Disappointed that you seated my guest at a table when she arrived and then me at another table when I arrived! Sat seperately waiting for each other for 20 mins.

Food fabulous and service excellent. We felt welcome and the choice was amazing with several different menues as we were there on a Saturday and it’s near Christmas.

Very amenable when requesting slight change to menu but a little slow to bring first course and kept apologising - all in all good service and excellent food. Brought bill after 2 courses without asking if we wanted a dessert which was a little unusual but we were having the pre theatre menu so they obviously thought it was time we left!

Reasonably quick food service, however due to layout of restaurant, we were tucked down a little side room and were not frequented enough by waiters.

Excellent food and fantastic treat of a complimentary drink as we went for a special birthday occasion. The only negative was that service was slow and sometimes altogether lacking as the restaurant was drastically understaffed upstairs.

Excellent friendly service in a quieter part of the restaurant. My steak could have been a little warmer, also plate. Overall good experience. Thank you.

6 of us old friends had a very enjoyable meal in the lovely atmosphere of Cote. We shared starters: calamari rings are delicious and perfect for sharing (2 portions) 2 smoked salmon and some olives. Mains were shared salads (Nicoise and chicken) and a risotto. We had a bottle of red and one of white wine for which they provided an ice bucket. The service was friendly and efficient. They provided lots of water for the table served in nice earthenware jugs. Will definitely eat there again.

Staff inattentive, even the the restaurant was pretty much empty. No butter with toast, and toast was cold by the time I had asked for it and it came. Food average

Choice of food was good but overall would prefer the service in other Côte restaurants. Had lots of bones in the mackerel starter which was disappointing. Staff are always polite but seemed a little disorganised.

Cote Charlotte Street was excellent as ever. Cote sets the standard that other similar restaurants have to strive towards. Few do it as well as Cote.

Cote is such great value and perfect for Londoners after work. I think the Charlotte Street Cote is the best in the city but I haven't tried all the Cotes in London as yet! x

Good value for money restaurant, good food, decent service you know what your getting which is fine great for lunch or pre-theatre dinner. The drinks list could do with more creativity not the greatest wine and non existent cocktail list.

This is like visiting a good restaurant in France, The food is really good, as you would expect from a family restaurant in France. Although it is a chain, it still had the family feel. There were six of us for lunch and each of us commented on how good the food was. We were also very surprised by the economical bill at the end. The wine was typical of French wines that one does not generally see in restaurants in England. A very pleasant experience which we would recommend to anyone near Charlotte street. From service to the bill we could not find a fault, hence the full marks.

Staff not very attentive, hard to get their attention. They appeared to be standing around chatting. One of our dessert orders was not put through so did not all that course together. Waiter putting my chip and pin payment through walked off to meet new diners, I was not offered/given my cardholder receipt.

Food was good. However by 9.30 pm there was no toilet paper left in the ladies toilets! A meal, however good, can be spoilt by an unpleasant experience in the Ladies afterwards, and I'm surprised that a restaurant of the quality of Cote Brasserie doesn't have regular checks of the facilities.

Fine on arrival and shown to a table. 15 minutes later and not even water brought along let alone any drink order taken. Once the attention of a server was obtained the drinks and food arrived in good order, though the soup was on the warm side of being hot. Would I eat here again, I doubt it as two other tables of diners were likewise treated even to the point of one table about to walk out the service being so poor.
