We visited early because the Cheltenham Literature Festival is underway. Although the restaurant was busy our experience was first-class as usual; delicious food coupled with friendly and attentive staff

Staff, Food and service met my full expectation. I will certainly return.

Tasty food in a very dark setting. I ordered from the a la carte menu and everything had good flavour - the crab starter and belly pork main. The creme caramel was a creme brulee recipe (also on the menu) but enjoyable non the less. Portion size was generous and I was full at the end of the meal even though I did not eat all my main. I do not know why the lighting has to be so low and it was very noisy.

A little awkward to get to, as no parking onsite. Also not easy disabled access. Food was tasty but the portion sizings were odd. My 13 year old had the seafood lingune which was delicious , but enough for 2, whilst my Mother-in-law ordered the fish-pie which was small enough to be considered a starter. We also waited a long time between courses and had to ask for our main courses. Out of the 6 of us 1 meal was cold, 1 overcooked -although in fairness when we told the staff they immediately offered to replace them. Overall an ok visit, but probably wouldn't return.

Perfect meal & service. Only comment would be the 12.5% mandatory service charge. I would have given that anyway but I like to reward as I see appropriate rather than it being enforced.

Excellent . Only disappointment was that there wasn’t any salmon left.

It’s was amazing evening with great food, drink & service. The only criticism we did feel a little rushed as the courses came out, not giving us much rest in between courses. Kind regards.

We love eating at Côte Cheltenham. The food is excellent and the staff very attentive and professional. However, the noise level in the restaurant is often too loud to have a relaxed conversation. The week before last I was with friends in the upstairs dining room, but a large noisy party dominated the room. On the occasion I am responding to, the noise level in the corridor we were placed was so bad, I asked to be moved. The staff did so without question, but it was a poor start to the evening.
