My Poached Eggs with avocado was lovely but my wife does like eggs so she asked for Smoked Salmon and Scrambled eggs without the eggs and have a toasted muffin instead. She was told they don’t do muffins yet I had muffins with my breakfast and was told to have sourdough toast. She was corrected by her colleague and half a muffin came with her salmon. I do realise my wife ordered something different to what was on the menu but to be charged full price (£9.25) and only getting half a muffin instead of the eggs and not a full muffin I won’t be rushing back to your chain of restaurants in a hurry.

Very good to be able to eat at our local Cote again. Seated upstairs which is nice and airy with the windows open onto Westover Road. Staff friendly, courteous and efficient as ever and food just as before....tasty, hot and appetising. The restaurant was very busy at street level and upstairs.

Good service, friendly & swift. Food was all very nicely cooked & tasted good. Good sized portions.

Excellent service. The food was served professionally The steak was a large tender fillet. The bernaise sauce very good. Other sauces were on offer. Tuna Nicoise was well executed especially the soft boiled eggs in the salad. Nothing disappointed us.Rhubarb cocktails were super. Cotes du Rhône full bodied and fruity. Thank you for a very enjoyable birthday meal.

Very good and well presented meals. We had also dined at this venue the previous evening. My wife being vegetarian observed that the menu had not changed and for her there was very little choice leaving her with little option but to choose the same meal as the previous evening. Our table was on the ground floor at the rear of the restaurant so a bit disappointing.

We experienced a truly delicious meal, seated at an upstairs window, served by your knowledgeable staff.

Overall a good eating experience, but could be better. Starters delicious and well presented. Main dishes lacked finesse and overcooked. Staffing mostly non-existent.

Good food and friendly service in a clean and Covid safe atmosphere.

We were so looking forward to our first breakfast back at Cote. Firstly we were told that we could not have celery in our bloody Mary’s due to COVID restrictions. When our breakfast arrived we had half a field mushroom each, The waiter said the chef could not give us a whole mushroom due to Covid. The waiter didn’t really understand what our grievances were or try to make amend. Watched the waitress clean down table and chairs apart from the arms. It didn’t fill me with trust. I must say the manager was apologetic. Not sure we will be returning.

Excellent food and service we had a wonderful evening. The Creme Caramel was to die for! The only down side was a rather loud and noisy customer which was no fault of the restaurant.

The food and service was excellent however we were 5 people on a table to accommodate 4 and with all crockery etc was very cramped

As usual, a lovely meal, friendly service and, even with Covid routines, a relaxed atmosphere. Reasonable prices for perfectly cooked food and nice wine, so not surprised to see how busy it was. Only slight niggle would be not getting our complimentary cocktail as we booked a couple of days prior to the email. Otherwise a very enjoyable evening.

Not the best experience, the meals we wanted weren't available and drinks took along time to arrive. The food we did choose was also delayed as the waitress forgot to put the order through.

On ballance, a very pleasant lunch. The portion sizes could however be more generous on lamb and cheese board.

I am extremely glad this Cote has now reopened: it is lovely. Great staff; great food; great ambience. I live in Bournemouth, but if you are a visitor it is one of the best restaurants in the area. .The price of the food is the usual for Bournemouth: London prices. Well placed right in the centre of Bournemouth There is a cheapish set menu for lunch: also dishes for small appetites. The feel and menu of the restaurant is French Brassiere.

We will have been in Bournemouth for 7 nights and we will have ate in hetr 4 nights as its the best in Bournemouth

Yet again our visit to Bournemouth Cote came up to expectation in fact Cote have never failed to please in any of your restaurants. In view of the current Covid regulations in place we felt we were in a safe environment. Thank you Cote and ooking forward to our next visit.

Excellent service,very attentive waiter and the food quality Was the finest.

My steak was not edible and was replaced but second one was not really edible. We did have free drink. Our two seater table was by the stairs and everyone was far too close for comfort.

This was the first time we have eaten out since March 2020. Our server was kind, friendly but suitably distanced. We picked a quiet time (5pm on Sunday) and enjoyed an almost empty restaurant, for which I was grateful, but the tables seemed well spread even if it had been busier. The food was up to the same fab standard we’re used to expecting from Côte. Although, we missed the carrots as a side! Overall, a fantastic experience.
