Excellent staff, really professional even in a busy environment food was excellent the whole table enjoyed every course would definitely go again the duck was incredible

Excellent location on the corner in the centre of town with lovely outside area... the waiter was very attentive If you don't like lose, better not to sit outside as noise from bad buskers, dogs barking, passers by and builders working etc

The manager was not helpful and rude. She talked to us like she did not want to see us there. Very disappointing. The waiter (Italian guy) was not to bad. Over all experience (REPLACE THE MANAGER MISERABLE GIRL)

Kindness and efficiency of personnel. Restaurant well managed. I was with some french friends visiting us and they were absolutely glad to see the quality of food and service.

The food was excellent, tasty and well presented, attentive service and an all-round great experience. All this on a very busy Friday night. We would definitely recommend this Côte.

Always great food and service. We eat here at least once a month. We were running late for the theatre and so we were served 3 courses within an hour and without us feeling the least bit rushed! Thank you

We went for a pre-theatre dinner. Great meal, great value and great staff. All served in good time for us to get to the show.

Food was very tasty and we were able to enjoy a leisurely lunch.We had visitors and were able to converse without too much background interference.

Easy to book. Excellent service and friendly staff. Food good but would prefer a better choice of deserts. Tables a little close together, and could hear everything being said at next table- rather intrusive!

food good as usual but service not quite so good ad usual it may be new staff but we were left with dirty dishes for quite a while which is not your usual stlye

As usual good food and service. The negative, our table was opposite area where dirty crockery and cutlery were stacked, it was noisy and intrusive.

visited Canterbury for the first time. Lovely friendly staff and excellent food. Can highly recommend this restaurant. You can even eat outside under the heated umbrellas. We took advantage of the free bottle of wine and chose the merlot, it was very nice, not like some restaurants who offer inferior quality.

Great food and service, howrver, when you book a table listed for wheelchair user please put some more thought in where to seat us please the disabled toilet should be accessible without having to move your items for use to gain access.

Generally very good but the service was slow and the steak not cooked well done as ordered. Otherwise very good, and good value for a 3 course meal for 2 people.

Service was superb, food really good. Our only problem was the tables were too close, therefore our conversation difficult to hear. Good overall experience, would eat here again.

This was one of many visits by us to the Canterbury branch, for breakfast. As well as Canterbury we have eaten in several of the London branches. We once again enjoyed an enjoyable well presented meal, with excellent service.

Great food with a good choice from the menu. The wine was to die for and a wonderful atmosphere, just like being in Paris apart form the great staff.

I visit Cote Brasserie regularly.There is an excellent variety on the full menu and the special menu for lunches and early dinner has an excellent limited menu for a very good price. It is a restaurant which provides excellent value for money.The staff are very polite and efficient.

We came for lunch to your restaurant yesterday and were absolutely delighted with the meals we chose. We both had rib eye steak and thought it was probably the best we had ever had. Added to this was the very enjoyable red wine and the excellent service given by the staff.

The starter I ordered was delayed as the waitress had made a mistake with the order and the rest of the table had finished theirs by the time I got mine. The coffee wasn't very nice and there wasn't enough goats cheese with one of the salad dishes.

The service was very good and we really enjoyed the food. The belly pork was tasty and the chicken from the specials menu delicious. We had a free house wine on this occasion. It is really worthwhile signing up to their loyalty scheme.

Great meal from the lunchtime menu - good price and gluten free was no problem at all. Friendly and helpful staff. Whats not to like.

Food was good although they had run out of my first choice meal. Staff were pleasant. I know its optional but not happy on service charge being added to the bill for a table of two people.

I am 87 years old and was meeting a school friend for lunch . The staff could not have been more helpful in accommodating seating arrangements for us and had a lot of patience as we dithered over our choice of food ! The food was lovely and altogether a great experience which I'll recommend to others , thank you

We regularly eat at Cote Brasserie, Canterbury. Every time we have excellent service, we are always greeted with a friendly smile and the food is 1st Class.

Not only is the food at Cote Canterbury absolutely lovely, but so are the staff. The atmosphere is so good and it is such a pleasure to go there. This was our fourth visit and every one has been great. We're booked in to go again in 2 weeks time.

As usual at Cote Canterbury we had a super meal from the Anniversary menu this time. Great food, attentive and courteous staff and good service at a busy lunch time. We are even recognised by a few members of staff now!

Good service and very nice meal well presented. However the noise level from the restaurant is high - could do with good noise acoustics on the ceiling. Have been before and noticed this - can be quite difficult to hear companions - think others may notice this and raising voices!

I had booked the restaurant in advance for 3 people as I had a visiting niece from abroad, and I was disappointed to be given a table right at the entry of the venue. I did ask to be moved but the restaurant was too busy at that point. Behind one guest was the till and enquiry point, behind another was the entrance door and the last was the exit door to the outside patio eating area. We were constantly being bumped into with food delivery, unable to talk due to gatherings of people awaiting to be seated and orders forgotten because half of the time we could not be seen. Fitting 3 people in this area was ridiculous.

First class service, with an equally first class breakfast. The staff at Cote in Canterbury all act in a friendly, professional manner. This makes for an enjoyable experience.

Excellent meal, was seated very promptly and serve was food with little delay from ordering. The set menu is particularly good value, definitely one of my favourite restaurants.

Ambience excellent and quality of food good as always. Unfortunately (not for the first time) we experienced a slow service on our side orders which arrived half way through our meal. That said, we were well looked after by Josh who was very attentive despite the restaurant being very busy.

Menu offered a good choice. Food was lovely with efficient, friendly service. Nice atmosphere and excellent value for money. Would go back and would recommend to friends.

Another amazing meal. Went this time for my birthday treat, not disappointed. Staff are all well focused on ensuring your evening is enjoyable by being attentive without being over intrusive. Fantastic food, well prepared and presented. My steak meal was brilliant.
