Côte Bournemouth

The menu on News Year Eve was great. Each course was lovely and the waitresss was very friendly. We will definitely be back very soon.

Had the set menu for New Years eve but mussels were unavailable and were replaced by Calamari which were very overcooked. The chocolate fondant was very disappinting as this was also overcooked and dry.

Lovely evening.nice atmosphere for non party lovers like ourselves.Efficient staff .Nice food.we will book again in the future.Next time we shall enjoy a nice bottle of wine.

Have eaten at Côte in Kensington for a special birthday celebration. Decided to try Côte in Bournemouth, our home town on Xmas Eve 2017. We weren’t disappointed. Thank you! 😊

Went there to celebrate a family birthday. Been to a few other Cote’s before and again was not disappointed. Great that Bournemouth has a Côte. Lovely restaurant. Great choice of food. Good service and price not bad either.

A very nice little restaurant for Bournemouth. Shame Austin Reedhad to close, however this is a very good addition. Menu - not bad, Service - very good, Wine choice - Good.

Can always rely on Cote for great food and staff 😀. The set menu always has an interesting range and is excellent value for money.

We had not been to a cotes brasserie before & will most definitely be visiting again. The staff were all so welcoming, friendly & helpful. I have coeliac disease & was so pleased to see the extensive gluten free menu you had. The lady serving us even came up with a Christmas menu highlighting the gluten free options I could have & other dishes you could make exchanging with gf options, which was so lovely. I have trouble eating out & somtimes feel a pain asking about how things are cooked as have to make sure I have no gluten. I saw your menu was approved by coeliac uk & your staff made me feel like nothing was too much trouble which was so lovely. They made it such a lovely experience, the food was amazing & really good prices. I will be reccomending to friends.

When I booked the table I was asked if it was a special occasion which it was (my daughter’s 20th) yet that went unrecognised in the restaurant today. Compared with visits to other Cote Restaurants this was disappointing.

First time there the general decor and ambiance were good. Had very good friendly efficient service, with the steaks being well presented and cooked to perfection. Would definitely recommend

Nice food, but everything was quite rushed. We requested to have the meal slowed down but this did not help. A little over priced. Nice atmosphere.

Lovely food and the atmosphere was great, very relaxed. Staff were attentive and didn't rush us. We normally go in for breakfast once a week and really enjoy it. Lovely restaurant.

Unfortunately even though we had mentioned yo the staff we were in a hurry as we had theatre tickets and I had allowed 90 mins for one course we were still waiting 45 mins for our meal and therefore had to rush our meal .

My sons 9th Birthday, breakfast was lovely, service great and a complimentary cupcake purchased from the shop next door with a sparkler! Lovely experience Thanks

The new restaurant is a very nice design in keeping with the rest of the chain. Breakfast was delicious and the service excellent. Will return.

Five of us went for a lovely lunch to celebrate my birthday. We were glad to be sitting downstairs where it was relatively quiet so we could hear each other speak; when we went upstairs to use the toilets there were lots of noisy parties celebrating an early Christmas. We started with complimentary Kir Royals and had a very enjoyable meal. I would certainly recommend Côte Bournemouth to anybody thinking of going.

The food today and the service at Bournemouth Cote were excellent. I have eaten at several Cote's and the food and service are always very good.

The restaurant was busy with a good atmosphere. The food was good value and nice but nothing to rave about. The portion size were about right .

Great restaurant - so pleased there is now one in Bournemouth! Excellent service, delicious food. Will definitely return and will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Had lunch at busy time of day however the service was very good . We were offered three different menus to choose from - the Christmas set menu, the lunch set menu and the a la carte. After choosing the food arrived in a reasonable time. Food, as always in Cote restaurants, was very good. Will definately come here again!

Excellent in every way! Best English breakfast I've had for a long time! The flat white coffee was also excellent! The ambience is good and the staff are delightful, particularly Lilly and Juliet....I really can't fault anything! Thank you.

The waitress was very friendly and attentive. The restaurant was very clean and bright and very central. The food was the usual standard we expect.

The only reason I didn't give a 6 is because of the slower than usual service. However, it was an extremely busy pre-Christmas lunchtime and our waitress kept us informed. The food was perfect, as usual, and excellent value for money.

Very enjoyable evening food drink and staff excellent would highly recommend.Table booked on line and had no problems on arrival. We had table for six people for 7.30pm and were seated upstairs. The ambiance was lovely and very relaxing. Staff very friendly and helpful. We will differently be very happy to go back.

The location was convenient. The food itself was great. The staff were also very friendly and attentive too. They checked in regularly with us and service was very good.

The food is very good with a varied and interesting menu. The ambiance is pleasant and unpretentious with the service attentive but not intrusive. A minor problem with the bill was settled quickly and with suitable apology.

We ate from the fixed price menu and it was Excellent value for money the food was nice not special but nice and the service was very good.

All the staff were excellent, from the person who showed us to our table to the waiting staff who were very hospitable and very attentive. The food was delicious with very well cooked ingredients. Wine was excellent and good value, a very enjoyable evening, many thanks.

Atmosphere was good and staff were very attentive. However, had the rib of beef to share and the quality of the meat provided was not great. Would return but would choose differently next time.

The food and service was excellent but what I hate is being told when you get the bill to pay a tip. For three people I thought is a tip is down to the individual to give. And for three people it's out of order

Been to the Brighton one many times. First time at this one. Loved it, exactly what it’s supposed to be- pure French class. Wine ain’t cheap. £8+ for 250ml glass, I’m not a big drinker but could have easily had another glass with my top class steak, the price made me stick to water. Will be back for more...

Fantastic food, steaff and ambience! This is a great restaurant with a wonderful reputation - it was packed! Definitely one of the best in Bournemouth.

The food and the service were very good except for the fact that I was not given a chance to choose how much I need to give as tips.

Excellent meal and excellent service. Pleasant surroundings with comfortable seating. Bournemouth was lacking this type of restaurant until cotes arrived. Well done keep up the standard you have set.

Excellent service, prompt and menu good value. Food delicious tasting fresh and well seasoned. Pudding was out of this world, but couldn’t quite finish it!

There was a pleasant ambience with friendly and attentive staff, a good drinks selection and the food was enjoyable and reasonably good value for money.

I don’t know the name of our waitress but she was Italian and really excellent. Her smile and willingness left a lasting impression...a credit to the Bournemouth branch.

The food was excellent. My daughter had the Grench Onion soups and rated it the best she has ever had, beating her previous best which she ate in Paris 5 years ago. Our beef bourginogne was wonderful, so tender. The staff were really friendly and attentive

As ever a great meal. The food was lovely, especially the lamb parmentier and the glazed carrots. The chocolate mousse was lovely and light. Service great and I will return soon

Good food, attentive staff, good atmosphere , and more importantly value for money, good wine list . Food is always of a consistent quality and seasoned well. Will be going back.
