Côte Chislehurst

The food last night was as good as ever, - BUT I don't get how the Rewards works anymore - I've asked but can't get anyone to answer.... I've been numerous times now since the last reward was offered and all I get is a blank look when I mention I am on your Rewards Scheme ! Have you tightened up on how you allocate reward points ?? Very disappointing - as I have introduced DOZENS of people to Cote and am a seriously regular patron.

Restaurant offers tasty food. The steak on the set price menu is worth avoiding but otherwise a good range. Unfortunately the service was rather dour. The customers were all of a certain age and not very child friendly despite impeccable manners from our child! The worst part was the disabled toilet. Filthy. Disappointing to say the least. Possible of being a lot better overall.

Good food and service. I use this restaurant regular and have always had good fresh food and service . The early bird menu is great and good value .

I had the best lunch ever. Good service, perfect food, I had the Calamari then the roast pork belly & potato gratin. Cote never fails me .

Great food and service as always, they came up to take our order a few times and we weren’t ready (too busy chatting) but they gave us the time we needed.

Cote Chislehurst never disappoints, food and service are always excellent. The only grizzle that I have is I hate being called "you Guys" I find it rude and too familiar.

Cote Chislehurst is well located and we have always had excellent meals and service. It's a well known chain but one of the better ones and is consistently so. If you want a good reliable meal at a reasonable cost this would be a good choice.

Great place to eat with good food and atmosphere. However this visit the service was rather slow. Probably staff holidays and no bank staff to call on.

Went for breakfast, Saturday morning place was packed , service was still excellent as was the actual breakfast, great value quality breakfast served with a smile

We have been many times to Cote in Chislehurst before, but this was the best evening. Food was very good and waitress superb. Very friendly and attentitive

Lovely food, atmosphere and good service- would thoroughly recommend this restaurant to others. Only slight critisism is the 12.5% service charge added, although this is discretionary it is a little steep. The staff were very efficient and attentive and deserve a tip but £20 is a bit excessive! However that aside would definitely go back there.

Always enjoy coming to Cote at Chistlehurst, consistently good food and the staff are always friendly. Great value for money, would certainly recommend it to anyone.

Booked last minute for 4, very accommodating and good service. 4 free G&Ts as part of summer promotion. Great all round, as always will definitely be returning to Cote Chislehurst

The restaurant is very popular with locals as the food and service are always great. This is one of the best restaurants in Chislehurst and you need to book in advance to avoid disappointment. We love French food and would be visiting again.

My husband and I had lunch at Cote in Chislehurst today. The service and food were excellent. The choices of starters,and main courses were very good and I would not hesitate to recommend it.

My usual meeting place for friend for dinner. Not quite such good service tonight as very busy and appeared understaffed. Food ok but think my choices were more fat laden than I realised. Willponder our next venue. Noisy and had to ask a few times for water, bill etc. Not like usual service.

Very good service, quick and efficient. Attentive staff and as always the food was excellent and very good value. We visit as often as we can as Côté is one of our favourite. As the menu changes regularly you can try new dishes. Keep up the good work, you have a winning combination here with seasonal food and great variation on the set menus, as well as favourites on the A’la Carte menu.

The meal on this occasion was not good. We had taken a colleague who had been recently widowed to try and brighten her day. But did not like to complain at the time as it may have been embarrassing for her. The palma ham and melon was dry and rubbery. The chicken was not good at all. The whole family use the regularly but this visit was really disappointing.

Good service. Good food. Especially veggie breakfast is delicious. We had a slection of stuff which was all very tasty. And good value as well.

Food was excellent, service was good too. It was disappointing, though, there were flies and wasps by the window, and some were flying around where the bread was kept.

Great evening/ lovely friendly staff thank you. The Fennel with sea bass appeared a bit tough almost undercooked but ambience and company made up for this.

Felt annoyed that unordered Kir Royale for birthday dinner turned up expensively on the bill later, at £10. Not a very appetising menu for midsummer, rabbit shepherd's pie.

We were a party of 7 with one wheelchair user the facilities are good and the staff very helpful. Food was delicious as always. The house white us very palatable.

