Thank you for a lovely evening. The food and service was first class.

The welcome and staff service was very good and very helpful. The calamari and walnut and endive salad starters were good, as was the chocolate mousse. We both chose the Confit de Canard which was so salty that couldn't eat, thankfully it was replaced with the salmon and chicken dishes which were lovely, though I would suggest that the salmon was slightly overcooked.

Lovely atmosphere, excellent food and attentive staff. Very good value.

Service was excellent from start to finish by all the staff. Ola was particularly friendly and helpful. Food was excellent and we spent a wonderful 4 hours catching up with dear friends that we hadn’t seen for 2 years. Thank you Cote for helping to make our time very special

Good dinner overall, food was cooked fresh & was tasty. Cocktail offer was rather odd... a martini was put into small wine style glasses, it was explained they didn’t have martini glasses? Thankfully, food was pretty consistent as usual which after all is what you go for!

Food and service were exceptional. Never had a bad experience in this restaurant. Staff are very attentive without being overbearing. Will definitely be back.

It was a really lovely meal - hot, well presented and came quickly. I have been to Cote on several occasions and have never been disappointed. Excellent service from very personable and polite staff. Would thoroughly recommend Cote for good food at a good price.

Had lunch today. The music was too loud to begin with and we asked for it to be turned down a little . My food was fine but my brother’s steak had to sent back as it was medium instead of the rare which was ordered. The second steak didn’t come until the rest of us had eaten. I ordered fries with my food but they didn’t come but of course they were on the final bill. It was a bit disappointing especially as it was my dads 85th birthday Judith White

It was my birthday and this wasn’t acknowledged. The croutons were soft on the lamb dish. The manger gave us a free glass of wine and took the lamb off the bill

The whole experience was delightful. We were given the quiet table which we had requested. The food was excellent and as our friend was celebrating a special birthday we were given a few extras which we had not expected. Thank you to Cote Brasserie Bristol for a lovely lunch.

My wife and I are currently still in your restaurant in Bristol. We had the most amazing meal and service (as always) but something else just wowed us. We could see that a new table was being arranged for a larger group right next to us and although we were ready to pay our bill, I had decided to stay for another drink while my wife continued to shop. When I asked for the bill, I explained the situation but said I have no problem moving if you need this table. What happened next was extraordinary. The staff were so appreciative that not only did they give me a glass of wine on the house, but also my wife. Thankfully we going home on the bus :) This is service at the highest level. Well done to all at Cote at Quakers Friers.

The meal was nice. The only thing I would say was I had the french onion soup to start and mussels for the main but neither come with bread which I thought was a bit mean.

I had the pork belly but it was bland and dry.i had to ask for more gravy which didn't improve it When the bill came we decided to only pay the bill plus 10%. The server came back to ask why we hadn't paid the 12.5%. This charge was supposed to be optinial. We were made to feel guilty for doing so. I have never experienced anything like this before. I went to your other restaurant in Clifton village and really enjoyed my experience.
