The starter ( moules au cider) were ok but the sauce was very salty and there was no taste of cider. The main course of sea bream was much better although there was too much butter. The food at other Côtes is far better
Had a lovely breakfast which was great value for money. It included a hot drink I had the mint tea which was made with fresh mint leaves such a lovely touch. The staff were friendly and there was a great atmosphere!
Lovely food and good service.good value.would go again and recommend to friends. A good place to eat before show at Pavillion. A good, central location.! Thank you
we had a nice evening but it was a quiet evening in restaurant
Very friendly staff, don’t rush you, nice relaxed ambiance and very good value for money. Going to Birmingham in a couple of weeks and they have a Cote there too. So will give it ago. You won’t be disappointed. Fish Stew really tasty
Such Beautiful food and extremely friendly staff. Made our evening just perfect, will be eating here again for sure! Couldn’t do enough for us. Highly recommend
Whilst staying in Bournemouth last December we came here for the first time and couldn't wait to come back on our next visit to Bournemouth. Food lovely and great service.
Lovely dinner wonderful food and service my favourite restaurant for lunch or dinner. The staff and manager are always welcoming Great choice on the menu for starters and main courses maybe the dessert could be updated Love the choice of wines and always have a Kir Royal to start with
Love this chain of restaurants, in each I've eaten in, always had high standards and great service and the food is always so tasty !. Unfortunately this evening there were a couple of things off the menu, one of which I'd ordered - had to change my choice, these things happen, but still enjoyed my meal. Timings are perfect for a very enjoyable evening out.
The food and service was great. The only disappointment is adding the optional 12.5% staff tip to the bill. This should be left the customers discretion! Thank you and we will return.
Great food and very, very friendly and professional staff. Extensive menu and specials are all very tempting. Veal escalope on the menu today and it was fantastic. We eat here regularly and you will not be disappointed
In Bournemouth for the weekend and really enjoyed both the breakfast and evening meal with very friendly and attentive staff. Good food and good value as always at Côte establishments.
This was our first visit to Cote and we loved it! Super service and great food. A really nice way to finish the weekend. Hope to visit again soon.
Very lovely and polite service from Kevin1. Great atmosphere and delicious food
An exceptional lunch - thank you. The roast duck was so special followed by Taste Aux Mirabelles. Just perfect! Thank you to the manager who always makes us feel very welcome.

This was our first evening meal at this branch of Cote's having previously only had coffee and/or breakfast. We were not disappointed ! Looked after by Julia (the Supervisor who was friendly ,very efficient with great interpersonal skills), we had an excellent meal.Pate as starters followed by duck and one of the special March dishes of Monkfish which along with a good realistically priced bottle of red went down a treat. We would highly recommend Cote Brasserie in Bournemouth for a very pleasant evening.
Great service , friendly staff and great food ...and good value for money, and finally the location is central what more food you ask for.
Excellent in every way. One small comment: my steak, ordered rare was actually medium well done. However, I was provided with coffee on the house which I thought was an adequate gesture. I was also told when I reported the error that I could return the steak if I wished, but since I was more than half way through my meal, I declined to do so. I shall certainly return, and I especially commend the serving staff.
Super service, fantastic food, lovely wine. Was a great evening x
I love Cote Bournemouth - consistently great food and friendly, efficient service with a smile. Good value for money too, compared to plenty of other chains I could mention. The crab starter with sourdough is delicious, the poulet grille is always good and the banana praline crepe is to die for!
yeah it was pretty - a m a z i n g ‹3 quite pricey but yeah fair enough its was proper fancy so if u like that type of place then yeh, nice.
A very good dining experience, great food, especially the fillet steak and sharing dessert plate. Very friendly and professional staff, will be going again and I can definitely recommend the restaurant.
Would have been full marks bit unfortunately our poached eggs were hard. They were taken back and replaced without any problem all in very pleasant staff and would definitely come again
Very good service and food was very much to our liking
As always Cote lived up to expectations. The June special of Chateaubriand was exceptional. Well done Cote.
Such an enjoyable breakfast.... delicious food, all our requests catered for and a very friendly waitress. Despite being very busy in the restaurant we were served promptly and courteously. Thank you

