The meal was excellent and well served as were the complementary drinks. A large group all wanting separate bills dislocated the place for the best part of half an hour, but was eventually resolved. We shall continue to use the restaurant.

Very good service and a buzzing atmosphere. A problem with the main course was handled well by the waiter and we enjoyed the evening in Bury.

A busy Saturday night but the service and food were excellent. The restaurant is located in the centre of town, very handy for the Abbey and other places of interest

Lovely food and great service. Easy to book on line, arrived at the restaurant early and was able to sit down straight away. Looking forward to going back :-)

Overall reasonable but not great on all accounts - one orange juice was very watery, one of my poached eggs was hard (rather than soft and runny), waiters were not 'happy' (hard to describe but in essence did not smile and engage with us). The crepes looked brown and sad! I think the discretionary 12.5% service charge is excessive Having said that the place was very clean, the coffee good, great to have door opened by staff on arrival and on exit, we were not rushed, real napkins great, staff smart and always polite.

Very nice as usual !! Staff always very friendly and nothing too much trouble. Creme Caramel is best ever ! Hoping new reward scheme works out well.

Booking the table online through quandoo was easy. The menu provided plenty of choice, the food was excellent & well presented, the service polite & efficient. The restaurant is comfortable with a nice ambiance, so overall we had a good experience.

Another very good meal at Cote. Great service and great food. We eat here quote regularly and have never been disappointed. The standard is always high.

Good well presented food at a reasonable price. The staff were friendly and efficient. The only down side is the fixed discretionary gratuity of 12.5%.

Meal was excellent but the service needs to be improved. It was my birthday and your company had emailed me free drinks. I had to ask for them and I was not wished happy birthday it fell a bit flat. Our server was lacking any personality and looked scared stiff at serving us. Not good. Training and support needed.

Our family of four had a lovely time and enjoyed some great meals at a very reasonable price and were looked after by a very friendly and attentive waiter. 5 out of the 6 rating was only due to one of the dishes requested was not available. We are regular customers and will be going back soon.

Booked at short notice when we arrived in Bury. Cote busy but welcoming. Food usual good standard. They had run out of plaice but did the sea bass with plaice veggies as a alternative. Desserts good as always - creme caramel and tarte au citron which we then shared provided a lovely contrast. Expresso is always served hot at Cote - not always hot at other places. Went for a meal as my daughter treated my husband and I for our 50th birthday, had the 10th anniversary meal which had an amazing selection and didn't disappoint,excellent service from our waitress all in all a wonderful evening.

Great Value early evening menu, choice of either 2 or 3 courses. We only had the 2 courses as run out of time as off to cinema. Great service and food was lovely.

We really enjoyed our meal today we had great food and great service I felt they were all making a big effort to serve us well. It was my wife's birthday - they did not know it was until we arrived but the made a special effort with her desert

We use Cote regularly when we go to the theatre - Theatre Royal, because we enjoy the quality of food, good speedy service and the staff understand our needs. We are impressed.

Excellent breakfast. This was the first time that we have been to Cote for breakfast. Very well cooked and served by nice, pleasant staff. We will be back for more, maybe for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Bon appetit!

As always when we visit Cote, we were met with a warm welcome and the food was of excellent standard. We would always recommend Cote to friends and family.

My Husband and I had a lovely meal. Tha staff were very attentive and behaved like they were happy to be there and serving the customers which is always a good start. The food was really tasty and cooked beautifully. I can particularly recommend the charcuterie board for starter and the Lamb Shank special as a great main. We will definitely be visiting Cote in Bury St Edmunds again.

Very easy to use. No problems when being seated. Points reward are a great idea. The app is a great way to keep up to date with points and reserving a table when you want.

The restaurant has a very pleasant ambiance and tasty food. The anniversary menu was varied and interesting. The glass of champagne was delicious and welcome.

Very friendly and efficient staff with prompt service on a busy evening. AS always, consistently good food. The plaice was excellent and creme caramel was brilliant.

My friend and I visited on Thursday evening for an early supper. We chose the set menu and had three delicious courses. My hake was perfectly cooked and my friend enjoyed her mussels. We both had the Creme caramel which was sublime. Service was a little slow, but in all a lovely evening.

The food was fine and it was served by helpful restaurant staff in a relaxing atmosphere. It was not our first visit and will not be the last.

Great service & friendly professional staff. Food was also superb and sensibly priced. Atmoshere was warm and relaxing and we never felt rushed to finish.
