Very good overall. Food could have been hotter (my preference both French Onion Soup & Fish Stew) but was acceptable. Very pleasant and efficient staff.

Good food and attentive service. Good atmosphere. The lamb special was very good and a generous portion. Will be going back very soon I am sure.

Well laid out restaurant; our party of 6 had a booth on the 1st floor which was perfect. Great choices on the menu and all of us were delighted with our dishes. The atmosphere was buzzing but not noisy and we all had a great evening. Highly recommended and if you are fortunate enough to be served by the delightful Monika, as we were, your experience will be heightened even more.

The food itself was good. However the service was slow and inconsistent. Drinks not delivered and tables served at varied speeds. When issue was raised one cappuccino deleted from bill. Ran out of time for dessert with staff cleaning up around us for morning service. Took 2 1/2 hours to finish 2 courses and drink one coffee.

Our starter came with mains- more clarification. Drinks we had to ask for- I would have had another 2 drinks per person, if asked. Thanks.

Great location. Waiting staff were under considerable pressure as the restaurant was very busy and so there was some confusion over our order and longer than usual waiting times between courses. It is a large venue on 2 floors and needs more staff both serving and preparing food at peak times to make this a good experience. We thought that our waiter did very well under these circumstances.

good table, SErvice and food at a reasonable price. We were able to park close by. There was a quiet atmosp[here and we were able to enjoy our conversation with friends.

Had an amazing evening once again...top class service, super s rummy food & amazing atmosphere. That's why we keep coming back again & again...love this place!

Excellent lunch though service was somewhat slow. However the restaurant was busy. Excellent lunch. Will visit again. I have no more I wish to add!

Pleasant meal had the Sunday special which was satisfactory. Starter of crab mayo Mayonnaise had too much mayo and.not enough crab!! Complimentary gin and tonic was not allowed as we have not booked through the Cote website

Such a great place to eat, staff always very friendly, Menu has great options for all tastes, would highly reccomend this place.also great value for money.

All round great although we did receive a confirmation reminder which seemed very pushy once I'd already said I was coming it said are you sure you are coming. And when we arrived we were told no veal left no mussels left no pork belly so whilst the restaurant may want us to confirm we are coming it would be nice if they could cater the food on their menus then the over pushy nature of the confirmation wouldn't be so badly received.

We arrived a little early but were greeted with a smile and shown straight to our table. The service and food were excellent. I have been to Cote Brasserie in Soho several times and always been pleased with the service and food and the Bournemouth restaurant is the same. We will visit again.

The food was, as usual, excellent. We had the dearer of the two "special" menus. The wine was nice too but expensive. The staff, again as usual, were exemplary in their service and attitude. I do object most strongly to the adding on of a 12.5% gratuity. I always leave a tip (unless the service doesn't deserve one) but this automatic presumption is outrageous. Normally I ask for it to be removed but last night we were in a rush at the end and I forgot to do so.

Asked for table upstairs which we got and was by window. Food served promptly and a lovely helpful server. Just a shame there is a 12.5% service charge here.

It was the first time we had been there and it was brilliant could not find a fault, service excellent food fabulous just added it to our top restaurants to visit

Good good, good service, comfortable seating, well- priced drinks, great location right here in central Bournemouth - what’s not to like on a grey and blustery night ?!

Pre theatre visit to Cote Brasserie. Booked on-line from my phone for 6.15pm. Arrived 6.12pm welcomed at the door have name and immediately shown to table in the window. Menus with explanation followed. Drinks offered. We chose the Prestidge Menu and only two course. Food arrived very qui only and free flow water. Left for the theatre at 7.10pm a very enjoyable evening. Thoroughly reccomended.

I've eaten at Cote many times and at a number of locations and the experience is always positive. Attentive staff, excellent food and great value. Last night we had the opportunity to sit outside on the balcony at Cote Bournemouth, just a quick two course meal with my rabbit Parmentier superb.

Fabulous service with good kir royals. We all had steak which was cooked very well. Would definitely return to this cote highly recommend, good high street eat.

