Côte Bournemouth

Very nice place decor pleasant, service quick and polite, food very good. Would recommend.

The food was ok but not nearly as good as at other Côte restaurants. The moules were in a very salty liquid which didn’t taste of much. The seabass was better but there was too much butter on the plate

Very pleasant staff. Would be helpful if menu was more explicit regarding accompaniments with meals. The menfolk had bouef en croute and it said with carrots and leeks. These were within the pie and not on the side so really should have ordered a side dish with it. The quality of the food however was all good.

Great pre show meal. Good food and service as always. Only slight gripe was a number of bones in the fish but this was well dealt with by the staff. Looking forward to returning soon.

Ordered steak medium rare. First it came well done, second time medium and third time it was full of grizzle and could not cut it and left half. I ordered the ribeye medium rare! Not a good experience. However I was not charged for it! E Landes

My Favourite Bournemouth Restaurant. Steak was amazing and the wine was really good quality and good value for money. Love the relaxed atmosphere., all staff were very professioanl and gave great service. Only thing I didnt like is the fixed 12.5% service charge, never sure if it goes to staff but as its added feel I've already tipped making it slightly awkward settling the bill

Excellent service . Good atmosphere. The meal was delicious , only criticism was the potato dauphinois was only sliced potato with a cream sauce poured over!

The restaurant was not too crowded, we were on a pre-theatre visit. I had noted that one of us was gluten free on booking was noted we were asked which one was GF and she was given a separate menu, without us having to ask for it.

Delightful staff, very pleasant ambience, good selection of choices, BUT the food was served only lukewarm, such a disappointment - unlikely we shall visit again.

Bit a a slow start getting drinks, but after that service was good and enjoyed the food. Nice ambience. Food and drinks were good quality. I am pescatarian and my wife is vegetarian; reasonable number of choices on the menu for both of us. We would go again.

Went in for Valentines Day dinner. Not as busy as last year, but still took some time between starter and main. However the food was amazing as one usually expects here. Service good as always.

Enjoyed very much The food is always very good and the staff very friendiy and efficient. . Would like to see more offers or rewards for customers especially after 7 pm. I find we have to always order sides to enhance the meal which can make the meal expensive.

Lovely looking restaurant, tasty food, but disappointed in some of the service. We had a starter then waited one hour to receive mains, felt we'd been forgotten! Were only 3 of us and all other guests in restaurant were being attended to. Shame!

First class food with a good selection of food at a reasonable price. Wine selection was good. Atmosphere good but echoes a bit. Staff very attentive.

Excellent service from our delightful Italian waiter who was most helpful. The food was good but all three courses could have been a little warmer.

I’ve been to this particular cote twice and both times the food and the service have been excellent. The crab mayonnaise maybe lacked a little flavour but was still very nice. My sirloin steak though was superb, will be having that again.

Friendly staff. Service was good apart from the bottle of wine arriving at our table but we had to chase up our wine glasses! Food was very enjoyable. A good experience.

As always, amazing experience. Service efficient and well timed, great menu and ambiance. I just keep coming back! Food is amazing, regular changes to specials too.

The service was superb, all the staff being polite and attentive and my family thoroughly enjoyed their meals. This is definitely our favourite restaurant in Bournemouth.

Once again we experienced nice service and good food. Even when there was a mistake made with the food, the staff were full of apologies and compensated for the error.
