Our favourite chain. Food is always of a high quality, perfectly cooked and consistently good. Service is professional, friendly and quick. We've never had a meal here that wasn't extremely good, and prices are reasonable. Wines here are also top notch.

My daughter and I had a lovely evening at Cote Cambridge. Excellent service, food, wine and a nice private table. We shared the beetroot starter, and enjoyed monkfish followed by crème caramel and tarte au citron. I've rated 5 rather than 6 for two reasons - the monkfish came with fried potatoes and bacon that were a bit heavy / overpowering - a bit of pancetta and samphire would have complemented the fish better. Also, 12% discretionary service was added to the bill. I always leave a tip of 10-15% but like to decide the amount myself based on service given - I resent restaurants adding this (even though I know I could have not paid it and left cash instead) - does the tip reach the server / staff or go into the pockets of the management?

Excellent service and delicious dishes ! Look forward to returning as soon as possible. The Jerusalem artichokes were exceptionally as were the pancakes with mushrooms.

Ideal for a quick pre-concert dinner with friends. Being a Saturday the pre-theatre menu was not applicable, but the Light Mains were tasty and the right size.

We’ve been there a lot over the last few years, yesterday evening wasn’t a good experience. My wife’s meal wasn’t up to standard, the service was lacking, shame.

Cote is a love place, wonderful atmosphere, the lighting and the service just perfect, and the food as always delicious. I truly recommend it.

Excellent food, good selection of wine and good service. The only thing I would say is that the staff could be more attentive/aware of when customers are seated and taking orders etc.

We had a very nice meal served with excellently by polite and engaging staff. The ambience of the restaurant is very pleasant, with tables spaced well enough so you did not feel crammed in. Altogether a very enjoyable evening.

my mussels were a bit gritty but everything else was really good! we really enjoyed the blood orange salad (starter) and the apple crumble dessert

We took advantage of the offer of a free bottle of red wine with our meal. Lovely wine and we were well looked after by the waiters. The food is always well prepared, tasty with generous portions. One of our favourite restaurants in Cambridge.

The food is excellent, and good value for money. However, the service did not quite match up ... as no one was paying attention, I eventually got up to get my own water ... in the past it arrived at the table immediately after we sat down. There was, in general, less attention than we’d previously experienced.

Food was ok, a bit too like fast food for a restaurant. However the staff were brilliant. Very attentive and very busy making sure we were ok.

Super lunch everyone so friendly and helpful. Left my phone and they were great and very good sports. Always enjoy Côte real value for money and we have never had a bad meal.

A very pleasant evening. Good to be greeted with ' You have a complimentary bottle of wine' (without asking). Good food and wine. One main course was not as hot as it should have been but this was dealt with by effusive apologies and a complimentary sweet. Some may baulk at the 12.5% service charge but service was very good and the charge can be rejected.

I booked a very last minute lunch and, as always, Cote Cambridge came through brilliantly. Both of us had the steak frites which were superb, and the desserts too were fantastic. Always a pleasure to dine here.

Really lovely food and quite good service. Cote has a really great atmosphere but the chairs are not the most comfortable. Overall a good rather than great French restaurant.

Really good service throughout meal: Attentive waiter but without being intrusive. Great food as always. I like the atmosphere of the Cambridge Cote with its different 'room' areas which means it's not too loud either. We will be back!

I am a very regular customer at both Cotes Cambridge and Cotes St Martin's lane in Covent Garden. I complained about a previous visit to Cotes and they made every effort to make up for this. I will certainly continue to be a regular customer.

Excellent food. As always the duck breast was delicious and my husband really enjoyed the fish special of the month. The staff were friendly and cheerful.

I at love eating at Cote. The food is great quality and delicious. I’m grain free and they’re about the best place for accommodating this with the gluten free menu. The wine list is good and the service always friendly and polite.

Delicious brunch, lovely space - would happily go back for more eggs benedict and fresh orange juice. We managed to get a seat by the window, which was absolutely worth it.

As usual Cote Cambridge was excellent for quality & choice of food having regard to the 'low' prices & relatively small portions of some items. The manager I experienced was very helpful as my table varied in attendance numbers & timings.

Excellent meal, despite the restaurant being completely full. Food cooked to perfection and excellent quality; the lamb was exceptional. Good service, wine and ambience too. Côte Cambridge is a really good restaurant.

Good food, decent service. I have to mention the House Red wine that was excellent value at £16:50 . Breton chicken was good. Steak tartare I would highly recommend.

Anytime of the day it is a pleasure to stop for a break.Breakfast makes a good brunch,special lunch menu is wonderful and very reasonable.Sometimes my husband and I share a starter and a sweet with our main dish.Staff very helpful,manager is very friendly and always says goodbye. The food is delicious,full of flavour. If you have a sweet go for the creme caramel for something light and the crumble pot for heavenly tastes.

Overall a very positive experience. Service was courteous and the food quality quite high from the courtesy olive appetizers to the baked crottin. As main dishes We had the roasted seabream which was definitively fresh and the fish parmantier which was quite tasty. And the sweets also were quite satisfying. Price/quality ratio is good considering the fish and the wine bottle

We regularly use Cote and it always delivers. You can rely on good staff at Cambridge sensitive and friendly service always tailored to the mood.

good restaurant as usual, but prices now rather high. Cotes generally provide good breakfasts, although with a rather French angle. I think my full breakfast was the equivalent of an English fry-up

A quiet early evening but still in time for the set menu. Starters of soup and pissaladiere, followed by sea bass and rabbit parmentier, all up to usual high standards.

Delicious food as always in Cote. And the staff, very friendly, polite, no attempt to hurry us etcetera. We had a great evening and will be back without a doubt.

We went lunchtime, the food was really good and the staff very nice and attentive, making sure all was good. We were a bit early, but the seated us and we had drinks and the whole experience was unhurried but timely. Highly recommend
