Good quality food and value for money. It was also great to sit outside on such a hot day. Only minor points were that the wine could have been cooler and steak was not quite cooked as ordered (medium rather than medium rare).

Today i had an excellent meal at Cote Brassiere in Cabot Circus , there was a first class choice on starter mains and dessert menus.

A delicious a la Carte meal with a couple of bottles of wine, catching up with friends on a gorgeous summers afternoon in the square in Quakers Friar - served by a very friendly, happy waitress ... Once again Cote was a wonderful experience 😍😍😍

The food is always lovely and the lunchtime set menu is really good value. The only criticism I have is the service charge is a bit high especially for lunchtime.

Very good as usual. I would have chosen the more expensive set menu except the mussels were unavailable..Service was good. .I shall return!. We enjoyed all 3 courses and there was plenty of choice.

The restaurant was quiet and we stated that we were in a hurry but it took a little while more that we would have liked for someone to take our order. Friendly service however and the food was great.

I must say that Cote Brassiere is probably the best restaurant in Cabot Circus with it's choice of premium or set price menus, the choice really is very good.

An excellent visit. My only complaint is automatic gratuity on the bill a gratuity is my choice and not everyone feels comfortable to ask for it to be taken off. However, today it was earned.

Four of us had another excellent meal last night at Cote, with prompt and friendly service. The atmosphere was good and not too noisy and we had a lovely evening.

A lovely fish stew with a delicious piece of sea bass and mussels, clams and squid. Very filling and tasty. Up to the usual excellent standard.

As always good food, excellent value. Lovely staff. Have been going to Cote in Quaker's Friars since first discovering it shortly after it opened its doors. Never been disappointed

This must be one of the best restaurants in Cabot Circus, with an excellent choice of two set menus and a fine a-la-carte and drinks menu.

Another excellent meal from Cote Brassiere in C abot Circus ,this time i chose the premium set menu which i found to be excellent in choice and value.

Had to remind about the offer twice and get taken off bill. Otherwise reliable middle of the road as usual. Its easy and straightforward and food is consistent.

The chips were dry and not 'fresh'. Ribeye was tough and was it really 10oz .??! The meals were disappointing - where are the tender juicy steaks these days? Staff were pleasant and the venue was nice just a shame about the lack of quality in the food. The next table had fish and it did not smell at all pleasant. It smelt off. The wine was ok.

Lovely meal in a super setting, the service was great and we had the set menu which was very good value for money, we will certainly be returning 🙂

Once again, a very pleasant dining experience especially for me on a gluten free diet. Turning out to be one of my top 5 favourite restaurants in Bristol

I must say that Cote Brassiere in Cabot Circus is easily one of the best restaurants around central Bristol,everything is first class including service, menus and location.

Great service, good menu choices and excellent food and drink. Duck breast was plentiful and perfectly cooked. The crème caramel is simply the best I've had anywhere. Lovely restaurant, definitely worth a visit.

Lovely meal under the awning as weather was beautiful. Waiter very helpful and friendly. Will certainly visit again when we next go to Bristol. Breton chicken very tasty.

Although the food was very good the service we received was very poor we seemed to be forgotten a number of times. The staff seemed more interested in other people they seemed to know. To such a point I walked to the entrance to pay as we were fed up waiting at the table any more.

Great food and good service, perfect for an intimate dinner for two or a social gathering. Have eaten here on many occasions and would definitely recommend

Everything was wonderful. All the staff were polite and very helpful, they gave us a high chair as soon as we asked and having a baby with us was no problem.

We had a lovely al fresco breakfast. We had granola and french toast. Both were a real treat. Great coffee in cafetiere's for one. Also, whilst it was a really busy, Sunday late morning the service was excellent.

The service tonight was excellent. The dish we had chosen had a lovely balance of flavour. We are frequent visitors. It would be nice to be offered a complementary drink.

Lovely friendly staff, gave us plenty of time to consider the menu - which took a while as there were 4 of us having our twice yearly catch up! Food was great as usual and as a newly diagnosed coeliac I was thrilled to be handed a full page gluten free menu with lots of choice. The staff were all completely on the ball with me being GF and every dish for me turned up with little flag in it to ensure there was no risk of confusion! Full marks for a great experience and when my local one reopens I will be there.

Good food which is reasonably priced. Lunch time specials available if you want to keep the cost down. Friendly staff. Nice spacious dining area and clean toilets! Not keen on the 12% service charge even though it’s optional. Always feel you are expected to pay it. I’d prefer to leave a tip which is an amount of my own choosing.

Always good food and good service. Plenty of choices of starters ,mains and deserts. Also a good choice of wine. The staff are always welcoming and pleasant

The waitress was friendly and attentive. But my steak was disappointing - fairly tasteless - since that's one of their signature dishes that is a shame.

Lovely food today and excellent service. Desserts were really delicious- creme caramel and crepe with banana and chocolate sauce. In a beautiful sunny setting at cabot circus.

The starter Calamari was cold and I sent it back. We waited a long time for our meal. Very nice main course goats cheese salad. We will come again. The manager apologised for the cold starter and took the cost off the bill. I don’t appreciate 12.5% service being automatically added to the bill!

I’ve eaten a handful of times at this food chain and they never disappoint. Staff are friendly and extremely good value for money. Happy days

Very pleased with the service and ambience tonight. The meals we chose were very enjoyable - in fact my husband thought the calamari was the best he had tasted.

I had a great experience at Cote Brassiere in Cabot Circus this afternoon, there was an excellent choice of starter mains and desserts on the menu.

Met up with granddaughter & boyfriend. A very enjoyable evening. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff very knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely recommend and return here.

It was a fantastic evening. We chose 2 starters which we shared, 2 mains and 2 desserts. All of them were lovely. High quality food, mid range prices, nice atmosphere, great servers - not too nosy, not too late to come either when needed. Portion seizes were perfect, not too large to stuff, not too small to leave you wanting for more. Knowing that we were celebrating our anniversary, they went above and betond with the service. All in all, a lovely restaurant, with a great view over the old priory and the square and gorgeous food. Thank you!

My partner decided to try the new premier set menu; it provided an excellent choice of starter main and dessert menus. this is a new concept and is a good addition.

Whole experience was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Cutlery was so clean and the glasses sparkling. Food was delicious and not rushed. Top marks.

The staff were very attentive, our table was ready as booked even though it was a busy Saturday lunch time. Service was prompt and the food very well presented and hot.
