Côte Bluewater

Very friendly service. We had ribeye steak which was cooked to perfection. Added glazed carrots which we loved. Great atmosphere. Looking forward to our next visit.

Had the 2 course lunch menu. The Cote burger was lovely and perfectly done. Portion was good for lunch. Highly recommended. Service was quick and waitress was very helpful. Will definitely go there again.

Great atmosphere, lovely food, and excellent service made for a really enjoyable night out. We also had a great table that made conversation easy and people watching good too!

Excellent value and quality for their set menu. Great variety of choice. Changes monthly. Mussels for starters and sea bream with flagellot beans for main course!!

An excellent and well presented meal. The service was very good despite the restaurant being very busy. Good value for money. Wine list also good and wine was served at appropriate temperature. A very pleasant experience.

We had a training waitress and a few errors were made and her mentor was too busy to oversee her we feel that the level of service was disappointing and not up to our previous visits and the food was average my chicken was on the menu with dauphinoise potatoes but came with pomme puree. Dessert took ages to arrive and the pain perdu was a poor version of British classic.

Relaxing atmosphere. Friendly welcoming staff. Food that has yet to be faulted. This is the one of the very few restaurants that my husband feels comfortable in. We appreciate the drinks we are always offered on special occasions. including birthdays and our 65th Wedding Anniversary this year. See you Christmas Eve!

Your pleasent experience, the breakfast was good and the mimosas were excellent. The staff were very helpful and I would certainly recommend having breakfast here!

A very nice pre Christmas lunch with friends. Food excellent as always and arrived in good time and together despite two of the party ordering five minutes later due to being late.

Happy, friendly and efficient staff! The food was good, but still serving the chicken salad in a deep bowl, rather than a shallow one. It makes it very difficult to eat the salad without finishing the chicken first.

We had a very pleasant, early evening dinner on Saturday night. The food and drink were very nice, although the sourdough bread as a starter was very crusty, I feared for my teeth at one stage. However, the main course more than made up for it with a wonderful Cote de Beouf. Service was not world beating but was okay; some might not like the 12.5% automatic gratuity.We would definitely dine there again though.

Wonderful lunch..... Again. Food was delicious. There were 4 of us and we had the three course, eggs benedict, langoustines, shredded chicken,avocado and egg salad, followed by apple crumble As always great food and service excellent. Love lunching at Cotes

Excellent evening. The staff were very professional, friendly and attentive. The food was lovelly and the atmosphere meant we had a memorable evening cellebrating my daughters second Wedding Anniversary. We will certainly be back again very soon. A really fantastic venue.

Very good service and delicious food. Expensive, but you pay for what you get. It can get very busy at evenings and weekends, so best to book.

Food was excellent as always but they seemed short staffed. Despite arriving for a booked table there was a queue of about ten people in front of us and only one server to greet and show people to tables. There were other staff around (two walked past us saying won’t keep you long) cynically I wondered if this was to try not to seat customers until after the 7pm special price menu deadline! I love Côte and the Bluewater one has a good atmosphere just an unfortunate delay in getting to table on this occasion

Very prompt service and attention. Good timings for our meal and the waitress was very efficient and friendly. Would thoroughly recommend as the food was excellent.

We eat here on a regular basis meeting up with family. However the service today was not as good. We had to remind the waitress about olives we had ordered, then we had to ask for water(which is normally always brought without having to ask) . The food was very good, just a shame the service was not up to the expected level.

Warm welcome and attentive throughout. Food was great, served with good time between each course. The bill was incorrect but as soon as I highlight the error it was corrected immediately.

Food was good. Don’t like been pressure from waitress about my food before I even tasted. Starter, main was good but I found a hair in my pudding. Not good.

Food was nice the waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable and friendly wanted to char and talk. Cassoulet was a little mushy and over cooked but was all good really

Lovely food as always with great choice to suit everyone's taste and appetite. Only down side we ordered a decaf coffee but were given a cafetière coffe instead, when we asked for it to be changed it wasn't a problem but it never arrived. They knocked it off the bill and didn't charge us for any of the other teas/ coffees.

Ambience and food what you’d expect from Côte but front of house representative with blonde hair is a credit to your restaurant, she had a few words with every single guest even though the restaurant was full.

Have been to Cote Bluewater many times, service good, atmosphere good, our meals as always great except that my wife's beef bourgeon was very salty also bacon very overcooked and dry, a dish that she has had many times and one of her favourites. We did mention this to waiter who promptly went to kitchen and very pleased to say that this meal was deducted from the bill. Well done Cote. We shall return. Thank you.

Classic French bistro food - I had the langoustine starter and the burger (maybe not quite so classic French!). Also amazing value at £13 for 3 courses.

Good food . Good staff .Very nice inside .Price very fair so overall one off my favourite restaurants , looking forward to my next visit which will be very soon .

Excellent service and delicious food. A member of our party was absent from the table when the food arrived, so our waitress kept her plate warm until they returned. We also had two babies in prams and the table was perfect for us.

Always a Great Service at Cote Brasserie in Bluewater, excellent food on a great menu. Worth a visit if you are visiting or shopping at Bluewater.

Welcoming atmosphere, helpful and friendly staff, delicious food! Will definitely return. Just one criticism - please improve the toilets which are dingy, rather smelly and in need of a total revamp.

once again good food excellent service . We were not rushed and enjoyed a leisurely meal. I left my phone on the table and the staff contacted me at home and kept the phone safe till I collected it fantastic

As usual we had a great time at Cotes. Disappointed with rib-eye steak which was rather fatty, but maybe that is how it usually is, so might have been the wrong choice for someone who usually has fillet!! Everything else great and staff excellent and very accommodating.

Friendly staff, lovely food. Getting service for orders and then bill took a while, the woman serving is just disappeared and no one else was interested.

The food was very tasty and the service was good. I was in a draft from the air conditioning and when I told the waiter the turned it down, so happy with that.

Family breakfast at Cote Bluewater. As always the service was prompt and friendly and the food was very good. Nothing was too much trouble and we enjoyed a happy couple of hours.

Excellent food and good service, even though the restaurant was packed. Beef was served on a wooden board, looks nice but doesn't keep it hot for long enough.

Starters and Mains were OK, but when my husband wanted the puff pastry apple tart and requested whether he could have custard with this instead of ice cream as on the menu, the waitress said they could not do that because the kitchen was busy. This attitude was very disappointing. Other than this a nice evening, service rather slow.

We eat at the Cotes Restaurant at Bluewater Shopping Complex in Kent on a regular basis.................and as on previous visits it was good food and good service.

Delicious food as always. Impeccable sevice as always. But the toilets were a DISGRACE. Do not expect that from a reputable like cotes. Let down the whole experience especially as we had taken taken friends with us on their first visit.

Lovely restaurant and fabulous helpful staff, had a lovely meal with friends celebrating birthdays. Very easy location and convenient for shopping, Bluewater is an excellent venue and the benefits of Cotes and fine dining is an added luxury.

The food, menu choice, friendliness and ambiance were all excellent as we have come to expect. As a consequence, we will visit again next month. Thank you Cote Brasserie.

Excellent service and an amazing Cote de Boeuf!! Never fails to disappoint and the collaboration with Majestic meant I was supporting 2 of my favourite companies.

Great evening had, great food - lots of choice, good atmosphere, friendly staff, great decor, easy booked on line system, with great promotion of a free bottle of wine, would reccommend.
