Very good meal served efficiently and very hot. Generous gift of a drink at the start helped us feel in a good mood!

Stop mentioning the “complimentary water” really it is not a big deal and the least you can offer when people are dining with you. So annoying I feel sorry for the staff having to say that all the time. Anyway the food and service was first class

Service a little slow, we moved twice to find a quiet table (which was requested on the reservation). Food and drinks were excellent, we all had an enjoyable time.

After 4 visits earlier this year of witch 3 were really very poor this has restored my confidence with excellent food and service even though the restaurant was very busy if this stand is maintained l will be more than happy to return.

Excellent service and food. We would recommend: Baked Crottin, Crab Mayonnaise, Chateaubriand, Chocolare Mousse and Tarteaux Pommes. starting with the Lillet Rose cocktail set the scene nicely. We asked for a quiet table so the noise level was OK. It can be a problem in Cote

Great last night at Cote Clifton. Specials menu perfect for me......Rabbit and Pork Terrine followed by Sole.......and I was tempted by my favourite Confit Duck. All four of us enjoyed delicious food. Washed down with super affordable wines. Thanks Cote...... Again.

Excellent taste of food, good environment, nice service, worth for money

We were a small group of six. The restaurant was very full when we arrived so I was concerned if we would be served quickly or were in for a long wait. It was a birthday celebration for my friend and it was a nice touch you brought her a glass of bubbly. Food and service in face were very good and we all enjoyed ourselves very much.

We have been Regulars at Cote since they opened and have introduced many family and friends because we enjoy the food, the ambience and particularly the way in which the staff have always looked after and welcome us They work incredibly hard but still find time for a chat. We are so pleased to have Cote in the Village....a great addition.

Very busy Saturday night but we had booked so were shown straight to our table even though we were a little early. Very attentive service and delicious food. Highy recommended.

Service was particularly attentive and enthusiatic. Food is decent without being amazing. The lively vibe in a full restaurant was quite fun. The free wine was a bit rough though. A discount on any bottle you choose would be a more attractive idea

Absolutely fantastic, the service was great (as usual) and the food was amazing! Thank you for the little touch of putting a bday candle in my fiancées dessert. It’s still our fave restaurant and we love coming time and time again.

So glad to see you have introduced a two level three course set menu. To be honest, the old £10.95 one was becoming a bit stale. Today I had the higher priced one and couldn't fault it. Service was as usual, friendly and good, much better than the restaurant at the corner of Caledonia Place. 10 out of 10.

Quick service and very accommodating for my children which made our family meal out so enjoyable. All our food was delicious and thoroughly enjoyed. Waiting service was new but thorough and management also supported and were very accommodating. Gluten Free menus provided and food clearly labelled.

We ate from the set menu, another good meal with good service.

Asked for a quiet table and got one! Must be the only one! Same problem in most restaurants these days......too much noise from the clatter and chatter and no sound deadening due to all the hard surfaces. Great food. The grilled beef chop between two was splendid.
