Excellent service and food quality was very good just a shame about the location as no where to get a drink pre dinner
Really good food and service, only hiccup was that the waiter forgot our order of olives to start. These were promptly brought out when we mentioned it and were taken off the bill, so dealt with very well.
Made our friends' 50th wedding anniversary very special, from a bucket of water for the flowers I'd brought (I hadn't asked) to a glass of bubbly and a beautifully decorated plate for their pudding. Great service and food. Thank you to all staff.
Great food & helpful, pleasant staff. Fabulous being able to sit outside in the sunshine.
A repeat visit and as always brilliant service and excellent food.
The service was outstanding. Food was fabulous and seeved within a good amount of time between courses. There was a great atmosphere in the restaurant. Have dined here on several occasions and will continue to do so. Thank you for another lovely experience.
Food was really tasty. Service was extremely good. Restaurant clean and welcoming
As usual, perfect service from friendly staff. The food was delicious. We had the Breton chicken - recommended.
You can’t go wrong with cote if you want good food in a nice environment.
Wonderful food in a lovely atmosphere, with outstanding and attentive service.
Lovely meal. Beautiful service. Thank you. Highly recommended - as always.
The food was incredible, the staff were really polite and more than happy to provide the best possible service.
Lovely meal, great staff, consistently good food. We love this chain of restaurants and cone back again and again.
The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and efficient.
A great choice at lunchtime with a choice of two set price menus both reasonably priced.
Great quality food, good lunch time deals, excellent service! Overall a lovely restaurant to dine at.
I was looking for a light lunch and Cote provided varied and exciting choices.
Always look for a core when we arrive first in a new city As the food is always reliable., and wewere not disappointed here . Good food , nice setting, small Square with fountain . Table in window. Our server Told us she was training, she was watched by the floor manger , nothing wrong with this but it did make service between courses and meal a little slower.
Food good value especially the steak frites. Chocolate mousse excellent
Had a fantastic time - 4 hours catching up with a friend outside - just like a bistro in France wonderful service and food - never been let down by a Cote's yet and Bristol no exception, but actually much prettier surroundings than most - highly recommend, especially in Summer.
Brillaint service the waiter was lovely even had a free birthday presseco and the food smashing lovely place x
We been visiting cote in Cabot circus Bristol,we head a business dinner and we head a really nice welcome with Prosecco and little treats on food, amazing service and food delicious...Thank you to chef Catalina to come and say hello....We definitely recommend and will go again to enjoy the steak and stew . Thank you
Always enjoy the food and value for money at Cote Brasserie. My only concern is the volume level of background music. It makes it difficult to have a conversation especially for those of us who are hard of hearing.
Fantastic service lovely atmosphere. Such a lovely relaxing place to spend a Friday afternoon ! Or any afternoon. !
The staff went out of their way to make this a special meal for my daughter's 21st.
Three-course meal - and each course was beautifully cooked and tasty.
Excellent service & food. Staff very helpful & welcoming. Will definitely revisit.
Excellent service & food. Staff very attentive & welcoming. Will definitely revisit.
Nice relaxed meal in a superb location with excellent customer service and resonable prices.
Enjoyed Birthday celebrations and the complimentary Kir Royales were great! Food fresh and tasty and service excellent.
Again a lovely meal an a great atmosphere the staff are really friendly and take good care of you, will definitely recommend this restaurant.
Excellent service. Superb food sat outside in glorious sunshine a lovely way to spend Saturday lunchtime
The food is good for the price, but nothing amazing. Friendly service.
We dined a la Carter this evening from 6pm. Quiet. Excellent discreet service. Superb cooking, nothing over elaborate but subtle flavours and plentiful portions. Delicate Cabernet Sauvignon served chilled to accompany meal of fish and chicken with assortment of fresh vegetables. Delicious desserts and excellent coffee to finish. Will go again. Top marks to Cote for food and service.
Staff were helpful and friendly. Food was prompt and delicious . Good value overall a lovely evening
Just returned from lunch at your Quakers Frairs restaurant, Bristol. We were celebrating my father's 82nd birthday. We had the 2 course fixed priced menu and it was excellent value for money. We sat outside, the waitress, Julia was extremely attentive, patient and kind. We were even brought complimentary fizz to acknowledge the occasion. Overall a delightful way to spend an afternoon. Thank you and well done!
Staffs were friendly and nice. It was busy time when I was there so attentiveness from staff was bit less then expected, but overall very friendly. Starter was greasy( calamary) but main(salmon) was real nice.
Although the restaurant was extremely busy , i was served in a very impressively short time without any drop in standards.
What a disappointing meal. The specials were more expensive then shown on the website. The free wine is only if everyone at the meal orders from the al a carte menu - not possible with our party of 8. The steak deal adds £2.50 for chips, so £18.45. The steak comes with no garnish or salad and chips are extra. The portions were small and disappointingly bland. We will never eat at a Côte Brasserie again.
Took my wife for a birthday dinner. She absolutely loved it!!!!
Excellent food, exceptional staff. Made my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary really special. Can’t recommend highly enough.
Having dined at Cotes’ for a number of years both at Clifton restaurant and latterly Quakers Fryers Bristol my recent dining experience there was not a great gastro experience the Lobster starter I considered poor value the meat was watery and I could have got more meat off a king size prawn, the Lamb rump mains although cooked as requested was absolutely tasteless for both my wife and myself very disappointing dining experience for both of us. The staff were very attentive as usual
excellent value for the fixed price menu with a choice on all three courses.
Lovely food & service, there were four of us & we all enjoyed our meals & drinks. The deserts were delicious, I had the citron tart & it was very tangy. My husband & I have even at Cotes before but our friends hadn’t. They enjoyed their first experience & will definitely be going back.
Very nice Full English breakfast but not as opulent as the Ivy which is similarly priced for breakfast
Excellent service ,meal always consistently good!,something to suit all ages .Lovely top eat outside on a hot summers day
We loved the food but we didn’t like the lack of music and people.
Food and service were excellent but tables a bit to crammed together so that it was quite noisy
Great experience. Sylvia the waitress was lovely, friendly and was very accommodating. Will be back again soon.
Food was delicious, but the service was very slow and not well organized
