Great place to eat! Never had a bad meal here, and service always great! Love the steak and the crepe desert was up there will the best! will certainly return! :)

Nice welcome on arrival and shown to a warm table as we mentioned we were cold. Drinks and food order taken in good time and as on previous visits the food was excellent and all 5 of us enjoyed what we chose from the set early menu. A lovely lady, perhaps the floor manager for the evening, checked with us that everything was ok....didn’t see her name but she had a fabulous positive way that was noticeable and a pleasant change from the usual faceless service often received at chain restaurants in the city centre. It obviously rubbed off on the staff as the service was excellent all evening

The staff are welcoming, friendly and attentive. We choose ( four of us) the £19 set menu for three courses. The food was delicious, well presented and in sufficient quantities.. lovely ambiance supported by great staff, without exception.

Food was amazing staff are very welcoming and attentive 😊🥂 would recommend a visit, we will certainly be going back. It was loud in there but there was a birthday party in there so only to be expected.

I Thought food, although enjoyable was a little overpriced and dislike the optional 12.5% service charge automatically added to the bill. Pleased with the management of gluten free meals.

We had a fantastic start to our day in Cardiff, staff were amazing food was fab we were made to feel very welcome even though they were very busy

excellent service and overall food was excellent and good value for money My only gripe is that the garlic bread that we ordered was not garlickly in the slightest and perhaps additional garlic butter could be provided for those who want a bit more garlic. At £5.25 it was very disappointing

My friends and I meet once a month for lunch and always come to Cote and always have a wonderful meal. The service is excellent and the atmosphere always convivial.

I love it in here, the service is always lovely and the food is always delicious. I have never had a bad experience in either of the Cote restaurants in Cardiff, they are both fantastic. My 5yr old son also enjoys it and calls it a "posh restaurant", he loves it too.

We are regulars here now, for a reason. It is very good. The lunch and early evening menu changes monthly, and gives you a chance to enjoy food you simply would not do at home - at least I wouldn’t - at amazingly good value. Don’t just have the soup and the burger! Try something you have never had! As always, the service was quick and attentive, without being intrusive. I have always been happy to pay the service charge without any question. Recommended!

Really great staff. Nice atmosphere nice wine. Delicious garlic bread. Portions seem to be shrinking. I’d rather see price rises than portion shrinkage. Always good

As I'm partly disabled, with significant mobility problems, I rarely visit the city centre. However, most shops and businesses have improved acccess for disabled customers. Arriving in a wheelchair yesterday, I was astonished and disappointed to find no such provision at Cote. But, with the help of family and staff, I was able to get up the step to enter the restaurant. Once in, no further problems, as the meal itself was excellent, and enjoyed by all four of us. I didn't need to use the toilet, but hope that there is adequate provision for disabled customers.

It was a fantastic meal with great wine pairings. The service was also excellent, and it did not feel rushed and the ambience inside of the restaurant was great.

My wife and I had a wonderful three course meal at the restaurant washed down by a fabulous French red wine. The starter of French Onion soup was delicious,followed by Pan Fried Haddock which simply cooked to perfection. My wife's chicken meal was tasty and again perfectly cooked.To end the peach crumble was fabulous but could have done with more!! Service was very professional,not rushed and made it a nice experience. Although the wine was a little pricey we look forward to returning.

My friend and I enjoyed the place and the atmosphere. Unfortunately, my friend did not have the stake as requested but (to our surprised) the management decided to discount her food and desert as a gesture of good will. We were very surprised but thankful about this. The salad Had too much dressing on it, but we eat it. We are definitely going back to the restaurant. Staff was very nice and helpful. Thank you very much for for all your help

I love the Cote. Been going to the one I. Central Cardiff and the one in the bay and have always enjoyed going there. Lovely staff and absolutely fantastic food. 100% recommend them.

Excellent food. Staff rushing us for desert -got asked 3 times if we wanted desert straight after we had our main meal. We did want desert which we did have however needed 5mins break first.

Very friendly staff. Everything ordered came out quite quickly even though the restaurant was really busy. Each dish was delicious. Only slight gripe was that I wish the tables for two were a little bigger. Was worried about knocking something off. But another great meal at the fabulous Cote. Thank you.

Absolutely lovely meal, food and service was amazing as usual. Please can you bring cote to mumbles Swansea . We have to travel to cardiff to eat with you and there is a huge market in mumbles waiting for you.Apparently bistro Pierre has the busiest franchise in mumbles so I know cote would better that.
