A most pleasant dining experience, excellent food served by friendly and helpfully staff.

We had the best table as we had our 86 year old mum with us. Thanks. Waitress was delightful and food always a great standard

The service was very poor, waiting over an hour for the main meal then another half an hour for the deserts. We had to ask for desert menus having waited 15 minutes after the main course plates were cleared. The food was not up to standard with one dish dried up where it had obviously been standing for a while. We also had to query the bill as the ‘free’ cocktails were charged for and had to be removed. This was the second time we have experienced this trick. The venue was also so noisy we could barely have a table conversation and came away with headaches.

Brilliant, a favorite restaurant of mine. Warm welcome, good food and a good ambience to dine in.

There were a few things which were beyond the restaurant’s control which tainted the experience; 1. The noisy group who were boisterous and laughing extremely loudly. 2. The fly in my glass of water (after being served to be fair) 3. The dessert which was recommended was not enjoyable and they only realised we didn’t like it (we had one spoonful each) after about 20 mins with no offer to choose another.

Service was very slow. Advised staff we were in a rush due to needing to get off to the airport, only had 10 minutes to eat our main course before we had to leave. That said, the food we did have was all very good. Think the crab bisque should be on the menu permanently.

Always love the food, fresh and tasty, the staff are always polite and helpful and know when to leave you alone, Annie is always wonderful at breakfast, and had a lovely waiter last night but cant remember he's name but wonderful not pushy but helpful with menu. Atmosphere was buzzy and a great vibe, love it here best in Chislehurst in my opionion.

Good value for money, lovely food and service, we will return.

Good friendly service and nice food. Service was a bit too fast - we had barely sampled our olives before the starter arrived, so the overall experience felt a bit hurried. Restaurant was noisy - one couple in particular were having a very loud conversation that was very intrusive.

This was an important occasion for us. Our American daughter-in-law was making a short visit and this was our one opportunity to see her. Cote staff were great. They seated us in a cosy banquette and brought us wonderful food and wine. Our waiter was charming and funny and obliged by taking a pic that is now on Facebook. After 3.5 hours we settled the very reasonable bill and left in very good heart.

We had a lovely evening and were once again made to feel really welcome. Great service and good food in a relaxing environment.

Booked for breakfast for a special occasion, food came out before drinks and wasnt practically hot you could tell was all last off the breakfast stuff. The service was bad no one checked back if our food was ok or of we wanted more drinks. I had to wait and call someone over to order 2 drinks which took 10mins to come when they was just cokes. I come cote alot I was really dissatisfied and probably wont return

The food here is amazing as always. I hadn’t been to eat there in a quite a while since I moved to London but a particular waiter remembered me I was shocked :)

Unfortunately it was not a pleasant experience. Very disappointed with the long wait, more than one hour for each course...

Cold late and forget part of my order the food came before the drinks truly horrible experience