Superb meal from start to end. Greeted at the door by the manager, shown to a lovely table. Great friendly staff, very good (without being invasive) service. Food very good - French onion soup excellent, haddock special for Good Friday was superb. Frites were a few minutes late and the manager removed them from the bill without use asking, very good service. Would return without hesitation.
The service was excellent ,so were the mussels and seafood linguine.
Service very good, explained menu options. Ordered some nibbles and 2 steaks and a chicken. Had a slice of my steak, done to order tasted nice but was Luke warm, as was the other one. Waitress had no issues taking them back, it got sorted and completely replated with a free side salad. Great food, and when the bill came they had deducted quite a bit, really good service and food.
We had a Fantastic experience. Every course was very good. Service was excellent and always checked if our meals were ok. I will be definitely coming back.
Wonderful mothers day meal the French onion soup was the best we have had outside of Paris. We will be back for lunch in the near future.
Went for Mother's Day lunch, the food was perfect. Empty plates from the whole group, great service and waiting time was acceptable for a busy service.
Cote is my first choice when meeting friends or family and although I had not been to Cote Bournemouth before, this branch was everything I have come to expect from a Cote. Great choice of food, seasonal menu, well cooked and presented, good service. The monthly offers present good value and are seasonally imaginative.
Food and service really beautiful really enjoyed our meal going to Cote in Windsor next Saturday we’re we will enjoy our free bottle of wine
Excellent value for money and great service. Food was amazing!!!!
First visit to the Bournemouth Cote. Excellent location but the ambience slightly lacking - seated in the bar area by the entrance. However, great food and good service. The crab mayonnaise is always a delight - my partner said the French Onion soup was good but would have liked a soup and not a huge (almost table!) spoon. Duck was perfect and the right shade of pink, but the steak was a little tough. Minted peas were cold, but were removed from the bill. Overall a great meal and will definitely return. Kir Royale delicious...!
Excellent service and food. Good location. I'm sure this explains how good we thought your establishment was and 25 words are too many. Regards Neville. 25 words have been submitted and so far it's not posting.
Lovely late lunch with a complimentary cocktail which was delightful Great food and good wine always enjoyable our favourite restaurant
Fantastic meal. Table booked online with immediate confirmation. We chose the a la carte menu & our fillet steak was excellent. The staff were friendly, well trained & attentive even though busy. I can recommend the St. Germain Gin & Tonic. Didn’t mind the service charge being added.
Really pleased with the food and service. Always go for the vegetarian breakfast and am never disappointed. Such good value for money and the food is delicious.
Great food, great staff & nice view from upstairs window table. We were there for a pre-concert meal at the Paladium and this location is excellent.
As usual, good food and excellent service helped make a most enjoyable lunch.
Have been to several Cote Brasseries over the past 2 or 3 years and would rate this as the best so far. Food extremely good and the staff polite, efficient and friendly.
Absolutely wonderful. The best Côte we’ve ever been to. Creme caramel was to die for. Most of all service was excellent . CONGRATULATIONS
Meals here are always a pleasure. The service is polite, friendly and discreet. The menu is excellent, with many choices, whatever your preference and time of day. Food is well proportioned, fresh, hot, and suitably priced. Also the lighting is perfect. Neither too dark, or too light. All in all, a triumph!

A birthday celebration for my Dad.... Amazing food and generous portions. Service was brilliant as always. Will be back soon.
THE MANAGEMENT WAS AWFUL! did not try and accommodate us even thought I was pregnant. I asked if we were able to move to another table due to the booth being cramped for 6 people. The manager said Was not able to to do this cause they were fully booked, but the said table remained free until we left. I wonder if this manger would have done the same to a white Caucasian woman? Ruined our brunch.
We had a weekend in Bournemouth and decided to end it at Cote on Sunday evening. This is a really nice restaurant. Tables are NOT crammed in and its light & spacious. The staff are really attentive & the food was tasty & well presented. We had a lovely evening to end our weekend away.
We had a very efficient (if not rather aggressive!) waitress serving us this evening. Her manner made us feel like we were dining in a communist restaurant where we WOULD be grateful, whether we liked it or not. I had a Calimari - which was tasty, but the raw garlic in the homemade sauce to accompany it means that I’ll be warding off vampires for the next 20yrs... I won’t be ordering that again! My husband ordered the Crottin. Urgh, it tasted of mix of vomit and smelly, sweaty feet. He left most of it. We daren’t inform our waitress for fear of being led outside onto the pavement and thrashed in front of the other diners as punishment. We love Cote and regularly visit, but this experience left us feeling a bit cold and £60 lighter.
Lovely restaurant with friendly helpful staff. The booking was made for 6 couples, which included 3 birthday girls. We were given a complimentary drink, which was a great welcome. Our one complaint was that one of the birthday girls had goats cheese with roast vegetables - this was not eaten as it was not your usual standard, vegetables were too large and not cooked properly and the goats cheese was not enjoyable. I did mention to one of the waiters that we were not happy with that particular meal. Other 5 meals were delicious and up to your normal standard.
