Excellent food. Efficient, but friendly service. Staff managed to be attentive without being intrusive. Reasonable price for the menu. This chain manages to achieve a consistently high standard across all its sites.

Great food at Cote on Charlotte Street. Was catching up with a good friend and we were in the restaurant for a good three hours enjoying fine wine and food. Only slight negative is the service was sometimes a bit slow but apparently they were short staffed due to illness.

First time at this Cote and excellent all round. Lovely welcome, and friendly and efficient throughout. Food was very high quality: good proportions and extremely tasty - especially the Rabbit parmentier! Couldn’t fault anything - will definitely return.

Standard chain-bistro fare, but a thoughtful layout (with different rooms) and attentive service make it feel much more special. Could do with a couple more veggie choices.

Very enjoyable Birthday evening for my daughter with good food. I would not go to Cote every time but it offers good atmosphere, good food, good wine and good value. Simple as that.

Staff are always great thanks. Unfortunately my sea bass fillet had about 5 bones! Location was nice and buzzy. Deal with free bottle of wine is great too. Thanks

Very satisfied, good food and the 'La Garde' wine is very pleasant. Excellent pre-theatre menu available before 7pm (including Saturdays for Cote restaurants in central London.)

Lunch at Cote Charlotte Street was everything as expected - good food and excellent service. I had been offered a complimentary wine as an existing customer but when it was discovered that it was a lunch to celebrate my birthday, the manager brought over a kir royale for me and my guest! For me it is the restaurant to go to at the moment. Great food and great value and excellent service.

Service was efficient and cheerful. The environment was pleasant with good natural light. The Prix Fixe menu gave a good choice. Noise level was acceptable

Really lovely meal and great staff but had to ask for the bill 4 times and then get up and go over to them myself. This happened last time I visited this branch too. Other than that, great.

Excellent lunch with friends. Charming and very helpful team. Our daughter arrived as a surprise with baby in pram. They willingly moved our table to accommodate us all part way through the meal. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Very pleasant lunch and particularly liked the room st the rear. Good food and lunchtime menu was good value. All in all a very enjoyable experience.

Lovely restaurant, staff were friendly and helpful. My friend and I had the half chI ken with garlic butter sauce, which was very nice. We went in a Monday which was nice and quiet.

Am assuming that i have pick the right value. ie i want to give them top marks so assuming green is great and read not so good. if i have it the wrong way round apologies. the food was excellent as was the service and the general atmosphere. top notch. lovely lunch thank you very much.

Cote Charlotte Street is a pleasant venue, the food is good and the staff are friendly and helpful, which makes for a pleasant experience overall.

The service was a little haphazard, which appeared to be a result of too few staff being employed. The manageress was very responsive and gave us both a free glass of wine which was very kind. The food was, as always in Cote, very good value and we had a very enjoyable time. The only reason we were concerned about the service was that we were due at the theatre at 14.30. We should have made that plain. We dine in various Cote restaurants in London and the South about once a month and find them very friendly, good value and enjoyable

Delicious food and their pre-theatre menu is great value for money. Very friendly and accommodating waitrons. We eat here at least 2 to 3 times whenever we visit London. Highly recommended.

Delicious vegetarian risotto as always - and my three friends all had the chicken which was universally declared a winner. My favourite W1 lunch venue.

Te if hrs were dimmed too low to read the menu ... the side dishes arrived after we had finished the main course.. sea bass was off the menu so we cd not have the ore Theatre deal as we don’t eat meat or shellfish

Always a lovely meal at Côte, good service and plenty of time to catch up with my friend. The set menu is excellent value and I recently went to lunch with my boyfriends parents who had never been to Cote before. They like eating out and so are also converts. By far the best chain in and around London.

Decent service, but my tuna nicoise had way too much onion in it, and not enough lettuce, tomatoes and olives. The eggs also weren't hard-boiled.

Very attentive and friendly staff and first class food, the restaurant has a warm ambiance and is very well positioned for Oxford St and Theatres.

Excellent food and good service. The lavatories are not adequate and are too small, just two tiny cubicles for the ladies which resulted in a queue of 6 women at one stage.

Brilliant. We went for New Year’s Day brunch. 2 families, 4 adults and 4 children of various ages. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, there was no rush and service was excellent. Food was good and it was great value for money.

Usual good food to end a good day. Able to have table early so saved walking round west end for an hour. Service a little erratic.

Waiting staff were good but service was very slow. It shouldn’t take 2 hours for 2 courses. The food was average - not up to Côte’s normally high standards.

The ember of staff who served us was very friendly and was very attentive. The food was delicious and I enjoyed the calm and relaxing athmosphere.

Good well priced food but disappointed we weren't offered the lunch menu until we asked for it . Attentive service after that. Like that there are a number of small rooms.

I was disappointed with the service as it was very slow. We chose from the pre-theatre menu, as we were going to the theatre and had to rush to not be late. We were given money off our bill to compensate so appreciate that.

The food was not to the usual standard very overpriced for what was presented. The steak was overcooked and the preordered Christmas meals were all wrong. Would not recommend the Christmas menu at this restaurant.

Service was slow at this restaurant and food was average but good value. Was very busy with Christmas parties which may explain waiting 45 minutes for our pre-ordered starters to arrive

Pleasant, cheery service- dishes delivered quickly and all food good. One vegetable side forgotten from the order but a perfect double espresso (cup warmed as requested) ordered by me- a demanding customer!

Very disappointing. Booked for 6pm not served drinks for 35 minutes and food 45 mins. 1 serving wrong choice. Food cold & unappetising. Not a good start to the evening!

First visit to this particular Cote. Food was usual high standard despite being very busy lunchtime in the lead up to Christmas. Very polite and helpful staff which would definitely encourage me to return to this restaurant.

Food was great, but restaurant rather noisy, so we moved to a side space, and fortunately it was difficult to attract attention of waitress. To be fair, the restaurant was so busy one could understand that she had rather too much to deal with at once.

Excellent food, good table and atmosphere and excellent service. It was particularly useful to be able to book online in advance and to find the table ready on time - being close to Christmas everywhere in Charlotte St was very busy!

Credit card system did not work. We almost missed our show. Staff was not helpful even when in the end we simply left cash so that we could leave at all. So much for a pre theatre offer.

Great food, nice atmosphere, good pricing and value for money. We had the thin steak with frites and a peppercorn sauce. Creme brûlée was divine.
