Dined here before jazz festival and found decent food, a varied menu, reasonable service and good value. We really could not complain. Would eat here again

Excellent food and good variety to choose from. Especiially nice was the new "Prestige" fixed price menu which is available all evening not just up to 7 pm like the early bird menu

Again we had a really enjoyable meal. Food very good and staff very friendly. The choice of food suits everybody even the really fussy eaters.

Lovely family meal celebrating a belated mother’s day, great food, service and atmosphere. We eat both from the set menu and main both equally lovely and great price. Would definitely recommend and go back.

A good varied menu at reasonable prices. An appetiser and main course was plenty for us although the set menu also looked good. There's a nice ambience and pleasant service.

Excellent food and service, plus great ambience. I will definitely return to Cote Cheltenham as it offers good value for money too with two set menus and plenty of choice.

As per usual the food was well prepared, served hot with a good range of choice and service was as usual attentive, prompt, pleasant service.

Excellent menu, well served, happy, friendly and courteous staff who obviously enjoy their jobs, pleasant and comfortable ambience, what more could a diner ask for?

Service excellent. Prawn starter excellent. Steak tartare fair, few too many capers. Rib eye steak excellent. Pork belly bit dry. Whole experience in general was good.

Once again an excellent meal from Cotes Brasserie. This time we went to Cotes in Cheltenham. Can not fault the service or the lovely food.

Starter and main -minute steak -brilliant. Service good. Restuarant very clattery/ noisy- more than the hum of people chatting and eating good food -needs professional acoustic assessment and sound baffles on ceiling or soft furnishing. Also lighting too low -we get it needs to be soft to create ambience....

Early bird dinner very good value and quality - ideal for pre theatre or festival event dinning so book early to get a spot as it was pretty full

Well located restaurant in the centre of Cheltenham. The food at Cote Brasserie is always of a high standard and the staff are excellent. They don't rush you and it was really nice to enjoy a leisurely lunch.

The lunch time menus were a lovely surprise. There was a very good choice of all three courses and the food was excellent and good value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful, a pleasure to be served by them. Well done to all and thank you.

Fantastic wait staff and delicious food. We always enjoy our experience at Côte, even with my gluten food allergy and dairy sensitivity! If you aren’t GF/DF, my family recommends the Chocolate Fondant for dessert!

We've been many times and never been disappointed, however, the starters took over 35 mins to arrive but the food was quick after that...and excellent.

Very nice atmosphere, good service. Food on set menu was acceptable but would recommend a revamp of this menu for more lighter option choices especially in spring/summer

Excellent service at table, and welcomed quickly as we entered. Food arrived perhaps a bit too rapidly, making us think that it was not freshly prepared. Rather bland and tasteless. But this is a chain, so everything is going to be brought in frozen/vacuum packed, so can't really complain.

Very good meals at a value-for-money price with affordable wines. We always enjoy our meals in Cote and would recommend it to family and friends.

Usual standards - good attention from staff. My husband's favourite meal - steak tartare. Not too busy for a Sunday so pleasant atmosphere. Best expresso around.

Excellent service. Booking through Quando was effortless. Price for meal and wine very cheap and they supply free water without the waiter mentioning the bottled stuff

Good menu. Very helpful staff. The ambience is very good with areas of the restaurant much like rooms. Can be quite noisy at bust times due to high ceiling.

it was ok. I arrived on my own awaiting a friend but wasn't immediately asked if I wanted a drink etc. I had to move seats as the one I was given was very cold with the air con blasting down my neck. I think they could have been a bit more attentive. Food overall was good.

Excellent as always - good service and value for money. The new premium set menu available at all times is a good idea and again represents good value.

The food and service was fantastic.....however.......when we arrived we were promptly shown to our table in a room in the first floor, as we walked in the heat hit us. As the hottest April in 70 years, we were certainly not complaining about the weather however the temperature in the room was extremely uncomfortable and the air was hot and stale. The air conditioning was not on neither were any of the windows open (I would have expected one or the other) after about 10mins and all deciding that it was extremely uncomfortable as we were all sweating and red in the face I asked for one or other to happen to cool us down. This COMPLETELY befuddled our waitress who was at a loss what to do and had to ask, however both happened: window were opened and air con switched on. Whilst one does defeat the object of the other, it did start to cool things down and we all returned to a normal healthy pink rather than a group of beetroot coloured melting heaps. That said the food was excellent, well presented, deliciously tasting and quick and friendly service. We had two celiacs in our party who were amazed at the choice available to them on a complete Gluten free menu (one of the reasons the restaurant was specially chosen). Hats off to them for the extensive choice for those on special diets! Overall a great. Night was had by all 6 of us - once we turned the sauna down!

Very busy upon our arrival but the warm welcome and the attentive staff are on hand to guide us to our table effortlessly! Tasty starters arrived without too much waiting time as was the piping hot main course! All in all was an enjoyable evening, thank you!

Good experience. Had to ask for utensils for the second course. We ordered two spinch side dishes but only one dish arrived at the table

Excellent food especially as I am a coeliac, with plenty of choice. Very friendly and attentive staff. A previous problem was promptly andvery satisfactorily dealt with.

Lovely restaurant and good choice on menu. Staff were very helpful indeed and explained all the meals available. Food was very tasty, the steak was delicious and very tender. Will definitely recommend this place.

Excellent food and excellent service. Friendly greeting as we entered the restaurant. Given plenty of time to make our drinks and food choices. Didn't feel rushed after we had finished eating.

All our meals were well presented and very tasty. Staff were friendly and attentive but as the restaurant filled (it became extremely busy) that dwindled. That said we enjoyed our evening and will I am sure book again

Food was delicious as usual. Change of set menu which was a little disappointing as it’s removed the chocolate mousse but the value for three courses is still tough to beat
