Nice food and steak was done Well! Would go again and have the fish next time! The starter was so nice and this app is taking the piss it ain’t got to be this lomg

A bit disappointing for a Valentines Day special. The food was nice enough, normal by Cote standards, but not special for the occasion. There was nothing in the restaurant to recognise the day, no hearts, no flowers, nothing. It felt like a normal busy day visit. Also found the service slow to get going, long wait for the first drink , they were short on serving staff for the number of customers. Come on Cote, you can do better!

Good service and great food will go there again soon.had a lovely atmosphere and the waitress was very helpful.Also had a great choice of wine.

Clean venue with friendly staff. Many good choices of food which are of good value. Suitable meeting place for family or friends to spend a couple of hours.

The food and service were excellent. The specials menu was good value for money and everybody enjoyed their meals - we will not hesitate to come back soon.

the food was delicious and cooked to perfection. Staff were friendly and did their best to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. They even allowed a slight change to the starter on the valentine menu which I was appreciative of.

The restaurant was full to the brim being Valentines. We were a group of 4 out for a birthday meal. We had the Valentine menu which was delicious , beautifullly presented with dessert including a birthday song! we love Cote and you would never believe it was in the middle of a shopping centre

Food was lovely we did have to wait 10 mins before someone took our order for drinks and food and our starter came before our drinks did. Two things we wasn't happy about was the mussels my husband had more shells than food but when mentioned to a member of staff he did get another bowl. Second one is when given spoons for our dessert one was dirty and not a little mark but covered in dry food, again this was dealt with and apology was given. It was Valentine's night so they were busy but starters before drinks and dirty spoon shouldn't happen, but food amazing. Would I go again yes but not for a while and not in an evening as I like to a drink while waiting for food.

Excellent food & wine as always just let down on this occasion by a waitress rushing past knocking my arm and causing the glass of red to spill over me! Not even an apology or offer of replacement wine just a glare like it was my fault I was sitting there!!! Very disappointing as normally very good service!!!

Was a set valentines menu - ran out of starters so had to pick off a la Carte menu. My steak was burnt, tried to get the waitresses attention but she was too busy talking to another customer - in the end I just ate what I could as I was starving. Poor service, lack of attention from waitress.

Beautiful 3 course menu for £13.50. Can't beat it for value for money. The food was amazing and the service was efficient and friendly. Thoroughly recommend.

Greeted by friendly staff, the restaurant was very clean, it was very busy being Valentine’s Day but the staff were very attentive and provided a prompt service, and beautiful food

Lovely service, lovely food. We had lunchtime menu starter and main. It was all very tasty. Glass of rose good. And price reasonable for the ambience and enjoyable food.

Food and service excellent but music spoilt the overall experience. Loud drumming music just causes diners to speak more and more loudly therefore not a relaxed atmosphere.

We are regular visitors and run out of new things to say, but Cote is certainly our favourite eating destination while visiting Bluewater. This was another successful visit.

Lovely visit for a birthday lunch for my dad. We had a really nice surprise when the serving staff bought out a dessert with a candle to sing happy birthday. Lovey surprise.

Very helpful and accommodating staff - we were a group of 8 with 8 buggies and babies and we weren’t made to feel like a problem they found us a nice big table with lots of space - good food too.

Excellent food and superb service. Consistently good. I would recommend Cote if you are looking for good food at a reasonable price. Lovely atmosphere too.

In blue water the staff are always very helpful and make you fill more than welcome the food is fantastic and allways very clean but Nicky is the star of then all thank you for makeing our visit very special Mr & Mrs Cottis

Very good restaurant. However, can work out expensive as the wine is pricey and there is 12 per cent added on the bill for service.

Lovely staff as well as great service and food. The atmosphere was lovely and the servers were helpful and friendly and we never felt rushed.

Very pleased with the food - it was delicious and hot. The service was excellent...the only point I would make is that an extra knife could be provided for the toast , as you would not want to use the same knife as eating the full English.

We enjoy going to Cote Brassiere Bluewater the food is always good, and the staff are excellent. We like to go regularly the menu changes frequently, prices are very good.

Service was great (polite, friendly and helpful, food great - steak was amazing. Fun, ambient atmosphere. Would def go to Cote Brasserie again. Highly recommend.

The food was wonderful, particularly the confit of duck and the roasted winter vegetables in butter and thyme. Service was good but not too brisk - altogether a lovely meal.

Food was amazing however the overall experience was tarnished by the automatic adding of a £15 "optional" service charge which we did not want to pay due to waiting nearly an hour to be asked for our mains. This made the bill paying process awkward and uncomfortable.

Good friendly service. Food all well cooked and very tasty. Very efficient, nice atmosphere. The only minus could be the toilets need a bit of an update.

Although it was busy at lunch time the waiter was quite happy to take time to help with our queries and we were able to adjust our orders to suit our taste. Enjoyed our meals which were hot and well presented.

Very good food, Good wine.Staff were attentive but not to much. We were seen as soon as we arrived and shown straight to our table.

Greeted with a smile and promptly escorted to our favourite spot in the restaurant . The staff here are excellent and the food is superb!

We have not eaten at Cote before and we were really impressed with the whole experience from the ambiance to the service and especially the food. We will be visiting again... this us our new ‘go to’ restaurant

Enjoyed food but it’s always a long wait for your bill to arrive and then pay. Ordered olives they didn’t arrive but thankfully we were not charged for them.

We had a lovely table, good choice of food, cooked to perfection and a very good waiter, will be attending cote again soon, good value for the money thank you

Always excellent service and delicious variety on the menu. I am not very adventurous with new dishes but whatever new dishes I do choose at Cote Braserie they are always scrumptious. It is always my first choice of venue for speccial occasions and would recommend it to anyone. Well done everhone and compliments to the chef!

The staff at Bluewater were very friendly and welcoming and the service was excellent. Our party of 8 all enjoyed their food and my goats cheese and mushroom crepe was superb

Monday 23rd Jan 2013, good choice of courses. Restaurant accommodated my very strict diet due to medical reasons. The free bottle of white wine great!

We were very disappointed as many dishes we wanted weren't available today (29/01/2018). The free bottle of red wine was very dry and not to our taste.

Cote Brasserie Bluewater is always great. Service,food and ambience. Been so many times so would be nice to get loyalty card. We dine often at another restaurant too where little treats are given for our loyalty to them

Despite paying the £7.95 service charge included in our bill, our change was not brought to us. Change should always be given when paying in cash not assumed it is an additional tip. Won’t pay by cash again.

Lovely starters wife had the lamb rump with veg and I had the fillet steak probably the worst FILLET steak i had and I had warm fryer from McDonalds we both had nice desserts the waitress did give me a discount for steak but I would have preferred meat I did not have to remove from my mouth.this one meal probably means I will not return.

Had a fabulous time at cote today. Waitress Jowita provided an excellent service. Food was delicious and served promptly. We will definitely return. Highly Recommended

Food and service both excellent. The waiters are always so accommodating. Could not fault our meal or the venue and look forward to our next visit.
