Amazing food, amazing service as usual. The staff are wonderful couldn't recommend the Cote more highly. Favourite restaurant in Cheltenham.

We had a fabulous meal at Cote. This restaurant is one of our favourites and we visit often. Our waiter Chris was attentive, professional and helpful. The food was delicious and the ambience was great, we all enjoyed and will not hesitate to return again.

Another great meal with friends. Food and service up to your usual standard.

Food was outstanding and good value for money. The staff were very friendly and made you feel welcome and paid close attention in making sure we had everything we needed.

As always, we had a delicious lunch. The artichoke extra was really excellent and I particularly enjoyed the pancake on Shrove Tuesday. We appreciated the free orange cocktails.

I booked this lunch as a result of an e-mail from you promoting Pancake Day. On arrival I enquired about this promotion to be met with the reply that "they didn't do such things there and that it was a French restaurant that did French cousine," Despite my mentioning your e-mail the lady had no knowledge of it and I was left wondering whether I had got mixed up with another restaurant. However we found crepes on the existing menus and very enjoyable they were too. Despite the confusion the atmosphere was very pleasant and we enjoyed our lunch.

Hi, although service was very good, I am afraid to say that the haddock goujons were slightly overcooked; dark instead of golden brown.

First visit in a while. A little disappointed that my first choice of main was not available but my second choice was very tasty. Great value for money. Staff are friendly and the manager, Rhianna is wonderful, can't speak highly enough about her. Next visit already booked

There was a 30 minute gap between starters and mains. I thought you had forgotten us. The cassoulet was very disappointing.

Was a bit annoyed that the 'free' cocktails were only free if you ordered from a la cart menu (which we didn't). Must have been in very small print indeed. Food and service very good however. The cocktails were extremely small for the price. Just irritating when you think something will be free and it turns out expensive. But, food really very good value hence high rating.

We had a delicious meal and good service. It was rather Noisy though.

Great standard of breakfast - unbeatable for quality and value. Manager as welcoming as ever - definitely recommended.

Great food and service, asked for a quiet table which we got. Just one niggle, the service charge,very high I thought £10.38 and there were only 2 of us, to be fair though , you can change the amount, but this could be easily missed on the bill. Always a good night had at Cote tho, and will be back.

It was a busy Thursday evening -19.15 - but the service and food were excellent.

Very slightly drafts where we were sitting but overall an excellent evening, thank you.

I still think the staff need to be a little more forthcoming regards to the welcome and exit you receive at the restaurant.

Throughly enjoyed our first meal out since the birth of our baby girl. Thank you to the team for making it a lovely occasion.

A lovely meal - great staff as always - efficient and friendly. the mushroom ravioli was particularly good; we haven't had that before, hope to have it more often, thank you!

Not up to the usual standard I expect and I was left feeling disappointed The soup was stone cold and I had to send it back and wait for a replacement for quite a while.The main course was poulet grille and usually my favourite Cote dish but instead of the creamy mushroom sauce it came with a tiny amount of veal jus and as a consequence was very dry my daughter only ate half of hers and it was supposed to be a treat for her. Only the desserts were up to standard and they were delicious. I won’t be returning for a good while

We were very happy with our visit! I had booked a table here as part of my partners birthday and she loved it. The staff remembered everyone’s dishes on the table and were very quick with both the food and table changes. All staff were both polite and professional throughout the whole experience, despite the fact that it was fairly busy. Thank you, we will definitely be back!

The service was pleasing and a nice atmosphere but the food was so, so salty. Very disappointing and has put me off going again. I never complain in a restaurant - maybe I should have.

Great birthday meal. Went for the set lunch menu. The food and service were excellent especially the Creme Caramel. Yummy!

Excellent service, lovely staff. We had sword fish which made a change. Good to visit Cheltenham and see it light up. We will definitely return.

The service was exceptional and the food amazing but it being a French brassiere expected the meal to be a little slower it felt like we were on a conveyor built being rushed through dinner not allowed to enjoy the experience as you would be in a French brassiere.

Very lovely food absolutely perfect. Just one criticism the courses seemed a little rushed we still had wine from our last course on the table and would of been nice to enjoy the wine more.

Food was excellent. Staff very helpful. Only criticism too rushed between courses. Didn't have time to let the course settle and enjoy the wine. Five minutes or so would have earned six stars.

We booked for Valentine's evening, the meet greet was good, and shown to our table promptly, no choice of table though, we were offered drinks and wine choice advice, all good so far, starter was 9/10, we ordered the Sea Bass for our main, it looked well presented with a good choice of ingredients, sadly it wasnt fresh, with a distinct slightly off taste. We advised the waiter who was very apologetic and the meals were replaced with another choice, ravioli this time which was all ok. To sum up the service was very good, apart from the sea bass the food was good and well presented. We received complementary drinks to off set the cost, and the manager explained he had thrown out the remaining sea bass in tbe fridge and was very apologetic. Would we visit again, possibly !!

Delicious food at great value from he early bird menu. I love even the salad with apple and Roquefort and it's winter! Steak frites and chocolate pot to finish. What's not to like? We weren't offered the early bird menu and had to ask for it. And we weren't offered any more drinks after the initial order, so Cote missed an opportunity there to sell more. We were there for almost 3 hours which gives an idea of the pace of delivery but we weren't in a hurry, so didn't mind. Overall, another enjoyable evening at Cote. We've never had a bad meal.

Everything was perfect, the valentines menu was value for money, definitely highly recommended 100 percent xx

We opted for the early menu. Food was delicious and fabulous value. The staff were brilliant - efficient and friendly! We cannot recommend Cheltenham Cote highly enough.....the Cambridge branch could learn a lot from a visit here. Thank you for a lovely evening.
