Another excellent visit to our favourite restaurant! On a cold windy dark afternoon- what a perfect escape! Thank you for such a warm welcome and fabulous meal!

WE had a lovely waitress and waiter and also a nice young man to open the door for us and bid us goodbye on leaving. Unfortunately my friends steak was very tough and my Toulouse sausages were extremely tough was a real job trying to cut them open when I did they were very tasty so it was a shame they had been overcooked. The waitress asked if i wanted a replacement but I said I would stick with them as would mean a wait and then being out of sync with my friend. Our puds were delicious.

This was our first visit. The food was very good and having a vegetarian with us there was a large selection of veg meals. The staff were very polite and helpful.

An enjoyable lunch with excellent food and good service. I will be there again fairly soon!

Some friends and I had a meal at Canterbury Côte Brasserie last night. We all chose the £18.95 menu. It was a delightful meal from start to finish. With friendly, attentive servers. The food was excellent. Tasty, generous portions and beautifully presented. We will definitely be back,

First experience of the Côte Brasserie, I had a very good lunch with my husband and friends and will definitely come back. The only downside for us, 'retired folks', was the noise level, which was quite high.

Well worth booking as it was very busy and there were 5 of us. As usual food was delicious and beautifully presented.

We arrived slightly early for our table and were told we could wait outside. It was very cold, so I asked if we could wait inside. After about 20 mins I asked if we could go to our table. Even though it had been free for a while, it had not been cleaned or laid, so we were asked to continue waiting. Another 10 minutes with no one looking as if they were interested in us waiting and I gave up and walked out with my family. The waiting staff didn’t even notice we had left.

As usual, service was friendly and efficient even though our arrival coincided with staff changeover. The food was up to the high standard we have come to expect of Cote.

It was busy but the staff are great. Food was good if the portions were a little large. We always get good service.

Delicious Saturday lunch at Cote Canterbury. Buzzy atmosphere, the music perhaps a tiny bit loud but probably to cover general noise. Food good, staff very polite, a little bit of a wait for food but not extreme.

4 of us all had 3 courses and all enjoyed every course. The meal was excellent, service impeccable and bottle of Chablis was perfect. The atmosphere was buzzing and we were glad we had pre-booked, because we would not have got in if we hadn't. Water was provided without asking, always assuring. The meal, with drinks worked out at £45 per head, bargain!

Regrettably my “lamb” was undercooked when I asked for medium and full of gristle and very fatty. It was sent back and a long wait ensued while my friend waited before she started to eat. Such a shame when the price is not cheap. However, I was not charged for my meal and the manageress was very apologetic. Not the standard I have always come to expect at Cote Brasserie. Very disappointed

Dry potatoes, over roasted/slightly burned lamb rump, not very happy with food. The "12.5% 'Optional' gratuity" service is not optional at all, the just add it to the bill and ever do not ask for it. Will not visit again

It was very a busy, fully booked Friday lunch hour but our 12.30 table for 6 was attended too in a timely manner and we enjoyed a nice unhurried lunch, every bit as good as you expect in the Cote.

We have our office Christmas dinner here every year, the food is awesome, as is the atmosphere

The food was as outstanding as always, the staff were friendly and engaging and the evening was seamless.

Always consistently good which ever Cote one visits, just wish the tables for 2 were a bit bigger, very cramped and does spoil the enjoyment having to be very careful not to knock glasses etc from table. Please consider this for the near future.

The experience is all one could have desired from having a lunch out while shopping.
