Our experience was good however we asked for mussels for starters and was informed a few minutes later that there were no mussels. This was not an issue until the table next to us had a meal delivered some 15 minutes later which included mussels. We did not bring this up at the time as we did not want to ruin our meal. It’s a shame this happened.

Quite disappointing from a Cote chain restaurant. The food was lovely but they didn’t have most of our first choices on the menu but only told us this after we tried to order rather than before we ordered that they were low on stuff. Don’t think I will be in a rush to head back to the bluewater restaurant again

We really enjoyed our Sunday lunch. The service was great, the food was great and the prices really reasonable. We have eaten at this restaurant before and it is always our first choice at Bluewater.

Lovely bank holiday brunch. Looked after our three kids and us very well. Boys loved sausage baguettes and scrambled eggs. Nice coffee and juices. Great service. Definitely a stop before shopping at blue water on a Sunday.

As usual we had a lovely meal today. Everyone in our party commented on the efficiency and friendliness of the staff. My only issue was the cold air down my back from the air conditioning.

There was nothing really wrong with the breakfast, we have eaten here a few times before and enjoy it. My issue is with the discretionary service charge. We noticed this on the bill and was discussing it when the waitress came over with the PDQ and asked if we was happy, before I got a chance to say anything my card was swipped. The discretionary service charge was included in what she had swipped from my card so just beware that this is more a compulsory service charge than a discretionary charge. By no means would we not have paid the charge it would have just been nice to have the choice.

As always excellent service and value for money. I would thoroughly recommend the formulae breakfast as it gives a good choice of cooked breakfasts and accompanying drinks. Love the French breakfast with boudin noir and field mushroom.

The service was very slow and the food was not to the usual standard of this restaurant. I found the menu was not as varied as it used to be and feel they have dropped their standards

Very good experience. Daughter had full breakfast from the gluten free menu and had no issues so a big thumbs up. Good service. Food served very quickly after ordering but we were not rushed at all.

My husband and brother in law usually have fillet when they have steak but thought they would go for a cheaper meal and selected rib eye steak. Unfortunately it was a bit chewy compared to the fillet they usually enjoy at Cote's. However this was probably down to their choice and the rest of the food was as delicious as ever. The service and staff were excellent.

Leisurely, high quality breakfast in very comfortable surrounding before a full day's shopping. We couldn't have wished for a more relaxed start to the day with very attentive staff on hand to cater for our every need. Food excellent as always.

Visited on a very busy Saturday night so had pre booked. Table ready on time, drinks and bread/ olives served whilst ready menus which was great, service throughout was attentive which given how busy they were was amazing, food quality as usual in Cote, excellent. An enjoyable evening

The food was lovely, no complaints there. The minor issues were with the service. The first waiter we had didn’t know how to place cutlery on a table (wrong side, wrong order) and the second waiter was walking round with his boxer shorts on show. I know it’s not a ‘fancy’ restaurant but I expected a little better than I’d get at a harvester to be honest. As I say, I really can’t complain about the food, every course was amazing. Full of flavour, really well cooked and delivered hot.

Food was delicious, a cookie jar girl was amazing and really funny (our little daughter absolutely loved her), atmosphere really nice. The only thing - when we arrived there was a queue and I asked 2 servers if we need to queue when we have a table booked and neither of them knew. My husband went to ask the hostess and she brought us straight to our table. And our waiter had a hole in his shirt. But was very pleasant and helpful. We will definitely return.

Five of us went for breakfast at Cotes Bluewater....... although my husband and I eat there on a regular basis in the evening; it was a first time for breakfast. We were amazed as to how popular the restaurant was in the morning. Like our normal visits in the evening, the food we chose for breakfast was really tasty went down well. Cotes at Bluewater, appeared to have a lot more customers than the other restaurants in the same location of the complex. 6/6 rating

The food was extremely good... whitebait cooked properly , fish cakes more fish than potato and creamed spinach side dish superb. We had the set menu which was very good value and the young man who was our waiter was delightful. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name. All in all a great first visit to Cote and we will certainly be back.

Excellent food and service. Set lunch at 2 courses for £11.50 represents very good value. The sea beam was cooked to perfection and the apple crumble with ice cream was delicious.

food and staff were as you expect at Cote, i.e. reliable. However the environment was awful. Wooden floors and hard furnishings makes noise bounce around so much I thought my head would explode. Worse because it half term but when will restaurants realise they need to use furnishings to deaden noise not add to it.
