Excellent food and service, as usual, thoroughly recommend it to anyone who enjoys delicious meals.

As always, really good food and service at a reasonable price.

First visit to this restaurant. Good meals and well presentation food overall. Would return again when visiting Cheltenham.

Very friendly staff, polite and professional. Excellent starters. My steak arrived medium well instead of a medium rare, but was edible. The glass dishes the desserts are served in should be checked for quality, we received ice cream in one seriously chipped. At the end there was a bottle of wine on our bill, that we didn't have. Promptly dealt with by our waitress. In comparison with Cote Gloucester - lots to improve on in my modest opinion. :-)

Always good value when eating from the early menu but I cannot resist the Breton Stew on the main menu, a main course not to be missed

The waitress we had was very curt and not at all friendly, three the food on the table. We were given the wrong order also and seemed too much trouble to replace it it with what we ordered. Very average food and poor customer service.

Cote remains our favourite no nonsense everyday restaurant, where we can linger over a pleasant meal without pressure from the staff, though they are always there for when we need them.

Food was great as usual. I think there has been a big staffing change as I don’t recognise as many faces and as a result service is not quite as good as it was. Menus are still great value though.

What can I say or add that I haven’t already said previously? It’s been a lovely lunch as it always is. Good food and friendly, helpful staff. I love going to Cote.

Food was great as usual. Fabulous value for money. However on this occasion we had the noisiest table behind us who loved the sound of their own voices. Not the restaurants fault. However this wasn’t helped by the fact that the waiter was miserable. It was obvious he’d rather be somewhere else. Never had to leave a mid range review before.

Great meal in very attractive surroundings. Very good service too. Really enjoyed eating at Côte Cheltenham. I had the duck breast which was delicious and shared an apple crumble dessert - equally delicious. Full marks from us!

A really good meal which all four of us commented on. One of the best meals we’ve had at Côte. I sense they have really upped their game in the kitchen.

Very good service and atmosphere. Food was great couldn’t fault it, chef cooked the steak to perfection exactly how I asked for it. Wil definitely be going back

Excellent meal. Went Sunday lunchtime. Don't do a Sunday lunch so Chose menu of day and they were very pleased to substitute dishes from main menu. Service was friendly and good

We booked early on a Friday evening before our Theatre event at the Everyman. The staff were helpful and attentive. Each dish was presented beautifully and satisfied our needs with just one exception. The Chicken and Ham Parmentier was light on Chicken and Ham but heavy on potato. Just correct that and you would have had a 6.

Mackerel salad and chocolate pot great - service very good. Let down by risotto - flavour was good but needed Parmesan so I asked for some and what I was brought did not smell or taste very nice (I don’t know whether it wasn’t Parmesan or was off)

As always, the food is excellent without fail. Cote is our favourite restaurant to meet friends and enjoy lunch or dinner together. The staff is very friendly and efficient.

Staff very friendly, attentive and pleasant. The food served was well cooked, and hot where required. We were a table of 3. Two of us ate from the A la Carte menu and one from Prestige menu. My main course from the A la Carte Menu, was Beef Bourguignon ( their spelling) was rather small and some of it in places was dry/over cooked. Its was not a major issue just an observation. I probably wouldn’t choose it again.... We ate quite early, before 7pm I visited the gents toilet and was disappointed that there was NO SOAP in the dispenser so early in the evening. Clearly the staff responsible for checking... hadn’t done their job. I mentioned it to a member of staff on my way back to my table. We all did enjoy our evening.

The service is always warm and welcoming! Nothing is too much trouble and the food is always consistent, a lovely venue for breakfast! Highly recommended!

Prestige menu had good choices .I ate French onion soup and roast salmon . I felt I was having a healthy meal out .As usual good service, good food at reasonable a price. Enjoyable meal

Dine at Cote Brasserie regularly but this was our first visit to their Cheltenham restaurant. Everything was up to their high standards and we enjoyed our evening. Did find the lighting a bit too low.

We had a great time as always. That's why we usually choose Cote. Interesting food at a decent price and always with friendly service. Didn't I say that last time?

Warm inviting atmosphere, with a lovely selection on both of the set menus offered. The service is always friendly and efficient and the food is always tasty.

Cote never lets us down. I go regularly, the food is superb and the service always good. Brillant gluten free menu, carefully served. I would recommend it without hesitation.

As always excellent food, service and very good value. Cote was very busy on a Wednesday lunch time in January. It well deserves its success

A very pleasant if noisy evening. The food was very good being nicely presented and not too over facing in portion size. The waiting staff, as always, are friendly and helpful. The only downside to the restaurant is the noise level. Some soft surfsces to absorb it would be good. But that is only a minor point, Cote is always a good place to go for a meal out.

Another meal and another really good experience. Had the duck and a bottle of French merlot both of which were excellent. Now looking forward to the next meal.

Good food, as always. Dropped one point because the soup was only just warm and there were no servers around to report this to. Mentioned it later and to be fair to Côte they did take a little off the bill.

We always have a very pleasant time at Cote Cheltenham, very good choice of tasty food and the service excellent., I look forward to the Specials each month.

Lovely warm welcoming! We were sat down in no time and coffees was brought to us whilst we’re browsing the menu! Lovely staff with attentive service, reliable food, what’s. It to like!

We were a party of four and it was New Years Eve. We had an early booking, 7.00 pm, but there was a real buzz about the place when we arrived. We had a booth in the far corner which was great as we were out of the way but you could still feel the atmosphere. The staff were excellent and although the New Years Eve menu was limited it was very good. We all enjoyed our choices but the standout for me was the charcuterie starter, excellent! I have visited Cote Cheltenham many times and it never fails. Well done.

Excellent food and lovely atmosphere.the waiters were polite and attentive although not overly so. There are a good selection of dishes and the waiting time was really good especially as the restaurant was busy.

The food is lovely but the service is slow, only 5 tables in restaurant at 3 in the afternoon so expected, it seems presumptuous to put tip on bill

Great food and service as always. One of the best places to eat in Cheltenham and certainly the best value. Will be back again soon.

We are frequent customers of Cote, mainly at Chichester. This was the first visit to Cheltenham. The service and food was of the same standard, but we thought that where we sat in the front part of the restaurant lacked atmosphere (even though busy!). Accepting that decor is very subjective, we thought the lighting and colours gave a 'cold' impression.

Great as usual. We went during the Christmas season at lunch time. Staff very helpful in putting us somewhere where my husband wasn't going to cough over everyone as he was getting over flu. Not infectious but sounds terrible - you know!
