Côte Bluewater

Had fish parmintier and unfortunately the sauce was watery. We sent it back and had the burger instead. We were told the ingredients had changed with the fish, more leeks and water added. The previous fish parmintier was much better quality and the potatoe covered the whole dish not the new lattice lines of potato. The burger taste was strong, again told the ingredients changed to sirloin and ribeye cuts of meat, no more brioche bun but a white roll. The cheese is made with raw cows milk and as pregnant I didnt have any but the manager did inform me it would be served without the cheese because of this. Cote have changed the a la carte ingredients to suit current times and unfortunately the quality that we have had from cote has disappeared and we wouldn't be fussed on returning. Maybe when the set menu is back we might try again but if it wasnt for eat to help out we wouldn't have been pleased paying full price for the meal. The service from the manager and staff was excellent as always just let down by the quality and changes of the food.

It's the 1st time in 7 months we have ventured out, and the staff at Cote Bluewater were fantastic. They are really taking care of their customers and cleaning thoroughly between sittings. We will be back!!

Great to be back for lunch at Cote Bluewater. Normality resumed. Same staff, same food, same great lunchtime experience, life’s always good at Cote.

My Husband and I love our visits to this Cote, in fact we travel to this one in spite of having one in our home town. Today I treated my Mom-in-law and her friend to lunch and they were treated attentively and with grace. The food was, as usual exemplary and the service flawless. Thank You

Excellent, 3rd time we have been to Cote since lockdown eased, each time we feel more confident and are so pleased to have been out. we are both classed as vulnerable but the staff are amazing so conscientious to us and each other, food great, excellent value. COVID 19 Guidelines are in full swing. Have booked again and will continue to support this business,. It is one of the few places we will visit and not feel unsafe and worried. Thank you to you all

Good family meal out a little overpriced but service was on point. Linguini off kid’s menu was tasteless only negative.

Service was very good , our waitress smiled, friendly and attentive to our needs. As a vegetarian I would have liked a better selection with an indication on the menu what was definitely vegetarian. Maybe the calorie content as a lot of people are now getting health conscious and/or an indication what choices are good for heart health.

Very polite and friendly servers. Well organised. Beautiful tasting food, had run out of ice cream so that was disappointing and crepes.. But realky enjoyed everything that came as in starter and main.

Meal and service were excellent . Particularly enjoyed fact that we weren't rushed to finish. Obviously enhanced by current 50% reduction , but to be honest have always regarded Cote as excellent value for money and good quality .

Very nice meal, staff all very friendly and helpful. Menu could do with better vegetarian options. One of the only 2 mains is goats cheese which is one of the few veggie starters. So I had to choose the risotto as I had the goats cheese starter. They both tasted nice, but it’s not like vegetarians are rare these days, so I think you could manage to add at least one more variation.

This was a girls lunch, first one since lockdown and we all enjoyed it very much. The overall care taken due to this pandemic was very good and the service was excellent. We all had a great time.

Felt very safe eating there, all staff were wearing PPE, food was delicious and served really promptly even though the restaurant was incredibly busy. Our waiter was brilliant, polite, friendly and efficient.

Great food and lovely staff as always on this Eat out scheme but the staff were so rushed off their feet that the toilets were smelly and the worst state I have seen them in for many years.

Good safety measures in place with a one way system. All staff in visors and tables were socially distanced. Good food and service! 👍🏻

Had a lovely meal here today, food was lovely as usual, staff really attentive. Restaurant is laid out very well since reopening and we felt very safe. We had been putting off eating out since the lockdown but this was a perfect place to restart eating out. Well done to you all for a great job exceptionally well done.

I was very impressed with the overall experience in Cote Brassiere. The first restaurant I’ve seen to go the extra mile with the current circumstances. Tables were well spaced apart, one way system was efficient, all staff wearing PPE, I was so comfortable and really enjoyed the meal and experience. I’ve felt uncomfortable in other restaurants since opening after lockdown as they hadn’t made an effort to be socially distant. But Cote Brassiere have really impressed me, I will be coming back soon! Also - the food was as fabulous as usual!!
