As always good service from all the floor staff except the manager who didn’t even lift his head to greet us. The food was not as nice as usual.

Food excellent. Good service. There was a small issue with the side salad I ordered. It did not come out with my meal so had to ask for it. A side salad was then provided but was not the one I ordered. The waiting staff apologised, brought out the correct one, and deducted the amount (for both) from the bill. Very pleased that this small issue was dealt with promptly and satisfactorily.

We love coming here and really enjoy the steak. Very efficient staff.

My wife of 53 years and I had a delicious Valentine's Day lunch at Côte Cheltenham today. The restaurant was busy as usual so the ambiance was great. Service was exceptional as always. If you like high quality French cuisine the Côte is well worth a visit - highly recommended.

Great Lunch I was entertaining elderly aunts the thoroughly enjoyed coming back to Cheltenham and eating in what to many of them years ago was a bank, keep up the high standards and thank you all.

This is a reliable, delicious and comfortable restaurant with friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere. We have eaten here regularly and taken lots of friends and family. It's always a winner!

Charged us for 3 large glasses of wine that we didn’t have - when we complained the waitress said it was up to diners to check their bills not them.

At the Cheltenham Cote there is always a good standard of food and service. That's why we come back! (I'm sure it's much the same in other branches.)

I love Cote in Cheltenham. The Ivy has recently opened but it's no competition for Cote in my opinion. The food and service is always excellent and the waiting staff always delightful. Well done Cote, keep it up.

Excellent food. All 3 of us really enjoyed our dishes and the services was also excellent. Only issue was the volume in the restaurant as it was quite loud but small negative.

Great evening - lively atmosphere, good food and excellent service. Choose Cote for a family celebration and was not disappointed. Definitely one of our favourite places to eat in Cheltenham.

Usually very good food and service, but not so good this time. No lemon/lime in G & T - had to ask and then presented with jug of lime cordial. No cutlery to eat starters; moules were mostly empty shells in a bowl of mariniere sauce. Service very erratic - had to ask for everything, sometimes twice. Food was still good, but felt felt the whole experience was not quite up to your usual high standards. Have eaten at your restaurants 5 times in last 2 months, so I feel qualified to judge.

Staff very warm and friendly, make you feel at ease. Service is prompt very attentive but not in your face. We had breakfast, plenty of choices, in fact , the Croque Madame was bigger and tastier than the many we’ve eaten in France and we told them that. Don’t all go at once or else we won’t be able to get a table, and we fully intend to go back soon. 😁👍

Staff were lovely. Food as always great. Just 1 main course, salmon with ratatouille ... gorgeous. Had booked online, was expected and greeted nicely. Good ambiance. Perfect. Always recommend Cote ... Cirencester, Clifton are great as well. If we are out and about and Cote is the option, will always choose it. Constantly great. 5*

Staff friendly and professional as always. Service very slick and food lovely - the set menu never disappoints and is good value for money. The Cote is my favourite restaurant in Cheltenham :-).

It was my first time at Côte Brasserie staff was lovely me and my work mates all enjoyed the food, service was good and quick.

Nice little alcove for party of seven. Service prompt and attentive as usual. Everyone very happy with their choice of dishes and no complaints at all. My duck breast particularly good.

went to Cote with a friend to catch up, my friend is a vegetarian and found enough food options for herself. will be returning again.

this was the worst of many visits.the food was ok its always the same the menu never changes. the £141 BILL FOR 4 WAS A LOT AND TO CROWN IT ALL THE WAITER WAS THE WORST EVER ,HE HAD NOT BEEN TRAINED PROPERLY INTERRUPTED CONVERSATION, SERVED ACROSS PEOPLE, IF I HAD NOT BEEN IN COMPANY I WOULD NOT HAVE PAID THE SERvice CHARGE.

Lovely food, my only criticism is that the atmospheric lighting was too dark and wecould not read the menu and we ended up using the torches on our phones.

Lovely meal service good food excellent . Table a bit small to fit all dishes and glasses on.Would prefer to leave tip of my choice rather than a service charge to my bill

It was a very busy Friday at 2pm, BUT I had booked a week in advance. The lady waitress told me we would have to wait as they were busy. She also didn't listen to me when I said I had booked the table. Along came another member of staff and I explained I had booked. We waited while a table was available to be seated. We have been coming to Cote since they opened and I must say the courtesy to diners is badly slipping, even breakfast service can be indifferent. Talking to the next table diners to us we agreed that not enough staff either. Linda MacGregor

Food was OK, but waiter gave us wrong information about an item on the menu which two of our party ordered. Service was a little slow, although the restaurant was busy. Lively atmosphere.

Want a quiet supper, early. A party with lots of noisy friends later. I especially like the table by the curved window upstairs in Cheltenham. Only available on a Saturday.

Great restaurant. Atmosphere is always wonderful, the service is great and the food is very tasty. Set menu is very good price and you’re never left feeling hungry.
