Lovely food, great service. Will return. We've eaten at cote several times , love their menu.

Poor service with a sever who just could not interact with customers. Food a bit 'boil in the bag' and poorly presented.

Average food , not cheap and not happy with gratuity automatically put on the bill although you can ask for it to be taken off [12.5%]

We received fantastic service, the food was great and safety measures had been put in place. The only minor points were we felt the table was too small for us in the booth and it wasn't until the end we discovered that there was a children's menu.

Delicious food! Best steak we’ve had in the UK. Got birthday spoils which was much appreciated! Highly recommended 😊

We’ve really enjoyed our meal but felt a bit rushed. The food camr really quickly and they wanted us to have a dessert before we were really ready. Better than having to wait for ages though.

The staff made sure we had the best table over looking the town. This was our non wedding day and they really took care of us. Including a complementary drink at arrival. The service was quick, friendly and perfection. We both ordered the steak filet and it was amazing. This was our first ever visit to Cheltenham. I would highly recommend eating at this restaurant. Thank you too the lovely staff who really did go that extra mile.

The staff we considerate in offering us an earlier table than we had booked and gave us a lovely round table for 4, although just the 2 of us. Very friendly and professional staff, the food was beautiful too. Definitely recommend to anyone.

Our evening was fantastic at Cote Cheltenham; we couldn’t fault anything at all. The food came very quickly and was exquisite, our waitress was very warm and couldn’t have been any more helpful. We cannot wait for our next visit!

Tasty meal. I had one course, my husband three. He had wine, I had water (as I'd already had plenty before arriving!). My only criticism is I ordered an espresso and he dessert. Mine came about ten minutes before his. Which was not good. Staff should ask when I wanted the coffee - with or after (his) dessert. Nit picking I know, but mentioned so as to encourage more sophisticated service.

We don’t enjoyed the food at all. We ordered calamari as starter , it was too oily. Our main course was Sea bass, the potatoes was not cooked properly.

Good ambience and service however my Pork dish was not nice.

Please can you do something about the waitress who either are miserable at work or in their personal life?!I don't expect to be welcomed by someone who clearly doesn't give a...much to a customer. It's the second time when we encounter this lady ,and customer service skills are not in her job description definitely.

Much as we enjoyed your home delivered meals, it was great to be back. Usual yummy food with good service in a well managed environment.

Lovely to come to Cote again. Excellent service and good atmosphere. (All of the food was delicious, apart from the beefburger which was very dry and not very nice!).

Really enjoyed eating at Cote. My husband's steak was 10/10 and my fish was delicious too. Impeccable service in lovely surroundings. Will most certainly return at some point. The only thing that might have slightly improved the experience would have been some background music.

Great food in a lovely environment, we enjoyed the food so much we booked for the following evening. Good varied menu at very reasonable prices, even better as we were able to include the 'eat out' offer. The staff/service was friendly/efficient but unobtrusive. We will definately be visiting again when we return to Cheltenham. Big thumbs up 👍😘 friend k thy and attentive.

Excellent calamari - the freshest tasting we have had for a very long time. Very substantial portion. Breton Chicken and Steak frites as good in quality and value as always. (But please no onion mixed in with a Green Salad) Combined with the outstanding service, Côte gets it right every time.

Brilliant service, despite being very busy. Food was delicious - we had the lobster frites and crepe caramel, and both were superb. The timing of everything was spot on, and the attention to Covid safeguards was evident. Well done to everyone concerned. It was great to be back there for the first time since early March
