Great breakfast, great service and great position. Very much recommended!

Visited the restaurant for the first time for my husbands birthday. Service was excellent from the time we walked through the door & food was lovely. Definately recommend it.

Don’t allow hen parties! They were loud and rude and didn’t consider others there at all! We have children so this was a rare treat for us. Amazing food!

Very pleasant evening. Pork belly excellent, veal schnitzel was too large and lacking in veg. Always a pleasant experience as staff are well trained. Wine list could include percentage alcohol and more tasting notes.

Good service and great food, nice place for lunch. Cote is always reliable and new the May menu has plenty of choices. Would recommend again.

Lovely atmosphere and beautiful place. The food is first class and service was excellent! The staff are all nice and friendly. We will definitely be visiting again.

Superb service- our waitress Dana was excellent and we all thoroughly enjoyed our food particularly the pork belly and we would recommend the pissaladière to share as a light starter. Many thanks !

It was a warm day and the restaurant was uncomfortably hot. There is no shade upstairs from the sun at some tables and the venue was busy so no option to move tables. no blinds at the windows - silly design oversight. The food was good and the service friendly and efficient. Please set the air conditioning properly.

Long wait for main course. Food not particularly memorable. On the whole the decor is attractive but after many visits the food varies from disappointing to good. It would be so much better if it could be consistently good.

As regular customers of Cote in Hampstead, Salisbury & Bournemouth we were slightly disappointed with the initial service at the Bournemouth restaurant as we had two friends with us who had never been to a Cote before. After giving our orders we waited about 20 minutes before I had to get up to complain that neither the drinks or even the bread basket order had yet arrived. After apologies everything was fine.

We booked a table for Sunday evening, when we arrived the restaurant was fairly quiet. When our food arrived it was perfectly presented, my friend's chicken dish was fine but my vegetables and sauce with the pork belly were stone cold! I called over the waiter and his reply was it's meant to be just warm, not hot?? Slightly baffled by his answer I asked for my meal to be returned to the kitchen. I waited 10 minutes for a new plate, by this time my friend had almost finished her main. I was very disappointed by the service, a restaurant of this class really shouldn't send out cold food, no excuses it wasn't busy. Not sure I would eat here again.

Excellent service as usual and friendly efficient and professional staff. Good choices on menu. Altogether a very enjoyable experience and we will certainly be returning in the very near future

The restaurant is in a good location and the whole experience was a good one. We were on holiday so it confirmed that we really rate Cote, having used our local branch regularly

The food was ok, not great as we expected. We have had a lot better breakfast experiences in Bournemouth. The ambience was good. The service was good.

I celebrated my birthday at Cote Bournemouth with friends and the staff could not have been more helpful from the glass of champagne to the candle in my dessert! All the dishes we ordered were great. Absolutely no complaints. Food,wine and staff fantastic. Well worth a visit and a great location near the gardens.

First visit to Cote Bournemouth - with four friends who had never been to Cote. Furnishings and decor very pleasant.Food very good as usual. Service also good. Marks only 5 - no-one is perfect!

Wow first time of trying this restaurant and well it was amazing . Service was fantastic and food was absolutely superb. We will definitely being going back again and found it was reasonably priced . It’s got to be tried we will be recommending this restaurant.

Fabulous service, food and setting. Cote bournemouth outperforms pretty much ever other restaurant, both independent or otherwise, in the town centre. We’ve been a few times already and will certainly be back again soon.

I dislike intensely the IMPOSITION of a 12.5 % surcharge, although I recognise it is discretionary! The service I had was very slow, although the food was excellent. I would have given a gratuity for the food and up to 10% would be acceptable I feel. I could not see any CLEAR indication to the 12.5 % levy. A VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER - VERY UNDERHAND METHODS USED !

Chose to eat here as visited previously when staying in Bournemouth. Excellent service from friendly and helpful staff. Good food nice ambience. Definitely return when back in the area

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Cote. The food was up to the usual excellent standard and the staff were very efficient and friendly. We would particularly mention Matt (who we knew from Salisbury) and Lorenzo. They looked after us very well and we will be returning to Cote in the very near future.

Restaurant was quiet as it was a Monday night but service was excellent as usual and the food was perfectly cooked and presented. Would recommend.

The service was very good at the beginning and the food excellent. I was disappointed that there was a change of waiter towards the end and we were not looked after. I told our waiter that we had a show to go to so asked for the bill when i ordered a dessert and a coffee. We waited for ages and i had to flag 2 waiters before someone came to take the bill. We were then late for our show.

The food was really great and so was the service, It was also good value which all in all made it a really enjoyable evening

We had good quality food, nicely presented. Liked the French decor and general atmosphere. Service a bit slow which was unfortunate as had to keep calling staff.

Lovely restaurant, food & service was great. The only thing I was slightly disappointed about always the 12.5% service charge which added nearly £10 onto our bill, which for 2 people was quite a lot. We would have left a tip but not that amount.

Was a lovely experience ... food good and staff attentive but unfortunately a mistake was made with the order and one guests meal arrived as the rest of us had almost finished which was dissappointing .
