Côte Chichester

We have eaten in Cote Chichester on numerous occasions and have had excellent food. Sadly on this occasion the meal was not as good as previous and we had to send my husbands starter of calamari back as they were overlooked and rubbery. The manager dealt with this straight away in a professional manner and I can only think the chef was having a bad day. It will not stop us from returning as all previous visits have been excellent.

The restaurant has a relaxed ambience and we enjoyed our meal chosen from a well balanced menu. Staff were attentive and friendly and sorted out a mistake with one course very professionally. We are on holiday and will be returning to the restaurant this evening.

We regularly visit Cote Chichester and are never disappointed. The staff are pleasant and efficient and the meal is always good and certainly good value for money. If there has ever been a problem, it has always been dealt with swiftly and to our satisfaction. Tonight's bonus was our 2 free Kir Royales in honour of my recent birthday! Thank you!

This is my favourite place to eat - the service is excellent, the staff are so attentive and friendly and the food is delicious - I love eating there!

Efficient reservation process, spacious and relaxed restaurant environment and friendly professional service. The breakfast formule options are excellent value - the boudin noir was exceptionally good!

My husband and I couldn't fault our meal at the Chichester Cote last Friday evening . The staff were friendly and professional and our food was both delicious and reasonably priced . A great way to celebrate a birthday !

Every time I have taken Guests to the Cote Brassiere I have had excellent service. All the staff are polite and very accommodating. I certainly tested this last night as I had booked a table for 4 people at 8am not 8pm. oops

Lovely evening at Cote Chichester to celebrate our 27th Wedding Anniversary. Staff very friendly,attentive but not intrusive. Nice atmosphere, food delicious and well presented.All in all an excellent choice for a fun evening.

The lady serving us was fantastic. A above and beyond service. A wonderful night with friends. Overall would definitely book again for an evening with friends.

Excellent breakfast, great service. Everything piping hot and well cooked. Latte actually tastes of coffee rather than the over weak affair which is often served up as a latte!

Good food, good wine, good friends. I can highly recommend this restaurant, but be sure to ask for a table at the front as it can be a bit dark at the back.

Consistently good food and excellent friendly service . We go to this restaurant on a regular basis and it never lets us down. Glad the veal has been re-introduced on the main menu.

Breakfast was as good as usual. A minor thing........asked for one fried egg, got two. Service was quick and efficient. Staff very friendly and welcoming.

Excellent service matched by excellent food/wine. Never disappointed each time we go to the restaurant. The quality of the dishes served is exceptional and with the monthly specials makes every visit memorable.

A delicious meal with good service even on a very busy day. Lots of fish choices which we like. A few more vegetarian options would be wonderful.

Went out for a birthday celebration with some girl friends. We had a really tasty relaxed meal and the staff were so friendly and attentive, we didn't feel rushed to move on when we had finished our meal. Brilliant night out.

An excellent lunch as always - great food and great service! Tried the cod goujons for the first time and they were just delicious especially alongside frites and minted peas - just yummy!!

Excellent food and fabulous service from a busy and bustling restaurant on a Saturday night. We admired the way the team worked together and their friendly vibe, which we remarked on to one of the floor managers and our waiter. They all seemed to get on together really well and this was reflected in the happy atmosphere and super experience for their customers. A thoroughly enjoyable evening and can't wait to go back!

A lot of restaurants should take a leaf out of Cote's book. Excellent food in good surroundings reasonably priced. Explains why it is always busy.

Lovely restaurant and friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble, the food was lovely and the kids portions are huge but I'm not complaining!!! Overall great service.

What a really Great evening we had. The food was very good, free bottle of wine was a bonus! Desert was delicious and service was fab as always.

My friend and I enjoyed a delicious meal from the pre-theatre menu. Plenty of vegetarian options and good, friendly service. Even though it was early evening the restaurant was busy with a lively atmosphere.

We visited Cote Chichester on Monfdya evening having just travelled back from France. WE boked by telephone and arrived earlier than expected, but this was no problem for the helpful and courteous staff. As always, a high quality meal, and excellent value.

Thank you for a lovely birthday evening. It was my first visit with my family and I loved every minute from the glass of fizz on arrival to the excellent food and the service was exceptional. We all said how we would certainly be returning.

Despite being very busy service was swift and efficient. Good value for a lunch time stop off. Centrally located for all the shops and parking.

Very good service, set lunch menu good value, I signed up for rewards but the email for free bottle of wine did not arrive in time do the manager gave us a free drink instead

My husband did not enjoy the salmon tartine as the toast was so hard it was difficult to bite through. His minute steak was overcooked and this is the second time they have done that in the Chichester branch.Another guest did not expect onions on her smoke salmon but the staff were very helpful and gave her a new plate minus onions. Both my soup and fish dishes were delicious .

Excellent food and excellent service. Went with my parents who had not been to Cote before, we have a very pleasant evening. Really enjoyed my meal and dessert.

Good atmosphere, there was a varied menu catering for all which was reasonably priced. The staff were curtious and efficient. The food we chose was delicious same as we always find and that is why we keep going back

Winning my vote. Simple French style using great fresh seasonal ingredients served quickly and efficiently and at a great price too. Popular so best to book or possibly expect a short wait.
