Lovely place. Can't believe I've not come across it before. Nice restaurant, good friendly service and the food was exquisite - and extremely good value too!

Very busy but was in a little ante room - we had a table for 7 - service good and food good. Would go again.

A disappointing start as our party of twelve which we had previously booked, were given a table which would only seat ten. We did eventually get a table large enough for our party. As always the food was excellent.

Wonderful meal, we had the pre-theatre offer and it was absolutely delicious and amazing value for money. Staff very attentive and friendly to. All in all a fabulous experience

The Aircon was far too cold for us at our first table by the entrance but we did get moved to a further table back which was better

One of the best of the many restaurants in Charlotte Street. Quality food, well prepared and presented. Will certainly have another meal at the Cote when next in the area.

A most enjoyable early evening meal with my partner, that "didn't break the bank"! We ate from the set menu and I had langoustine tails, minute steak with frites and iced berries to finish - all delicious; oh, and we shared a very nice bottle of chilled white wine too! Service was good and friendly, as it always has been in our experience. We will be back!

Côte is always a great choice. Great value two or three course menu, that changes every month. Good quality food and friendly service. Perfect pre-show dinner.

I've had lunch in Cote brasseries and bistros several times in August, and this was the first time the lunch was anything other than very good. Some of the food wasn't quite as good as normal - my daughter's melon and my hake - and the waitress was in a bit of a rush. I hope none of this was because I was availing myself of a 'reward'.

Starter was fine however my rib eye steak was quite tough and was not cooked to my specification. My dessert was poor the chocolate fondant was more chocolate cup cake with sauce red over it instead of having a warm chocolate inside the fondant.

Always excellent service and tasty fresh French food. The Breton fish stew is so authentic and delicious. We ate here after a matinee at the Dominion.

As usual the food and service was lovely and they were very flexible with our low carb diet! This is our favorite Cote and it never lets us down 😊

Always meet up with my daughter at Cote Brasserie in Charlotte St. The staff are warm and welcoming, in particular a lovely waitresses, Sandra and the manager, Denis, who always remembers us and makes us feel at home. The food is consistently good (recently, a delicious mackerel and beetroot salad), with seasonal changes and always well presented. Great value for money. The restaurant itself is cosy and casual, with a great vibe. There are so many restaurants to choose from in the area, but why would we? Try it, you won't be disappointed!

A very pleasant experience. Not nearly as good service as our local Cote in Chiswick which seems to be the best of the chain. I had to ask for extra dressing for my salad 4 times and had nearly finished my meal when it arrived. All in all good value for money.

Last night (Saturday 19th) was our worst experience of Cote. In the absence of the regular manager, Dennis, we had a very poor evening: service and food: one dish was lukewarm chicken (returned, it came back hot but hard; one chicken dish was covered in oil, and the fries were anything but fresh. No apology. There was no atmosphere, little attention (we don't expect special treatment, but we are regulars, and we had visited this week six nights in a row, so we don't expect to have to work hard to get attention). We will be reviewing our visits to Cote and trying out the other many restaurants in that area.

Great food as always and superb value for money. Good atmosphere and just what you need for a pre theatre experience. Would recommend Charlotte St London location for The Dominion Theatre.

Ther service was friendly with a smile, and the time between courses was perfect. We enjoyed the great value 3 course pre theatre menu, especially the hake and the creme caramel.

Great breakfast and very friendly staff in a quiet location away from the crowds but near key venues. Would recommend especially if visiting the British museum

We were warmly welcomed and seated right away. We had the pre-theatre menu, which was great value for the money we paid. (There is a service charge added right on to the bill) we did have to ask for the bill twice after waiting for 20 minutes without anyone checking on us, but other than that, we really enjoyed our experience!

Food was lovely, and decor nice, but they just don't have enough staff to serve people for pre-show dinners. Would recommend, but not if you need to finish by a certain time.

Very good experience, with the excellent quality and value pre-theatre menu. Very quiet and easy to book - worth the walk up from the centre of Theatre land.

Food and service was good. The moules frites were delicious and my boyfriend enjoyed his steak. Only downside os that they took a bit long to come round with the card machine. A good casual dinner out.

One waitresses abrupt and rude. Order wrong on one starter , with ham given to a vegetarian diner. Did not give us the vegetarian special menu until asked for. Disappointed 😞

Great meal, great service, good table. A vegetarian eating with a coeliac - and both of us were delighted! Côte is one of the rare places that consistently delivers.

Great food. Service was a bit slow as restaurant was full . Only disappointment was no applesauce to go with pork belly. Will go again.

Good set menu for lunch. Also the restaurant wasn't too crowded and service was quick. It's in a good location on Charlotte Street, which is a nice part of London.

I was very surprised to have such poor experience in Cote. I often dine with the chain and my home restaurant is Chiswick where both staff and quality of food are exceptional. Saldly the one in Charlot Street brought new experience. To start with it was very noisy. That was because of a gentleman with some sort of speaker outside of restaurant pumping music so loud I could not hear my other half despite we sat inside. We noticed few people were moving inside from the outside tables. I understand the need of entertainment but this was rather unpleasant and not managed by the staff. Also very poor attendance from staff. Again, I understand that restaurant is busy in the evening but no offer of mustard ( steak) or even courtesy question if all was ok was dispapointing.

Brilliant - as always. Excellent staff and service and the food is amazing and such incredibly good value. Lovely night out with friends. The manager at Charlotte Street is a real star!

Lovely food as always and the service was great although we had to wait quite a while to ask for the bill and our plates weren't cleared even when we paid.

The staff were very friendly and attentive and explained the various food options. We ate from the special menu and it was very good, and at a reasonable price.

Unusually for Cote restaurants the service was poor. Slow to take orders. Wrong food delivered and inattentive staff throughout. Shall not be returning to this branch.

The food was very good, I had a very nice salad for a starter with a lovely seafood linguine and the staff were friendly and engaging.

For a chain restaurant, it still feels like you're getting good food, which can sometimes be lacking at a chain. Reasonably priced set menu and pleasant staff.
