Great meal in lovely surroundings with good service We eat here regularly and have never had a bad meal. I would certainly recommend this restaurant.

Excellent food again as usual,and first rate service. I had pre-ordered their offer of a freebie bottle of Rosé but they'd run out! If I had previously ordered it on their website you would have thought it would have been put by for me AND others! ANYWAY, they more than made up for it by giving me a Rosé upgrade. Perfect. Still one of our favourites!

Delicious food in a relaxing environment. Friendly and efficient service. There is a wide choice of dishes on the menu. More expensive than some other chains but worth it.

Food excellent and good quick service, the only minus point we thought we the addition of the service charge, however we had a good experience.

Another very nice meal at Côte Bury st Edmunds again. Hoping for some warmer weather to try the new rear terrace that is now available.

The service was friendly and attentive. Nice atmosphere and not too loud although busy. We really enjoyed our meals and will visit again in the future.

Very nice restaurant, nice food, polite and professional staff although some are more busy than others. Air conditioning needs to be on more often, and service charge shouldn’t be added without consent.

Excellent as always 😁. Great service even when busy. Good location in the middle of Bury. They also have a new outside rear terrace which is lovely.

Very good food and service. There were 8 of us and we all enjoyed it. There is a good atmosphere and buzz. Kir Royale particularly nice on your birthday!

After having to cancel due to illness a week ago, it was lovely to enjoy an early evening meal of real quality. Thanks Cote. It was lovely.

Service was slower than usual, even though the restaurant was not very crowded. My steak frites was not very hot and the meat had gristly veins in it.

We had a fabulous fishy lunch today to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. We were given complimentary Kia Royal by the manager , such a wonderful gesture. Thank you for all your best wishes from your staff and the wonderful food. The mussels were lovely and the fish stew perfect. Always a pleasure at Cote.

Great food a alwaysstaff are all friendly and they stay so they much like working there and it shows . They now have a great outdoor area , very popular in the fine weather

The Prestige menu is good although the French Onion Soup could have been tastier. The service was fine but as is sometimes the case, one has to wait rather a long time.

The meals we chose from a a comprehensive varied menu were expertly cooked and delicious accompanied by an excellent wine. We fInished our meal with equally delicious deserts. The service was excellent. Our thanks to the team at Bury St Edmunds for a memorable meal.

Excellent food, good service, moderate prices - very enjoyable. Recommend it to anyone. Good to have a changing and seasonal menu with a good choice of dishes.

Beautiful room with an impressive bathroom. However, the air conditioning did not work, and the room became very uncomfortable even with a circulating fan. As it was the weekend and a bank holiday, no maintenance was available. This detracted from an otherwise nice stay. The Wingspan was great!

Delicious food and a free bottle of wine too. The staff are so pleasant in Bury St Edmunds. I can see why the local people alive going there.

Food was very good, service quick and attentive and a very good atmosphere. However, one of our glasses had lipstick on it, which our waiter said was a water mark! The wine glasses for white wine arrived warm and, overall, we felt that staff would benefit from a bit more training as to etiquette regarding service and clearing of table.

I spent an evening at Cote's with two girlfriends. The food was lovely, the staff were attentive , there was a lovely atmosphere all round.

Went yesterday with friends, the food was delicious, nice atmosphere and excellent service. Great for vegetarians there is a separate menu with a good choice.

As usual a good service from pleasant staff with nice food and wine. The new outside space at the rear is great. We just need lots of sunny days so that it can be used to full effect.

We ate in the early evening. We were treated to attentive, friendly service. Excellent food from both the Carte and Specials menu. The house wine was great too. To be able to eat outside was a bonus.

Very good service and lovely White Wine! Staff were friendly and knowledgeable about gluten free menu choices as well as dairy intolerance to such an extent that they varied a meal option for me.

This branch is not my usual venue but Interesting menu and quality food as usual at Cote restaurants. I will be trying the York restaurant next.

We waited for 50 minutes for chicken and walnut salad and a spinach and mushroom crepe, when the food did arrive there was virtually no spinach in the crepe and the salad was so salty it was inedible. Although we weren't charged for the meal we were still hungry and if we hadn't stopped the waiter to query where our meal was we may well have still been sitting there now! We were out with friends and a 20yr old visitor from New Zealand. We had a various selection of food, from the set menu and making the difficult decision what to choose from the ala carte menu. We plumped for steak, kalamari. Salmon and fish pie, each enjoying our meal. My wife has a wheat allergy so we are very careful Where we eat but feel confident that meals served here are wheat free and if there has been any queries the staff go out of their way to talk to the chef. Tonight Matt very kindly arranged a dessert for her. Our young guest enjoyed her meal and the atmosphere in the restaurant.

A very pleasant environment, super service from friendly staff and lovely food. Would highly recommend - haven't given this full marks because nowhere is perfect.

Lunch with a friend who is celebrating her return to health after chemotherapy. Cote was under stress as the Manager told us some staff had called in sick. ( For once the sun was shining!) However the Manager quickly attended to our order once he realized we had been waiting and we enjoyed the asparagus soup and the chicken very much with our glasses of rose! I commented to the Manager that the standard at Cote can always be relied upon.

Always an enjoyable and pleasurable experience, Food and Waiter service excellent as usual, Breton Fish Stew and Fillet Steak up to exceptional standard, Lemon Tart and Chocolate Mousse to die for!

Table wasn't ready for 8pm as another group still at table Manager said go to nearest bar and he would refund the cost of a drink for the four of us. Well that was nice but we didn't eat until gone 9pm which was quite late. My husbands Duck was cold and the spinach didn't arrive with the duck so another wait. The cost of the duck was removed from bill. All we wanted was a nice punctual evening and no hassle. Thanks

Our table for two had to wait a long time for our main course, one steak ordered rare was medium, the other steak ordered medium was well done, both rib-eye steaks were dried out.We both realised it was a busy Saturday night.

Always made welcome at Cote Food as always very good . We eat out a lot and think Cote is the best of all the chain restaurants. Fabulous

The breakfast was very good my husband had the full English it was well cooked and hot it came with toast and butter. I had eggs benidict they were excellent. The only down side was we waited 45 mins for it!!!

What a fantastic experience. My wife and I had a delicious dinner at Cote Bury St. Edmunds prior to going to a show. The meal was delicious, and the service excellent, whilst not over-the-top. We'll be back.
