Excellent food, wine and, above all, friendly, professional service at fair prices. Cote never fails to come up to expectations. We look forward to returning.

The is me any my wife favourite restaurant and so it hasn’t failed us the food is great the staff is very caring, don’t take my work about this Try It.

Another great meal. There were three of us eating and we mixed our order from the Al La carte and January specials menus, and enjoyed a lovely complimentary bottle of wine. Service as ever was brilliant .

Friendly, polite staff, well presented tasty food. I had duck, which was delicious and generously served. My partner had the pork belly which was tender but could have been crisper on the crackling. Nice atmosphere. Classy but not snooty. Definitely a place to revisit.

On a really busy lunchtime we were attended to very quickly and the meal was very good apart from the side order of green beans. We will certainly be returning.

Always good food, well presented. Staff exceptional and attentive. Prepared to offer Moules as a starter even though it was not on the menu as a starter, only a main.

Côte never fails to deliver good food and good service at a very affordable price in the heart of Clifton Village. Definitely on our overall top five list in Bristol as an overall package and for is consistency. Always busy and a great atmosphere.

The food and service was excellent and we were not hurried even though the restaurant was busy. I look forward to revisiting the next time we are in Bristol.

This is a great restuarant with great food and good service, it is consistent. They had run out of the wine we ordered so they offered us a more expensive one for the same price however, when we came to order another one they said they were only prepared to do that the once and that we had to order the more expensive one. Not happy but didn't spoil an otherwise great time!

The service, ambience and most of the food was great. The calamari was grey and rubbery (old or off) and the roquefort salad starter was so salty it was inedible. The chicken was also over salted as were the fries so I think the chef was just having an off day with the salt! Usually we thoroughly enjoy the food but this occasion it was below par. It is worth noting that the calamari is often grey and has to be sent back.

Wonderful food and ambience as always, however, service was a little off this evening, but with a newbie at work on a Saturday night we were not surprised. Apart from that everything else was superb as always. Qdelightful chicken liver parfait, my duck confit with red cabbage was to die for and the other half lived his pork belly as always. We even splashed out and went for puddings which we shared....the tart au citron and their signature dessert of creme caramel!

Always good service with very friendly staff and a warm atmosphere. Food very good value for money. I would recommend Cote to all my family and friends.

Visited for a family occasional and the atmosphere, service and food were all great. We ended up spending more than intended and it can be a little expensive for a chain type restaurant but overall great experience.

Excellent service, really good waiter. Food was delicious and of a high quality but everything was covered in salt - this was the only let down. great atmosphere and a lovely treat away from the kids!

Consistent good food at a fair price. Staff at Clifton Côte well trained and there is always a pleasant welcome and good service. I never hesitate to recommend.

The food was not great at this visit. The tuna pissaladiere was very dry (not what I expect of this dish) and the leek sauce with the sea bass was very thick and gloopy although the fish was nice.

I was met by a smiling waitress and despite being almost half an hour early was shown to my pre-booked table. There was no pressure on me to purchase drinks before the rest of the party arrived. The 3 course meal was delicious, all 8 of us enjoyed ours. The venue was warm and comfortable, service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble. We will all definitely be back. Thank you.

This is my second home and the food and service are always on point. I’ve been to a few branches but this is my fav. Highly recommended!

My Mother and I had a great early evening meal at Cote Brasserie in Clifton Village. The atmosphere was warm and friendly, the food and wine were delicious...all three courses! The genuinely warm greeting we received on arrival and the attentive and pleasant waiting staff member made the whole experience just lovely. I can't recommend this establishment enough!

Given our requested quiet table, efficient service, delicious food & quick payment. We were not rushed in any way and we asked x2 if the meal was OK.

The breakfast menu on Sunday 14th January 2017 was very good apart from dishes including bacon. The latter had been so overcooked that it could not be cut. One had (with difficulty) to tear pieces off.

Lovely food and staff definitely worth a visit. Had the rib eye steak with peppercorn sauce and finished with the praline crepe..no regrets both delicious.

What a great meal! Quality of food was excellent and service was friendly & efficient. There was a great buzzing atmosphere and our whole dining experience was really special. We will be returning regularly & would recommend Cote Brasserie without hesitation. ...the fillet steaks are the best we've tasted!

Busy not relaxing atmosphere: Table was very cramped and felt on top of each other. Didn’t feel like a relaxed intimate experience. Not sure I would book again.

A great place for a family lunch. Good choice of menus to suit everyone. Service very good throughout, but slightly slower for the desserts, and the bill. All round, a good experience - thank you

Great food, good service and an agreeable environment. I was able to park nearby for a cost of £2 for 2 hours. The Sea bream was delicious. We had to request replacement frites as they were overcooked.

I always enjoy a meal at Cote. The staff are friendly, the food is always of a high standard, and I can walk there in 5 minutes.

Lovely atmosphere, very good and funny waiter, food was incredible with a massive menu to choose from! Reasonably priced too! Highly recommend, will be going back again!

The breakfasts were cold and in some instances not edible. The reason I didn’t complain was that this breakfast event takes place every New Years Day at Cote and complaining would have changed the mood of the table. The only collective term I can use is appalling.

Another fantastic brunch at Cote - always great food and great value. They cater for a gluten free diet and are friendly and helpful. My daughter believes its the best scrambled egg ever!

Had a lovely late breakfast with elderly mothers prior to a visit to the pantomime. An unusually timed performance for New Year’s Eve. Visiting tomorrow with son.
