Very good service, pleasant environment with a nice atmosphere. One small complaint, the fries didn't arrive with our meals and the delay was rather unacceptable.

If there was a minus scale it would have been used. I do not expect to pay 12.5% for “service” which consisted of sitting at a table for 15-20 minutes before any acknowledgement or member of staff approaching the table. The explanation for the delay was they were very busy. Surely proper management would staff accordingly so therefore should not be an excuse. We were made aware, when first seated at our table, of several items which were no longer on the menu, and substitutes were offered, therefore requesting our understanding of the situation. However when WE asked for a simple substitution of fries instead of mashed potatoes, the waiter scratched his head and said no, it was not possible. I find this totally unacceptable. We have been to this restaurant many times without any issue and have always pleased to be there. However this was a special occasion and it did not deliver and we therefore chose to leave without ordering and were accommodated in one of the many other excellent restaurants in the town.

Great location, very convenient and a short walk from the BIC. Appealing and comtempory styling with more than a hint of French flair. Food was superb and served by an attentive and friendly team. Well worth a visit.

We mainly booked for the gluten free menu as There was alot of options for our daughter. We are so glad we did. The food was incredible really tasty and nice size portions. Our server was really attentive, polite and friendly. It was worth every penny and for just a random choice based on their gf menu we were so pleased and wouldnt hesitate to recommend and eat here again

We had a lovely breakfast with friends. We received beautiful service from our very friendly waitress. All the breakfasts were delicious. My friend was disappointed as her mushroom had been forgotten but after a word with a passing waiter she was brought an enormous field mushroom the size of a side plate. She was very happy! Overall a very positive dining experience!

Very enjoyable evening and very attentive Waitrose. Made daughters graduation dinner a special occasion.

Overall a good experience, friendly and efficient service. Lovely restaurant with superb decor. We always enjoy the general atmosphere at this particular Cote. The goats cheese starter was fab but the main course (chicken) was a little dry around the edges. I thought it would be better, however the sauce and veg were delicious. Finished with a coffee...which was perfect.

Excellent evening, good ambience, friendly and helpful staff but the coffee was tepid.

Once again we enjoyed an excellent piping hot tasty meal. The three of us opted for the set two course early evening meal before we went to the theatre. Our meals were excellent and filling. As always service and ambience spot on. I have recommended Cote Brasserie to so many people and will continue to do so.

Food and services great as usual. However, £7.10 for a glass of house rose is extortionate for bournemouth! And yes, we did pay the service charge of nearly £5 on our bill.

We have been a few times and both food and service are great. They have lots of options for vegetarians and gluten free. I would recommend it and will return.
