Great service and food quality exceptional, thoroughly enjoyed our experience whilst visiting Cheltenham, we will definitely return and sample both the lunch and evening menus

Delicious lunch with my wife, served by friendly, helpful and very professional waiting staff. We had complimentary Kir Royale each before the meal (March's special offer) which was most thoughtful. My wife has allergies and the chef catered specially for her, while I had the 2-course special. Altogether we had a most enjoyable meal at a very reasonable price.

The food, wine and service were excellent. We have eaten at various “Cote” but the one Cheltenham is particularly good. It also very convenient being less than 40M away.

We had a lovely meal, and there was a great atmosphere. There was a lot to choose from on the menu and it seemed very reasonable.

Excellent service and food. Great all round experience would recommend to all friends and family. Looking forward to next visit which will be in Gloucester

Nice meal , good service , a bit noisy due to it being Cheltenham race week.we had a very good lunch there the previous week which was why we returned.

Great breakfast as always at Cote Cheltenham. Excellent quality food, cooked and served really well in lovely surroundings. A really enjoyable breakfast an a great location.

Everything was ok but the information regarding the green vegetables with the dish mislead us to having to make an additional side order on arrival of the food.

Good food, professionally served at a reasonable price. We prefer the menu to that offered at the nearby Ivy Brasserie. We use Cote for breakfast and lunch, and sometimes dinner as we live adjoining the Cheltenham Brasserie

Beautiful food, wonderful atmosphere and the best service I’ve ever had. Booked for my partner’s birthday and had a unexpected and wonderful reception from our waitress.

Fabulous service and food. Great gluten free menu. Have been several times and have never been disappointed. Extremely well looked after and will always go out of their way to be heloful. Love it.

Service a little slow at times and food not the warmest but really delicious and very pleasant staff! All in all we very much enjoyed!

Great Brunch on Mothering Sunday and super staff! I had the French Breakfast that included Boudin Noir - crisp on the outside but with a soft centre, yummy!

This was a perfectly reasonable meal, as one would expect from a well established chain of restaurants. There was nothing remarkable, neither bad nor good..

Excellent service and delicious food. All 3 courses on set menu were extremely tasty and expertly cooked. The choice was varied and represented hood value for money. One of very few restaurants where you can have a 3 course meal at 5.30 in the evening.

Very busy evening as first day of race week. However the staff were very efficient and polite. Service was very good. Food was delicious, well presented and served hot! Great atmosphere.

Food and service were excellent as usual and all very good value. Main problem with Cote is the lack of a bar for diners who arrive early. Those waiting have to stand behind the diners, very close to the diners too, and it looks like a conveyor belt. A separate small bar for diners only would really improve the experience. We’ve been to several Cotes around the country and none have that convenient waiting area. Needs fixing.

Not sure why, when I asked for a glass of wine, I was up sold a large one without questioning me. Food and service were good.

Enjoyable as usual. Remarkably quiet as it’s Cheltenham race week. Mashed potato was a bit sloppy and I think I got the wrong change, but I’ll be back!

Fantastic experience, good food and service and overall very enjoyable. The only downsides are that it was very warm in the restaurant and they do add a 12.5% service charge to the bill which is something I personally do not like. Otherwise, a great evening out.

The service was much slower than is usual for this restaurant, we had to request order be taken after approx. 15.minuits. The food when it arrived was fine.

We initially had some problems with service but after speaking to the Manager this was dealt with extremely efficiently. The breakfast was 1st class and we will definitely return.

The food was very enjoyable, from the starters through to dessert. The Staff were friendly and courteous. The Restaurant had a good atmosphere. We will return. It’s just a pity, that the price of “additional vegetables” seem expensive for the portion size.

Top notch Mothers Day breakfast with fizz. Very tasty Eggs Benedict, fantastic eggs. Service a little slow as a result of busy time on special day.

Very slow service. Had to send one meal back due to not being cooked correctly by the time the replacement came the other 4 people had finished eating.

Sadly disappointing for Mother’s Day. Online menu was not available, only menu at increased price. No warning of this beforehand. Screaming children - not relaxing. We were overcharged on the bill. Would certainly have to consider whether we would want to return in the future...

Excellent meal extremely good menu for gluten free diet, superb service , lovely place to eat . Would recommend for every occasion, lovely staff, always very polite and friendly .

We ate upstairs which was a lovely change and quieter, the staff were very attentive, food excellent, lots of choices with the addition of specials. Will definitely visit again.

Although it was Mother’s Day, and very busy, the staff coped admirably. Service was still excellent, staff were pleasant as always., and food was delivered promptly.

Really good food, plenty of staff so no waiting around and excellent coffee. Atmosphere was like an American diner with plenty of bustle and chatter. Really good.

Excellent food - very tasty - and great service. Would go again anytime! Particularly enjoyed the potato gratin, it was absolutely delicious! Fantastic atmosphere, there was a real buzz in the restaurant.

Very friendly, polite and attentive staff. The restaurant was very busy when we visited but the staff seemed to cope well and there were no delays in serving the food. Food was very good apart from the couscous main course dish which had a 'risotto' consistency - too moist.It was also quite bland. There was a good atmosphere in the restaurant.

Good choice on menu, the service was really good and the restaurant has a really nice atmosphere. Very reasonably priced too. Would recommend to family and friends.

Busy restaurant, but prompt and friendly service, I eat here pretty regularly and think it is an excellent choice for a well priced and generally excellent lunch.

Excellent as always. We are never dissapoited eating at Cote and the staff is exceptional. It’s one of our favourite restaurants to go to and we will be back.

Despite the restaurant being full to bursting when we arrived at 6.30pm we had fantastic service and fabulous food ,great atmosphere and ambience well worth a visit .

The staff were very helpful, especially when we asked for the courses to be staggered as one of our party was disabled and ate slowly. We were very pleased to receive complimentary kir royales as a birthday treat.

Not a very good dining experience because the food run-of-the-mill, with MacDonald style fries sorry 'frites'. Service was very slow. I've no idea why some people are happy to pay for such mediocre food.

Excellent as usual, Mr Driver is a first class manager. His staff are well trained, attentive and the service is exemplary. We go back again and again.