Staff welcomed us and the menu was varied - I had steak and my husband had the rabbit pie - both very good. Desserts were creme caramel and peach crumble - again very pleasant. Service was good and a pleasing experience.

Went to Cote on Saturday evening with my Husband and two friends. The food was very good and the staff very friendly and attentive. Good evening all round!

Food was very good. Even with a table of six the service was excellent and food arrived at the same time and prepared with skill and attention to detail.

Visited this restaurant while staying on the south coat and as usual I wasn’t disappointed, great food at reasonable prices, staff are always friendly and polite making Cote Brasserie a firm favourite of mine wherever I may be.

Great experience. Bit of a miserable waiter. But hey ho. Good greeting, food etc. We asked the waiter while he looked so unhappy, he replied I never smile!!!!!

An all round excellent experience. Food was lovely as was the service. Staff were very friendly and professional without being intrusive. I will definitely return.

Lovely food, slight mess up on order which meant one of our party had to wait 10 minutes for their starter but apart from that our waitress was attentive.

Excellent food and very good value. Staff were welcoming and pleasant. I would recommend Bournemouth Cote to friends without reservation. The restaurant is nicely placed with parking nearby.

Yet again another lovely meal with unintrusive attentive service. Waiting staff amazingly knowledgeable on wines. This is our fifth time here and will be back soon

Four of us had the Prestige set menu at 6.30pm and we were very impressed by the choice. The food was delicious and we were waited on by a friendly young man from Lithuania who enriched our evening with his friendly manner.

Always love Cote - lovely setting, friendly and efficient service and great food. Good menu selection - we all had the plats rapides which were delicious. Will be back.

My starter course was terrible and our duck breast was overcooked. I also object to 121/2% being added to the bill for service which was not good.Will not be returning!

In spite of booking and the restaurant being half empty when we arrived we were seated in the back far corner of the restaurant by the swing serving doors. This restaurant has a lovely frontage and this was definitely the least attractive table there. I ordered musssels as a main and did not hink the portion size reflected this. My dining companion did not want me to say anything so I am reflecting my experience here. I have dined at Cote many times and am still satisfied with the quality and flavour of the food but this was not value for money.

Another lovely meal for three of us on a Friday night. Great food and attentive service. One of our party had never been to a Cote before, hard to believe! She loved the atmosphere and décor and was impressed with the food.

The meal was excellent from start to finish, both food and service were faultless, and it actually felt like a much more expensive restaurant than it is. Maybe just get some better quality glasses for wine and champagne.

Great food, good service, well priced. Feeling of a true french restaurant, and dishes with exclusive tastes. Location in heart of the town easy to find.

Our fifth or sixth visit to Cote Bournemouth. A great experience once again. Good Menu,Really friendly and welcoming staff. Excellently cooked and presented food lovely flavours and a happy atmosphere with unobtrusive music and lots of other happy appearing customers.

Always good service and the quality of food never disappoints. Very clean and a good location too. No matter which branch you visit the standard never varies and easily eclipses other restaurant chains.

We visited on Tuesday at 5.30pm. Two adults, one senior & one 8 year old. Service was friendly & efficient and food was excellent. This was our first visit to the Bournemouth Cote but have been to the Amersham Cote several times. Highly recommend both restaurants & love that service is included in the bill.

Enjoyed a lovely lunch at Cote Restaurant Bournemouth with friends down from London. The food was lovely & the staff very attentive and friendly & the whole ambiance of the restaurant was very nice. We are definitely planning to go back very soon.

Bournemouth Cote is one of the best of this chain I have visited. Probably a year on from opening, they have now established themselves with a good team at front of house and consistent quality cooking from the kitchen. Their new gin cocktail is delicious, as is their food.

Excellent service with a great variety of meals and a monthly specials menu. Good value for money and a very nice atmosphere in the restaurant.

Pleasant place for a weekday lunch. Not at all busy. Friendly and attentive service. Choice of menus, with regular “specials,” No problems with portion size or quality of food. All in all, very much recommended, would be happy to book again, at anytime.
