Love it here ! Always good food and great service ! We loved our waitress she was fun and very attentive! Wish I remembered her name !

Amazing cocktail, Blood Orange Martini. Hubby went for his usual beef bourginion however I went for the February special ‘Steak Au Poivre, and I am so glad I did, it was gorgeous. Love this restaurant, love the food and the service is great. Claudia served our table today, she is such an asset to Cote, so friendly and helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our unrushed birthday lunch! The complimentary Prosecco at the start of the meal was a delight. The waiter was very empathetic, not rushing us with our dessert. Overall it was an excellent meal, choice of menu, service and we think, even the a la carte good value for money.

Another satisfying visit to Cote, Cambridge before a graduation. Excellent food quality and attentive service. Although the restaurant was busy, we did not feel rushed and noise levels were good.

I eat frequently at Cote Cambridge, because the food is consistently good, the menu changes and the service is professionally trained. There are many chain restaurants in Cambridge but Cote has been my No 1 for some time.

Scallops as main came out too expensive for the taste. Not worth it. Tarte au citron was not good... seemed defrosted ones!

One of us felt the duck was a bit tough, but you kindly deducted this from the bill.

We had a nice meal (mussels not brilliant but nice enough) but have to say that the waitress was not as friendly as usual and probably overworked. We then had to wait ages to pay once the bill had been presented. Then the waitress that took payment (a different one) was very brusque. As we were leaving (my elderly aunt is a little unsteady) both our waitress and the one who took payment almost barged past us in the opposite direction. Only the gentlemen that was by the door showed any finesse and said thank you ladies, goodnight. Small details, but they make a big difference. Lack of training, I guess

We keep coming back. Good food, dependable quality, great service. We like the selection of dishes and the type of food (i.e. French!! influence). Guess we'll keep coming back!!

Another fantastic meal at Cote to celebrate birthday with friends.

A small group of us go monthly for lunch before a meeting. In general, we all enjoy the lunch menu (starter & main), with very few grumbles. Sometimes some of us have wine and most have coffee. Occasionally it is very busy and service is a bit slow but usually it’s good. It’s always good value and a somewhat larger group went today for a post Christmas celebration for a reduced price offer emailed to us.

Initially the dish was not really hot but the second offering was good. Hot and tasty. Service was very good.

Not quite as good as usual as it was difficult to attract waiters attention and it took a long time to settle the bill

Enjoyed our evening just a shame on two counts, firstly the food could have been hotter which was confusing as the plates/bowls were hot and secondly the waitress was pleasant enough but we had to keep asking for everything, we wanted more bread which we gave up on as we had eaten our starters. Four times we had to wave at staff to get more wine as nobody checked on us!!

Very good food. Service was appropriate. However, I don't think you should include the optional tip. Most people want to give a tip but by including it you are effectively making it compulsory because most people are afraid to ask for it to be removed as you then appear mean. But then I guess you know that and this is why you include it!!

Wonderful service, food and ambience! I have been coming here for years and it simply improves each time. The staff are truly lovely and accommodating and the atmosphere is relaxed without any sense of being rushed. Definitely to be recommended.

My husband and I just had a lovely anniversary date at Côte - I am coeliac and the gluten free menu is soooo good! They also bring the food out with little gluten free markers - perfect for anyone who is worried about eating in a restaurant with an allergy.

We got the usual excellent experience we have come to expect grom cote....

The staff were extremely good, particularly with the young children in our party.

We came here on the off chance for breakfast, as we were staying in Cambridge. It was so exceptional that we cancelled our dinner reservation at another restaurant and came back for dinner. Oh my goodness, I was so glad we did it was one of the best meals we have since I can’t remember. Starters , my husband said the best calamari he had ever tasted, the pate was divine. Steak cooked to perfection, Pork Belly wow, then came dessert crepes with caramelised bananas, chantilly cream and chocolate sauce absolute heaven. Everything about this place was amazing, absolute value for money along with fantastic waiting staff and atmosphere will definitely be coming back, thank you. Denise and Mark
