Côte Bluewater

Very nice good I had fish pie the staff helpful and friendly and they gave us a complimentary drink for my husband's birthday I would visit again

We really love Cote especially the steak frite and the atmosphere is very casual which also appeals to us. We just wish there was a Cote nearer to Rochester even better on the dockside at Chatham!

I felt that there was plenty of choice on the menu and it was very tasty food in pleasant surroundings and with attentive staff. An enjoyable experience.

We received very good service and enjoyed an excellent meal. I have recommended Cote Brasserie to friends and they will be dining with you in the near future.

Been there many times and had a nice evening, nice surrounding and menu varied , had a slight problem with desert as was cold but brought to attention and was offered a replacement or taken off bill .overall niceevening

This was my first time at this Côte and it was excellent. It’s a pity there is not a Côte in Southend on Sea.

Excellent breakfast at Cote blue water. Great way to start s days shopping. Quality food and nice creamy scrambled eggs. Unfortunately no marmalade available but the jams were good

Good food Friendly and attentive service Menu quite static and limited with some seasonal specials but fine if you know what to expect and like this type of cuisine, we do so keep going back. Always busy so advisable to book.

Lovely tastey food. My favourite is the duck. My husband's favourite is mussels. Pleasant atmosphere. Good value. Friendly staff. Will definately recommend to family and friends. Will definately return.

Friendly service. Two meals were excellent. two friends were not able to finish theirs. We were asked if we enjoyed our meals and told the waiter why the two meals were not finished. Our concerns were met with a smile and 'oh, I'm really sorry about that' and nothing more Why do they ask if they're not going to do anything constructive with the feedback? Disappointing.

Really enjoyed a fab breakfast here on Sunday. The staff were attentive and friendly. The food was amazing, three of us all had something different and all of it was amazing. Will definitely be returning. :)

Pleasant ambiant surroundings good service The only comment I can make is the server kept reminding us it was complementary water .Slightly taken aback by this as it was tap water and obligatory when the premises is selling alcohol

Amazing service, amazing food! We were seated straight away and didn’t have to wait, we got a free bottle of wine worth up to £30 as I had an email offer because I hadn’t been in a while and the wine was amazing. Really easy to book too! Thoroughly enjoyed it.

Brilliant attentive service and perfectly cooked food. The artichoke special side dish was gorgeous. We are never disappointed when we eat at this restaurant and will continue to support it.

We visited Cote Brasserie at Bluewater to celebrate my father-in-laws 80th birthday. The service and food were exemplary. Our thanks to Guissepe for making our evening special.

Food and service was fabulous. The only thing letting it all down is the awful bathrooms. An update to those and I would’ve given a 6 without a doubt.

Very easy to Book on line. Very busy, but well staffed. Taken straight to our table. All staff very nice. Starters and Dinner excellent. Very nice ambience in the restaurant. Will definitely be returning.

We had another excellent meal. Service was first class, the staff being very helpful. As a wheelchair user the staff ensue I have the requested round table with easy access to the facilities. The disabled toilet is clean and well appointed.

Had a lovely meal. Good quality and very tasty. Friendly staff attentive but not OTT. We sat at our table from 5.30 to 10pm. We were not asked to hurry up and vacate despite the queue outside and that was much appreciated

We have been coming to Cote last the Thursday of every month for many years and as always we have super food and super service

Ordered starter, after 30 mins of not receiving it we chased. It arrived 5 or 10 mins later with main course. Main course had obviously been waiting to be served for some time as med rare stake was incredibly dry. My wife left half of it. Whole service juts too slow. What a shame, we've visited Bluewater for last four consecutive Wednesday evenings. The front of house Manager salvaged the situation by talking to us face to face, sincerely apologising and waiving the cost. We had no alcoholic drinks or dessert

Overall the Cote Brasserie is one of the best restaurants that we have used in terms of the food and the absence of deafening music. However, on a couple of occasions recently the promised free bottle of wine has turned up on the bill. The error has been corrected immediately without argument, and this mistake is the only reason for our rating of 5 rather than 6.

We have been here for breakfast, which we have always enjoyed but never for dinner. We had an excellent evening with friends. Good choice of menu, food was excellent, lovely staff. Will definitely book again.

Booked our table via the internet and benefitted from a bottle of wine. My main course was pan roasted haddock which was very nice but a little too bland for my palate. Not the restaurant’s fault, just my own poor choice. My wife had chosen cod goujons, which she thoroughly enjoyed but did comment that she thought the portion size had reduced somewhat. My dessert was a praline crepe while my wife went for the creme brulee. A very satisfying meal all things considered and we shall, of course, be visiting again soon.

Excellent breakfast and excellent offer. A very, very enjoyable start to the day! I would recommend Cote to everyone. A very good selection on offer.

Food perfectly mediocre. Roast chicken with floppy skin, grey french beans ( cunningly hidden under the chicken). Steaks again perfectly ordinary. Waitress shirt and apron dirty. Service ok. Certainly wouldn’t be spending £80 there again ! (And we only had mineral water to drink)

Lovely server. Prompt and efficient. Recommended wines to accompany meal. Meal lovely. A very good visit (apart from the evacuation)! Will be returning (as I always do) shortly!

A really great restaurant with wonderful staff. They all made the meal for my daughters birthday a lovely occasion. Its the best at Bluewater, and the one we always go to.

We went in for breakfast as we often do. 10am Wednesday morning it wasn't very busy so we had a choice of tables. I had the French breakfast and "her indoors" had the Full English. We both have the formula breakfast which includes a large glass of juice and a coffee or tea. The food was served up quickly on hot plates and was delicious. Excellent service as always and although they've crept the price up to £10.50 each it's still good value for the quality and quantity. We'll be back soon.

Staff very helpful ,food lovely ,presentation very nice .these restaurants are such good value for money,we have used a few now in different areas never had a bad meal or unhelpful staff .long may it continue.

The crab starter was really delicious and the Fish Parmentier and Tuna Nicoise was also very tasty. The service was also excellent with very helpful and friendly staff. Great place to eat after a day's shopping at Bluewater or going to the cinema there.

Very disappointing experience, both with food and new staff. Have used this restaurant for a few years and taken many friends there but will not be going back there for a while. Four of us went for lunch and ordered our food. One of the starters had Roquefort dressing on it and I asked for a French dressing instead as I do not like the taste of Roquefort. Unfortunately there were pieces of cheese in the salad! The staff apologised! Two of us had the mushroom risotto which was very salty, glutinous and overcooked -it certainly didn't look appetising. My husband couldn't eat his, so had a replacement meal. The restaurant removed the cost of two main meals from the bill and deducted 20% off the total cost, so they obviously tried to make amends, but all in all, a disappointing experience.

Service very good as usual, menu wide and varied, food very enjoyable, atmosphere good. A restaurant that I feel comfortable in even when I dine on my own. Staff always make me feel at home.

The service was slow. 35 mins wait for the food order to be taken. Did not justify 12.5 per cent service charge. Not good today.