Very enjoyable meal, with good service and friendly waiting staff. Many choices on menu to choose from. Will definitely come again and will recommend to friends and family.

Great lunch with friends. Really good value for money, excellent varied seasonal menu, in my experience consistently good quality food coming from the very busy kitchen. Extremely helpful staff. This restaurant is a welcome addition to Chislehurst High Street.

Very good on the whole for a table of seven but a major disappointment was that my starter (Prawn Granitee) did not arrive with the other starters & still had to be cooked.

Overpriced and poor air conditioning. There were flies which was very off-putting, especially when one landed in my drink! There are restaurants in chislehurst which offer better value for money,£25 for a salad, fizzy water & coffee is expensive.

Wow went on a Tuesday evening and it was busy and buzzing. I had thought that I didn’t need to book for an early week dinner but so pleased I did. The restaurant has a mezzanine floor so I would recommend reserving a table on the ground floor if, like us you have a member of your party with mobility problems. The food was good as usual and the set menu varied and good value. Staff are friendly and efficient and seem to enjoy their job. You are welcomed on arrival and they treat you as a valued customer.

Always GREAT food! Great ambience! GREAT air conditioning ....so necessary on a 32 degree day! Great staff! Pity about the manager who was in on Friday 3rd August! He needs a BIG lesson in Customer relations....he appears surly and unfriendly and brings down the atmosphere for guests and staff alike! Bring back Paul....and restore a 5* rating!

Mormally go for dinner but decoded to tryr breakfast ., so glad I did.. Must say it was beautiful, pouches eggs were perfectly cooked . Such a nice clean breakfast at a great price too. Can't wait to go back.

Food and service great 👍 would definitely recommend. Although little bit pricey but everyone wanted fillet steaks !! Was pretty busy for a Wednesday evening so glad we booked.

Menu doesn't seem to change very often, which can put you off going more regularly. Also large parties can be very very noisy and spoil your evening, shame they cannot be seated away from people who are trying to enjoy a more intimate meal!!

When I booked my table for 3 people, I requested a table at one of your booths. The Lady to whom I spoke said that she could not guarantee one of those tables but would try to do so. I specifically said that I did not want a round table but I was placed in one of those. Not the service I expect from your restaurant, especially as my Wife and I go there every week.

Great menu. Excellent food. Friendly and attentive staff. It does get a bit noisy when busy but the fabulous veal makes more than up for it.

The food and service was amazing. It is definitely the best restaurant I have been to in Chislehurst. Such excellent value for money. I will be going back in the very near future.

We enjoyed a lovely evening at Cote last night; excellent service, delicious food, with the steak cooked perfectly and a great atmosphere ! Would highly recommend.

Excellent food and service. But watch the specials menus as you may get the same dishes for less on the a la Carte offerings. But otherwise all good as expected for Cote

The service is always good - Annie is especially attentive. The summer menu is very good. I’ve given a 5 rating, only because we had a fly problem, very annoying - not Cote’s fault and apparently the men’s wc was not working!

Excellent food the standard is remarkably always high I suspect they have had the same chef since it opened.service is always good and the menus especially the new early bird is great value

Lovely meal as usual at our local Chislehurst branch. Kids meals were cooked perfectly. Staff were attentive without being intrusive which makes a change from other restaurants!

Perfectly satisfactory meal and service and a bit of a change from the usual pile it high Sunday roast. Cote Chislehurst is a nice location.

Quick to the table, good breakfast and good service. I am happy to recommend this to anyone. Best to park the car in big carpark at top of Chislehurst so have more time to enjoy at Cote.

Team serving were great. Starters very good. Mains (chicken not great and looked aenaemic! Sauce with it was cold (truffle sauce at £3)! So didn’t have that but still paid for it.

Good food as usual and good service. Usually visit Bluewater restaurant but friends moved to Chislehurst so thought we would give it a try. Not disappointed.

Great service and a complimentary drink on the table because we were celebrating a 40th birthday. We went for breakfast and were not disappointed in the food. Fantastic choice. We will definitely go back.
