Superb as usual. We are now greeted like friends by the lovely staff! Due to go again in a fortnight despite no 'freebies'! Boo hoo......

Very good service and excellent food (I recommend you try the Breton fish stew). Over all a very good experience which I'll be happy to repeat.

We booked for a pre-theatre supper as we were attending a play at the Arts Theatre. Our meal was very good but the service was slow and we ended up paying the bill while waiting for our desserts. These we had to eat in a hurry so we were not late for the start of the performance - this spoiled a very nice evening with friends.

Good lunchtime menu at a great price. Food was cooked well and tasted lovely. Good selection of wine available with good price tag. Service provided was friendly and efficient.

This is our favourite restaurant in Cambridge. The food is consistantly good and the staff are very friendly. It is situated in a lively part of Cambridge where you can sit and watch the world go by.

Excellent food and helpful service. We got the table we asked for (a booth) and were well looked after. We will be back before long.

Food great as usual but so much on the 10th Anniversary menu unavailable on a Saturday night. Come on Côte get your act together. Disappointing

We had another excellent meal today. After eating here on many occasions we still have never had a bad meal. Thank you all once again.

A very busy restaurant even at 5.30pm. However, we were given a lovely quiet table next to the window. Service was very good: not too quick and not too slow - just right! Food was perfect and I highly recommend the chicken and walnut salad, followed by ice cream with a luscious hot chocolate sauce.

Nice table for 5, great anniversary menu options, and attentive but not over bearing service. Only downside, the sauce on the Moules was incredibly salty and a bottle rather than a glass of champagne was added to the bill. The Moules were removed from our bill which was appreciated.

please have a table by the window if possible when i have already booked in advance. The staff should brought side plates for us to share the starter instead of looking and asking

A regular visit to Cote, Cambridge where they always serve high quality food, even for their set menu. Waiting staff are always efficient and friendly

Very enjoyable meal. However, service was incredibly slow as the meal progressed, which was awkward as we had to literally ruin from the restaurant to the theatre!

A on all our previous visits, the restaurant served excellent food in the best French tradition. The staff were friendly and efficient; it is to be highly recommended

Nigh-on flawless bistro style meal. Had a three course unpretentious meal, each of which were very good. Service was great: not too intrusive but sufficiently apparent. It's not fine dining, but it isn't trying to be.

We are traveling to Cambridge to move my nephew into Clare College for a masters program. We ate at Cote on our last evening. Fantastic restaurant...food was delicious, wine was perfect....topped with excellent service!

Food from the Specials menu, lamb perfectly cooked and haddock spot on. Usual excellent service from helpful and friendly staff. Waiting time a little longer than usual, but busy - no problem

Freshly cooked tasty food, at a reasonable price, friendly staff and good service. Always predictably good. I like the fact that you have a seasonal menu change every month.

We were celebrating my birthday and had a great time. I've often eaten at Côte (in various places) but had rarely had such a consistently great meal with others all thoroughly enjoying it. We'll be back!

Helpful staff, not rushed which suited us fine as we wanted a long leisurely lunch. I had Breton fish stew which good but I think I have had better ones in other Cotes and I don't remember potatoes being an ingredient.

Sehr schönes Ambiente mit sehr gutem französischem Essen, teilweise war die Bedienung aber ein wenig langsam und das obwohl fast niemand mehr im Restaurant war.

Really lovely dinner from the pre theatre menu. Beetroot carpaccio was fabulous and so was the sea bass. Always a good meal and staff great, especially the manageress tonight who got us in and out in 45 mins as we were running late for Theatre - Thank you

Cote is a Fantastic place, the atmosphere is very nice and the service is very good. The food was Excellent. The price we paid was very reasonable. Excellent value for money.

Always great food and service. We have visited this restaurant more than 30 times and it is very consistent. The staff are well trained and will try to accommodate your requests whenever possible.

Really nice! Only thing with each main a vegetable would be handy, my duck just came with cherry sauce & lovely potato's but it would be nice to add green beans!

We came here for a Sunday lunch with family and friends. The place is nice and the staff is friendly. Food was tasty, of good quality and prices are affordable. A positive experience.

We arrived early for our pre booked lunch and the staff were most helpful in a much we made to feel most welcome. The service was excellent as was the presentation and taste of the food. Finally I would say the value for money was first rate and our party of eight will certainly return.

Very busy restaurant but fantastic service and very nice food. Been to many Cote restaurants and this is one of the best for its location and atmosphere.

I am a big fan of the Cote Brasserie chain. Our evening in Cambridge branch didn't start off that well, having to wait 15 for a table we had pre-booked and our starters taking ages to arrive. However, the manager came over and explained things and made it up to us. The food was fantastic! The best Cala Marie I have had in a long time and the pork belly was perfect. Great restaurant!

The food was very good and well served and as it was a Friday night the place was very busy.Booking is advisable.The staff were efficient and very pleasant.

I had sea bream, very fresh & tasty. the fennel would be better sliced, not 1/4's. the staff were very jocular! Breton chicken very good as always.

We enjoyed very nice food and wine, a really delicious lunch. We were given a good table near the window where we could watch the passers-by and service was excellent. The waitress was friendly, cheerful and efficient.

The pre theatre menu had some interesting choices. The dishes we chose were excellent, as was the service. We shall visit the restaurant again when next in Cambridge.

Fantastic service and very attentive to our needs without us asking. Great gluten free menu, the best i have seen for choice and tasted amazing.

Fish soup was not very warm and had to be sent back. Was nice and hot on return and was really tasty. Fish stew was really good. General comment was good. Very busy but service was good. Had a good seat in the window. Downstairs toilet was in a mess, no toilet paper and tissues all over the place. Reported the lack of toilet paper. Enjoyed evening, will come back.

Rather disappointing. Although we'd booked a day or so in advance, on arrival (a Tuesday evening) we were given a choice of what seemed to be the least desirable tables in the restaurant. The food was okay, but service was rather slow even as the restaurant got quieter and later we felt abandoned. We weren't asked if we'd like to see the dessert menu after our main course and eventually just asked for the bill and left.

The food and service were excellent, can't fault it at all. However what was very disappointing was that we had been seated in a room which was set apart from the main restaurant with no atmosphere what so ever and to top it all we had the staff seated next to us having their meal when they finished their shift. This was totally unacceptable and the only reason why I wouldn't consider going back to This restaurant.

The 10th Anniversary menu was a triumph with some excellent choices, cooked superbly. The staff were very friendly but a little overstretched, so service was on the slow side.

It was ok, just a shame table was so small for 4 people otherwise would of rated higher, food was ok very busy and never feel like it's a personal service.

The place was clean, the food tested amaizing and the preasentention was perfect the staff were polite and helpful! Thank you definitely coming back again :)
