Côte Bluewater

It was fabulous. The staff were very well trained in all the new regulations but made it all feel natural so that we had a lovely relaxed meal. The food of course was excellent as usual. We had Cote at Home during lockdown but the whole restauarant experience was what we missed. Well done to all the staff.

I enjoyed the meal and the staff were attentive towards my allergy requirements.

Another great meal at Cote Bluewater with the bonus of the Eat out to help out scheme. We treated ourselves to the fillet steak which was beautifully tender and delicious. Can’t wait to visit again!

Lovely evening. Excellent service from staff. Food was perfect. Highly recommend the pork belly and chocolate and caramelised banana crepe. Covid measures in place made us feel safe.

Disappointing overall! This is not my usual Cote Brassiere. I booked my table for lunch at 12noon but when I requested the lunch menu I was told that this was not available until 2pm. Had I known this in advance I would have gone elsewhere. I asked for the manager and complained that I had booked for lunch, not brunch. She kindly arranged for me to have the specific main dish I wanted from the lunch menu - lobster. I felt I had to forgo a starter as I was never offered the actual lunch menu itself. The meal itself was lovely, however the service was embarrassing! I was asked if my meal was ok, whilst de-shelling the lobster - I would have thought it was obvious as I hadn’t touched my knife and fork. Once the waitress left, I realised I hadn’t been supplied with additional serviettes. Numerous attempts to catch the waiting staff and management to acquire these failed. I’ve never known for a shelled lobster to be consumed without requiring numerous serviettes and the staff should have been fully aware of this. Even more so as they had arranged for the lobster to be cooked especially for me. The management apologised, I was offered dessert but declined as I couldn’t wait to leave given the shambles I’d experienced. Also I was under the impression that the same waiting staff must serve the same table for the entire sitting due to the covid crisis. I was served by 3 completely waiters during my hour sitting, plus a manager. It strikes me that Bluewater Cote Brassiere may not be adhering to the Government guidelines during these troubled times.

OK, nothing to get over excited about, food could have been hotter.....Average.

We had pre-booked a table at your blue water restaurant but still had to queue up with people who hadn’t booked, it didn’t make sense. Apart from that our waiter was very good, and the food was lovely

Iv always loved coming to cote in bluewater I’m always satisfied with the food and the service from the staff at bluewater are amazing. They have once forgotten our order and was very apologetic and our drinks was free of charge because of this , this wouldn’t put me off to return we was back a week later for more !

We enjoyed our meal and service on our visit. Everyone was extremely polite and attended to our needs promptly. We especially loved that the staff spoke to our 5 year old and talked about her toys with her.

As expected, everything was very well organised with hand sanitisers, distancing and a one way system at the Bluewater restaurant.

The food was awesome as always and all the staff were polite friendly and attentive. Given the current situation with Covid 19 everything was explained to us before we were seated in the restaurant and we were very comfortable with the measures in place.

Very enjoyable dining experience. Every single staff member we dealt with directly was extremely polite and when leaving, even those behind the bar etc made sure they said goodbye. Food was lovely & so too was our celebratory champers! Highly recommended. Only left early due to rescue our babysitter!

We celebrated our 29th anniversary and the guys made it a special event. Pre-booked table meant hardly any waiting, a great menu to choose from for all types of tastes and the waiters couldn’t have been any more helpful plus amazing food and service. Probably the best restaurant in Bluewater, that’s not just from us but other people were saying the same thing. Keep up the great work ladies and gents and see you all again soon.
