Lovely service and my 9 year old loved the grown-up feeling, whilst the delightful staff made her feel really welcome. Absolutely delicious, as always - very prompt too.

This is the third time we have visited the Cheltenham Cote Brasserie and the food, service and general atmosphere has been excellent. The best place to go if you are looking for a fantastic meal, breakfast, lunch or dinner. Thank you and we will see you again.

Restaurant clean and tables well spaced. Food excellent at a reasonable price. Service prompt and efficient. 2 pointers for improvement 1. My wife asked particularly for cold milk with her Americana coffee and was brought hot milk. The error was promptly put right, though no apology. 2. The route upstairs to the toilets is not anti-Covid friendly. The stairs are steep. (I am over 80) and have to use the handrails which seemed sticky to touch and did not appear to have been treated at all.

Really enjoyed night out with my friend. Service and food very good. Everyone was complying with COVID regulations. Look forward to next visit.

Really gorgeous food - never had a bad meal in the many years have been going to Cote. Great atmosphere and very attentive staff.

I requested a nicer table as it was my birthday and they surprise us with a free glass of champagne and we had the most amazing waitress.

Food was really good, service too. Staff were helpful with my mobility-impaired father , which made it a more pleasurable visit. Also, I need to be gluten free and the gf menu was great 👍.

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed Cote. The staff are always so lovely and helpful. It must be difficult for them in these strange times but they are doing a fantastic job to make you feel safe and comfortable. The food is as good as ever but would like them to put the duck. back on the menu. My partner and I love Cote and will always support it as much as we can.

Relaxing evening I took my mum for dinner as I knew cote wouldn't disappoint us. Lovely service with relaxed ambience and tasty food the fish parmentier (fish pie) was very tasty ... rhubarb cocktails on arrival were a nice compliment. Book ahead for these. There is not a great deal of choice for vegetarians and vegans ... but fine if you are a oescatarian Great location in cheltenham and woukd return. The staff are delightful ... efficient and personable. Thank you team xx

Consistently reliable, great service, nice environment, good menu & tasty food

A superb evening with delicious food, professional staff and secure and pleasant environment. All the waiting staff were efficient and friendly, without being intrusive. Each course arrived quickly and helpings were plentiful and food tasty. We both enjoyed the main of Pork Belly and in particular the prawn gratinée and chicken liver parfait.

The restaurant had good social distancing between tables. Staff were welcoming, polite and friendly. Food was delicious.

Fabulous evening, we always have a great experience glad to be back

The restaurant was empty yet we waited nearly 40 min for our salads. We were so put off by the wait to order dessert we decided to leave. The waiter was told we were waiting to order but decided to go and chat to his female colleagues multiple times rather that take our order.

Nice to see Agnes and the team - welcome back Cote. Have enjoyed your At Home meals but was nice to get back to the restaurant in Cheltenham. Excellent brunch with 2 friends Nice food and the usual efficient friendly service with a good atmosphere.

Meal was good, not as good as Miller and Carter but acceptable. Really unhappy that you add service charges to the bill. I know these are optional but it seems to me that restaurants such as Cote (and I appreciate that Cote isn’t the only guilty party) add these charges where they think there is a large tourist market and they think they can get away with it. Sorry but as long as you add service charges then I won’t be returning.

Good seat position, felt very safe. Waitress attention very prompt and efficient.
