Great value for money. Good choice especially for the set menu. Food was very tasty and well presented. Friendly staff who kept an eye on you without being intrusive

Super service, delightful atmosphere and great food, as always up to the expected levels in all respects that we have come to enjoy at various Côte restaurants around the country.

Another great meal at Cote Cheltenham. Would recommend the Coq au Vin and also our favourite dessert: Creme Caramel. The service as always is friendly and efficient

We had a very enjoyable lunch on Ssturday. Food was delicioud with a wide choice and service was both friendly snd professional. We expect to make a return visit when we are next in Cheltenham.

Great food, very intermate surroundings with great service with a smile. We will return. We also found the prices to be very reasonable compared to other restaurants we visited frequently.

As usual, the staff were exceptionally friendly, without being pushy, and the ordering of the meal was at a sensible pace. The food and wine were excellent, and there was no pressure to at more than the two courses we had ordered. A good lunch!

Really poor service - waited over 25mins to order drinks, waited a further 15mins for them and to order our food. No check back once the food arrived, no check to see if more drinks were needed - we actually got up and went to find someone to order another drink. Dirty plates not cleared and waited over 20mins for the bill - which they had added 12.5% service charge!

Who ever picks the cheese in my humble opinion never tasted it . One cheese was totally tasteless . One can only be described as rotten cat sick . I love cheese but to be honest I found this selection vile . The French are known for their lovely cheeses , it's beyond me how you could pick this selection . On another note like all chains , i.e. Ask, Zizzi etc and including need to change your menu 's more often . It becomes very boring very quickly .

Very attentive staff and a good busy atmosphere. Unlike some restaurants we were not time restricted so a good place to catch up with friends. The food was good value, tasty and well presented.

Good food, though my chosen main course wasn't available . Great service. Our waiter had all the right skills and was a natural. He's going places!

We had a very enjoyable evening, nice décor, delicious food - anniversary set menu was particularly good value. All staff were attentive and made us feel welcome.

Food lovely but courses rushed also our bill was bought to us whilst we were still drinking and we hadn't asked for it, it was only 10pm,we would of liked to have stayed longer but we all felt that they wanted us to leave so staff could go home

Lovely meal as usual. Staff very helpful. Always consistent unlike a lot of restaurant's in Cheltenham. Calamari is gorgeous, but bring back the crab mayonnaise please!!!

we met up with two friends here whom we had not seen for some time. We had a whale of a time catching up. The service was excellent and we really enjoyed our food. A great experience all-round.

Excellent food with pleasant reasonably prompt service. Catered with my dairy problem very well. Good atmosphere. Pleased that they bought water to the table without having to ask for it.

This was a repeat visit so obviously I like the place. There was a slight problem with a wrong starter plus the delivery seemed a bit mis-timed (rushed) as we hadn't finished our olives and bread when they arrived at the table. Still better than waiting too long. Generally the service was ok but perhaps not quite on a par with previous visits; I was not put off and will probably visit again. One thing I don't like is the imposition of 12% service charge on the bill, regardless of whether the staff get to see this money or not, and the fact that you can apparently decline to pay it, I still think it should be totally in the hands of the customer to decide the tip.

Service was really slow on this occasion hence the score of 4. Food as usual was very good. Busy Resturant with a nice atmosphere. Would recommend a visit here.

Intimate atmosphere, excellent service, good varied menu. There seemed to be buzz about the place which we liked and the waiter was very entertaining. We will be back!

Helpful staff, usual good standard of food, breton chicken with garlic butter for me and tuna nicoise for my wife with complimentary bottle of wine.

We are regulars at Cote Brasserie, Cheltenham. We love the food, the wine, the service and the atmosphere. A great place to take friends as well.

Tried to give us table by the door but asked to sit somewhere else. Ran out of main course I wanted on the set menu so had to choose something else so was disappointed.

We love Cote - great food, good value fixed price menu and nice atmosphere. Attentive service. Looking forward to our next visit and our New Years Eve meal (we had a nice evening last New Years Eve)

Great food great service in a relaxed atmosphere. Reasonable priced good food served at a relaxed pace. We were made to feel welcome and valued.

As usual the service and food was excellent. Personally I strongly recommend the veal escalope as it is always excellent. Usually I do not like vegetables etc being shown separately on the menu and priced separately but as a regular visitor to Cote Brasserie it works well but customers new to Cote may get a shock when their meal arrives. Also today all our party of 6 had creme caramel and all said how delicious it was and I would go so far as to say best ever I have tasted. All in all 6 clean plates which always is a good indicator of the food quality.

Very nice restaurant and atmosphere. Food very good but portions of certain things smaller than of late, ie very small portion of French fries. Restaurant was very busy so service was a bit slow.

Excellent, well prepared food from a comprehensive French influenced menu - warm, welcoming staff and a pleasant environment. Would strongly recommend for a 1st class, reasonably priced meal. (Don't like the automatically applied 12.5% gratuity!!)

Enjoyed a delicious three course meal at Cote Brasserie Cheltenham. Good choice of dishes on the early evening menu nd a bargain price too. This could become a monthly treat.

Restaurant was busy but that added to the atmosphere. We all chose from the set menu, 3 courses £12.95. Excellent value for money and absolutely delicious - highly recommended.

The staff and service were excellent. Food was extremely enjoyable and good value for money. Would recommend to everyone that they make a visit as very would surely enjoy.

Excellent service and menu with a wide variety and specials offered too, the restaurant warm and charming, would really recommend trying other times of the day besides the evening. Looking to book at Christmas.

Birthday celebration for my husband and my best friend, My friend and myself had excellent meals (hence the 4)but my husband had a steak which was returned as it came out "blue" after asking for a medium, they recooked the same steak and even then it didn't come back as requested. They said it would be 3 minutes but by the time it returned my friend and I had finished our meal, so my husband ate alone. We NEVER complain but on this occasion my husband couldn't physically eat the steak how it was when served. The waitress dealt with the situation but there was no compassion involved! We have eaten here before and will probably go back.

Great value set menu for dining before 7pm, it has a good choice of dishes so much so we were hard pushed to choose. Service is swift and friendly. Be sure to book as it's always busy.

Food was a bit slow to come out and no chives in the hollaindaise 😟 also a bit slow with the bill so nearly ran out of parking. Other than that t was great!

A friendly, busy restaurant where they serve good food at reasonable prices. We had the Anniversary Menu and it was excellent. Crab mayonnaise and crepes suzette being the stars!

We had the 10 year celebration menu was very good. Although the restaurant was vertually empty when we arrived we could not get our requested table. (We are regulars.) Clearly no one had noted our request! The service is sometimes too quick, we had to request a delay between the main course and dessert. Also I believe that a 12.5% service charge is over the top when compared to all other restaurants in the area!

Service was poor tonight. Long wait at every stage. Had to ask repeatedly for service. Short staffed? This isn't usually the case as service is usually excellent.

First visit to Cote Cheltenham. Good food. Wine reasonably priced too. Place was packed on arrival, good job we had booked. Friendly service, what's not to like?

Yet again we visited Cheltenham's Cote for a superb breakfast this morning (a full English and a French breakfast). As always the food was of excellent quality and cooked to perfection. Such good value particularly when adding orange juice and coffee for only £1 each,
