleasant restaurant with good space between tables, not cramped. Attentive service from staff on arrival and throughout the meal. A good selection on the menus, including the early diner special menu. Food was excellent and the prices very reasonable. I would recommend the restaurant.

Good food and a lovely warm atmosphere with friendly efficient staff who made breakfast seem far more than just a breakfast. Highly recommended. We'll be back.

Very good meal as usual and all my guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Only problem is that when there are other large parties in the restaurant it makes conversation with those hard of hearing quite difficult.

Greeted and seated quickly ( interestingly not very busy and nobody asked if we had booked). Staff attentive and pleasant. My companion had mussels which she said were excellent, I had calamari in breadcrumbs. With hindsight would have preferred without the breadcrumbs. Main courses were Fishcakes ( good) and wild mushroom risotto (OK). Food acceptable but not exceptional.

Tried the new December menu and thoroughly enjoyed the bacon wrapped chicken with chestnut stuffing

Food and service was excellent. It was very busy on Saturday evening and as a result unfortunately the noise level was so high decent conversation was difficult.

service and atmosphere was ok but the food was terrible . Salty calamari , dry and salty duck, burnt apple tart . I won’t go back

Lovely French breakfast delivered efficiently and with no fuss from a very pleasant young lady who looked after us and ensured everything was to our expectations

The food as always was great, having had a hiatus we were looking forward to our anniversary meal. However, staff seemed few, and took a while to place an order, get our food, and we waited over 20 minutes for our bill. No apology and no happy anniversary. The nice staff seemed to have left, and the atmosphere has changed. Not sure if we will return

This was our first visit to Cotes at Chislehurst - We had an enjoyable lunch, pleasant staff, and nice atmosphere. However, we felt 12-1/2 % service charge should not have been automatically added to the bill.

One of the best meals we have had at Cote - excellent service and food and restaurant was lovely and warm and welcoming. Great evening.

Enjoyed a lovely meal with complimentary kir royales! The duck was absolutely gorgeous served by pleasant and delightful staff! Service is always good and never changes! Excellent!

Muted ambiance with a pleasant buzz. Excellent food and professional friendly service. Mid range pricing and a varied menu. Good for a romantic meal or family dinner. So good I'm looking forward to the next time which is an indication of a well run business...

All good and apart from the alarm going off at the end of our meal, we had a very pleasant time. Surprisingly busy for a Monday lunchtime.

We enjoyed great service and food at Cote Chislehurst - the only negative is that we felt there was not (and never is) much atmosphere in the restaurant.

The food and service was amazing as ever. Plus the lunchtime menu is such good value with great options, not just the rubbish ones like so many other places do.

We always book at Chislehurst branch for birthdays, get togethers, etc The staff are always at their best making us all very welcome, and they are always very attentive and friendly. We usually have your pre-7pm menu as time suits us best. On this particular occasion the Hake was not the menu and as nearly all of us are vegetarian this restricted the choice and would suggest for future that a substitute i.e. fish cakes, or similar could be offered. Besides that all is absolutely fine and look forward to our next visit hitch will be very soon. Thanks and best wishes

Lovely place but drinks very expensive and no house white wine on a Friday night. Also 12.5% service charge and service was nothing special. Food was good.
