Côte Bournemouth

For a lunchtime with our granddaughter before she went to work, it was the ideal place. The food was excellent and also the service. Overall, a very pleasant lunchtime experience. We would book the restaurant again.

Superb food and excellent service in very convivial surroundings. Good value.

Perfect dinner. The cassoulet was DELICIOUS. As it is Christmas I would have liked to see some festive decorations in the upstairs room.

Had moules mariniere and king prawn for starter which was excellent. Steak frites unfortunately too much gristle in steak. House red was excellent.

We had a very enjoyable meal at Côte. The food was really good, the service was excellent we chose the house red wine that was not only an excellent price it was also very drinkable. We had the early bird menu, it had a good choice of food and was very reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to recommend this restaurant and will certainly be returning on our next visit to Bournemouth

Set menus are good value and food was tasty. Service very good but the 12.5% service charge is a bit steep.

Compared to London branches noticeably poorer customer service, food not as tasty, sloppy attitude... disappointed, though notmally love Cote...

A very pleasant restaurant with excellent menu and friendly service. However, slightly spoilt by having a table near where the staff store the crockery and prepare coffees, very noisy at times, otherwise a lovely experience.

Early dinner at Westover Road branch.....table for 2 near the door abit cold. Staff friendly, busy time Friday night so service not most attentive. Ate from Prestige menu, warm beetroot salad fine, tenderloin of pork was excellent with separate dish of gratin potatoes ... dessert apple crumble (with ice cream).. served warm Friend had pate and salmon. Good value overall

Food was overall quite disappointing. My grandmother had beef bourgeon and it was dry, no sauce and the mash looked like it had been under the heat lamp for a long time. I had your special fillers of beef with spinach and infused with truffle. Well I couldn’t taste any truffle and the steak wasn’t as rare as it should be. My guest had mushroom ravioli and it just didn’t meet your standards as usually expected. My mother had fish gourjons which actually was the nicest bit of the meal. Overall not what I have come to expect from yourselves

Fabulous as always, and not the usual "rubbish Christmas menu" selection that you can get in some places. We were very well looked after and the food was excellent. This is our "go to" place in Bournemouth for a group meal (7 of us went). Food arrived on time and everyone loved it :-)

Have been several times before with my husband so thought it would be a good choice for 8 of us but was very disappointed. One diner is gluten free/vegan and choice very poor. Couldn't understand why it was not possible to add some garlic to the gluten free bread on offer. We were considering leaving but decided we were unlikely to get a table anywhere else.

Butternut squash ravioli was absolutely delicious and the service impeccable

The staff always greet you with a smile and if available will seat you at a nice table. The service is quick and efficient. The food always consistent. Value for money. We like it there.

We really enjoyed our breakfast at Cote Brasserie. My only criticism which is really small, maybe the table could be a bit bigger if there is 4 people at them, I felt a bit crushed 😉

We use Cote regularly in different towns and cities, and always find the food and service excellent. We find for a day-to-day restaurant, they are the best. We marked the waiting time lower than normal, but because you were extremely busy, that was expected. A Very Merry Christmas to all the staff.

I visited the Bournemouth branch this morning for breakfast with my parents and my daughter, the service was excellent, very nice environment and not overly busy. The food was nice however we all had poached eggs that came ‘hard boiled’ which we had to send back & wait for softer eggs to be served. This wasn’t an issue for the waiter and the manager apologised. When I asked for the bill I paid with a voucher which was worth more than the meal, I didn’t expect cash as change however I did expect to have the remaining balance transferred on to another gift voucher/card. This seemed very complicated for the manager and I was told I wouldn’t receive anything if I paid using the voucher and that I had to spend it all at once. This seemed totally rediclous seeing as the voucher had been purchased using cash originally. I paid on card and I will use the voucher another time.

Lovely meal as usual. Service excellent and very quick, which was good (this time) as we were on our way to a show.
