The service from start to finish was exceptional very attentive staff. The meal itself I can say we throughly enjoyed. However the disappointment was the presentation with chipped crockery and warm table water. A slight disappointment

This was a special meal for our 16 wedding anniversary. Shortly after starting our meal, I found a rather long hair in the chicken sauce. I called over the waitress who said, well no one in our kitchen has blonde hair - but Ill replace it for you. I have blonde hair - but a VERY short pixie style and no way would you find a 3 - 4" hair on my head. I felt that she was almost accusing me!

Always a lovely meal at Cote Bournemouth, it never disappoints. Excellent food, exceptional service. Would definitely come again.

We enjoyed the meal very much. The house red wine was also lovely. The only negative points were : The potatoes with the sea bream were a little undercooked (slightly hard) There was a group of loud gents on the table near us.

With the current situation of covid19 we were very impressed with the level of cleaning down after each customer of all areas. The food was excellent and the service too. We was very impressed we booked again.

Would definitely recommend! The atmosphere was really nice, staff were really lovely, attentive and service was excellent, as was the food. Only slight criticism is there was very little for vegetarian/vegans. Otherwise it was great, thank you!

Good quality food, professional attentive service in a nice location. Good to see that you dont treat your customers as a walking bio hazard, but as adults. Visors are the only negative, but acceptable for the present. Glad to see you are not forcing masks on your staff, we recently went to a restaurant that did, and the experience was sterile and not at all pleasant, will not be returning there! Our first visit to Cote Bournemouth, and will definitely return.

Everything was absolutely perfect with the food and the service. Beautiful cozy place , I will definitely come back again. The only thing I have noticed that on the menu they don’t display the sign V for the vegetarian meals. I had to ask if it’s vegetarian just to be sure . Luckily they have few veggie meals on the menu. Delicious.

Mussels and staff were first class, Service was excellent and I will return.

Social distancing was not particularly evident with table less than 3 feet apart. Otherwise service was good. Pleased to see that staff members were wearing face shields. We noticed that the portions were smaller than our previous visit prior to lockdown.

Pleasant staff.very good food. When the Bournemouth restaurant opened we didn't think it measured up to the Salisbury restaurant which we have loved for years, the staff there are great and the food is consistently good. However, last might was really good and we will be using are local restaurant as well now.

No vegan options on menu and very few options on menu for vegetarians. Good food otherwise and pleasant and quick service.

Booked a table for my 30th Birthday on bank holiday Sunday, service was great!

It is an excellent restaurant with perfect service and very nice ambience. Excellent cuisine. We eat here very often and strongly recommend. Our only complain is that the Fish Parmender portion was quite small and the fillet very small (for this price).

I had asked for a table upstairs. Clearly this was ignored. I had even been in to my reservation. Steak excellent. Were the lobsters from Canada. Claimed to he Cornish. Chicken very dry this was addressed another sent and not charged for. Waiters and especially waitress excellent. An enjoyable experience.

Absolutely delicious food and we felt safe and reassured in that we saw a very thorough and efficient cleaning of each table/chairs after diners left. Lots of choice on the menu too. Some restaurants really pare down their menu during COVID but not here. Lots of great menu choices.

Actually very disappointed. In a nearly empty restaurant a table for three was positioned right next to us, such that we could touch each other. Whilst the waiting team can wear visors, we don’t. We’re trying to eat. We tried to move the Table, but told that was forbidden. And so yes, we moved. Embarrassing. Damage done. Atmosphere ruined. And then to top it all a goats cheese salad that was very poor arrived. Great burger. Great wine and cider. Table of 3 loud kids just topped it off. Some days it just doesn’t go your way. £50 wasted. I paid the inclusive tip. Embarrassed not to.

we had a great time on out wedding anniversary last night. The location is central the ambiance of the place was vibrant and comfortable. We had really good service great wine and and the food was excellent without being expensive. I can recommend the kit royale apperitif too.

The evening was excellent! Food was fantastic across the board, atmosphere was spot on and we had a fantastic waitress looking after us
